Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

I suppose it's been done. Unless anyone has strong objections, ima just post for Set assuming Gojira-sama landed somewhere relatively near him.

Uh... the person that would rather have him closer not being nearby and the objection based on disrupting the conversation... and the entire last page?
Like... why not near Gunha? He's on his own. And just as likely to come see what caused the noise. Or get into a fistfight with an oddly mini Godzilla..
Couldn't you arrive by some character that's on their own rather than entering with something that basically takes over the entire scene? >_>;
The thesaurus is a misleading bastard with no nuance. :P
Damn. Writing is pretty tough. What can I do to improve?

Write more.
Chris's part will be up when I'm not promptly interrupted by dinner. So, later.
Reinhardt Wilhelm

"Ah, I'm not a fan, a... friend is," the man quickly claimed, quieting down a little then coughing to move on. To admit that a man of his years and standing was a fan of a gamer turned actress would be quite embarrassing, "But a new world, you say? That is interesting..."

A new world meant a new set of problems to tackle and new people to help. A world like this, technologically far behind home, was a chance to make a large difference once again. Even without the numbers of Overwatch or something like the Omnic Crisis to stop, his advanced armour with nothing that could natively penetrate it would be enough to fight an entire army!

Laughing, the man freed his arm from D.va, only to instead sling it carelessly around the white-haired stranger with a not inconsiderable amount of force, "No, my friend, there is nothing to be done at home that could not be done here! Even if this strange world might be reachable from the stars, there is glory to be found in doing justice. This old dog still has a few tricks for that."

"And if you find the innocent in need of protecting, just seek Reinhardt Wilhelm and I shall come to their aid!

"We should take the bodies down, then get going. If we send someone back to contact the crown and clergy, we can arrange for proper burials and for a new garrison to take over the fort," Tyaethe stated. As much as they deserved to not be left out to the elements any longer, they weren't equipped for respectfully sending the dead along and the city wasn't that far away. It would give their quarry less time to get away than the hours or longer that burying the deceased would take.

Much like her captain, Tyaethe ignored Alette's question about her appearance. Someone had given the only important information that mattered, she wasn't going to go and explain why this was the case. it was an embarrassing story.
Reverse engineering completely foreign technology without its creator's co-operation might be a bit hard with no tools. Even if you could get it off of her. xD
Reinhardt Wilhelm

One minute he had been in Greenland, dealing with the rather unpleasant people that Torbjorn had mentioned there over Christmas--his Swedish friend having better news about the northern countries than he did. Walking back from a false lead and seeing another trail that might correct the directions he had been given, the enormous armoured man followed along the trail--and found himself somewhere not entirely unlike Eichenwalde. The architecture was distinctly medieval yet there were people around and a distinct lack of destroyed robots and empty Crusader armour.

Nobody with business in Eichenwalde would greet him with such apprehension.

The locals were regarding Reinhardt with a wariness that tended to stem from unfamiliarity nowadays, yet if this was the old German town (no matter how he had gotten there) then he should be greeted with either warmth or terror--depending on whether you should be here or not. The cold apprehension clearly made this separate from his old master's town, so where could it possibly be?

The old man wandered the streets, trying to piece together some idea of where he might have been transported to. From the similarities to Eichenwalde, he could place it somewhere towards the northern regions of Europe. The language didn't seem familiar... though soon enough, the locals had recognised him and swapped to something that he could understand.

Then something clearly recognisable came into vision: a wonder of culture and science fashioned from pink metal and the successor to the video games that he had watched its pilot compete within. There was a small crowd gathering around the MEKA but, with his size and similar out-of-placeness, merely walking close and gesturing with his free hand was able to part it a little and find a way nearer to the Korean girl. That seemed to be the main reason that they had scattered. Then he clapped one armoured arm around the 'shoulders' of her robot.

"D.Va! Are you here to film another movie? This is an impressive film set," he said. With the Korean pilot here, things made more sense: it could just be some filming project. Reinhardt had certainly enjoyed Hero of my Storm.

Yukine Chris

Chris was even more out of place than Reinhardt was, never having found herself in Northern Europe or anywhere of the sort. Disembarking from a submarine was not supposed to lead to stepping out into centuries old architecture far from any sort of ocean and she was, understandably, annoyed at the change of scenery. Her outfit was doing no favours in the early dawn temperatures, so she stuck to the alleyways where buildings could block the breezes and the feeling of the place was more familiar despite the architecture.

To stumble across a group of armed shoulders shouting nonsense about conquering the world was completely unexpected and the schoolgirl reflexively grabbed the relic at her neck. If they did anything aggressive, she could transform immediately and then no soldiers should even be a threat. Attacking soldiers who had no chance of fighting her off would be wrong. Something that she would have done before and for similar reasons to these men, but...

"What the hell? You can't make peace by fighting everyone! All being stronger means is more fighting!"

... she couldn't keep quiet, either.
