So I'm a little confused, is this a crossover kind of thing, or is it original anime/manga/Japanese pop-culture (since tokusatsu would probably fit right in XD) inspired heroes? Either way, tentative interest depending on how things turn out I guess.

Hell, I grew up in the 90's and even back then I felt like a lot of that stuff was stupid. XD Not that there weren't some amazing comics coming out back then (Sandman was, is and will always be one of my favourite western comic series of all time, for example), but... Oh god it's like every writer who read Watchmen completely misinterpreted what it was trying to say. ^^; Kind of embarrassing, really...

Besides, it was either that or make a quip about Hawkman's fractured continuity or his political leanings, and that felt in better taste. XD ...Also because DCAU!Hawkgirl had one of the best catchphrases ever so yeah.
