I'd say some sort of tech based villain so his henchmen can be robots

maybe with the whole idea about Terror challenging Shade Terror could be going to challenge her but just as he's about to ambush her a henchman of the villain could come and attack Shade or Terror then while there distracted by the henchman thats when the main villain starts running amuck and Shade and Terror team up without knowing that Terror was originally there to harm Shade.

heres my character again :D

Name: Terry Ramsilve
Symbiote name: Stkor
Combined name: Terror
Super Hero/Villan: Both. Commits crimes but also stops ones that aren't his.
Appearance: He looks like the second scarlet spider except with black and dark orange and minus the spider symbol. When the symbiote begins to cover up Terry it takes about five minutes for it to completely cover him. If he gets really angry the costume becomes more living with snaking tendrils all over it with claws like prowler and a row of sharp teeth.
Powers: Like most symbiotes he can climb walls, has enhanced reflexes, speed, endurance, strength and able to form his costume in different ways. His most common way of forming his costume is making spines come out of his back and fire them out. He also makes small bits of the symbiote attach onto other people to take under his control giving them enhanced, but not quite as powerful, skills like speed, strength, reflexes and endurance.

The Collector

Mr.T knew he couldn't do much and he was terrified to try but he did so anyway. He for a second time kept from the shape shifting girls arms and tried attacking one of the arm constructs but didn't do much. Despite this Mr.Teddy kept trying to hurt the thing but still to no success. Then he remembered once when Dexter accidentally cut himself on his eye so he began rubbing his eyes on the arm which made scratches almost seep enough to penetrate the skin but not quite. it defiantly distracted the one arm though.

John watched all the other people in the room. He hadn't tried to talk to anyone as of yet but he was getting ready to attempt some sort of social interaction and get to know some of his new future allies. He began whistling to himself quietly as he watched people chat to each other. He had never been the best a social interaction but he was going to give it a shot. He began to walk around and tried scouting out if there was anyone to talk to. Naturally there were tons of people but those who wanted to talk were already talking and those who didn't kept off to themselves.John just let out a sigh and leaned against the wall.
