Supernatural Mansion Renewed

The whole thing seemed to be a casual affair. The group was then joined by a well-dressed man who came in after them, before there was a shout from the kitchen about meal requests. Nobody present seemed to think that the brothers were crashing, probably because they were not. Both boys turned to a rather colorful teenage girl who had approached them with a greeting, wondering if she was the one in charge of whatever was going on.

Sky relaxed a little at her smile, and gave her a small wave before responding. "Hi..."

Blake raised an eyebrow, somewhat pleasantly surprised at her hospitality. "Hi, uh... I have a feeling we're supposed to be here for some reason, so yeah, what's happening right now?"

"Blake... what is this place?" Sky began, marveling at the structure that towered over them.

"I... don't actually know," the older boy admitted. "I just somehow feel drawn to it."

Blake wondered if he was crazy, though, something was telling him to trust his gut feeling about the mansion. It promised a safe haven from whatever it was that currently possessed their sister. The brothers had been on the run for quite some time, and Blake was relieved that Sky had gotten over the initial trauma from that incident with... Rossa, was what it called itself, back home. He still had no idea as to what had become of his parents, but his brother was now his biggest responsibility, and all he had left to protect.

"We should check it out," Blake said to Sky before grabbing his wrist. "Just stay close to me."

The child nodded and followed his brother up to the front door. Blake cautiously opened it and peered in, finding the coast to be clear. The two made their way further in, only to pick up some voices that were getting louder as they seemed to be moving closer to their source.

Sky clung to Blake's side, fingers wrapped around the hem of the elder's shirt. "Who are they? What if they're dangerous?"

Blake put a comforting hand on his younger brother's back. "It'll be fine."

He wondered how he knew that, but he just did for some reason. It was not long before the brothers found themselves at the entrance of the dining hall, where several other individuals were chatting among themselves.

"I guess... we're just in time then..." Blake muttered, observing the activity in the area.

@KatherinWinter Yeah I know the other weapons can kill, like the bows and arrows as well. I was just a little amused at how he was the one to actually own a gun :D I said 'gun that can kill' because Skell is the only other gun-owner in the group, and hers shoot tranquilizer darts.

Looking through the CSs, I like how the kid (Kai) of the group is the only one who owns a gun that can kill. Haha.

Personality: Blake gives off a cold (no pun intended), arrogant, and unapproachable vibe. He is a rather intense individual, and can be blunt with his words, though often lacking in expression through other means.
History: Blake, like the rest of the family, had no knowledge of his older sister's dark side nor how she came to be. He saw Rossa for the first time when Azzurra eventually lost control of the ruthless pyrokinetic. Their parents stayed behind to hold back Rossa, who already had full control over Azzurra's body, while instructing Blake to take his younger brother and flee their hometown, which he reluctantly did.
Other: He is protective of his younger brother and hopes to eventually help his older sister return to her normal state.

Personality: Playful, whimsical, and childlike, though in a really dark way. Usually ruthless and savage, and tends to treat grim situations like games.
History: Not much is known about Rossa's origins, only that she was Azzurra's 'evil' side that would take over her body whenever she felt threatened enough. Apart from those times, Azzurra had been keeping Rossa under control. She had also kept her a secret from her own family. That was until one day when she eventually lost control of the pyrokinetic witch, who currently has control over her body and is searching for her younger brothers, who had escaped when Rossa first revealed herself to them.

@Aiyanna Speaking of that, I gotta get Reyes back in this thing too. Admittedly I did screw things up with him in the beginning. Maybe he and Zafi could have some interaction? Since he's a fire instructor/mentor/whatever.

@CriticalHit Also can I assume Silas moved in with Vera the night before? So that they'll wake up in the same dorm the next morning?
