As for powers, like I said in the post you can always suggest a power and I can see if I can think up some shizzle for that.

Well he exists but he's not really a character. The original 'character' was just a costume an existing hero put on. A very bombastic costume.

He's a quasi-real character and I'm not going to say who he is but he's quite bombastic.

CoM: City of Mutants

As the rest of the group talked near the wall David had begun to wander off back the way they came. He had a moment of scatter brain and just forgotten about the situation at hand and begun to wander off. After wandering for a bit David thought he could hear something coming from the direction he was going. At first he just figured it was nothing but then he could defiantly hear something and before he knew it he saw vines and plants rushing towards him. David let out an inhuman yelp as he began to run for his life back in the direction of the group. "Plants! Vines! Run!" David yelled as he fired blasts of energy behind him at the plants. What David had not realized was that in his moment of terror he had accidentally switch illusions now showing himself to be what looked like a robot (his costumed form).

Sorry that its taking me a while to get a character made. I'm pretty busy as of late and I can't think of a good character concept.

CoM: City of Mutants

David listened intently to Mech the whole way back, he didn't know a whole lot about technology as his experiences with it was mostly limited to watching televisions and automatic opening doors but he had a fascination for it none the less.
Once the group got back and Mech and Drake spoke, Drake looked at David "Yes, wall seems off. Something weird. Mech was going to blow it up. Thought it was good idea. Aqua said not to. It would bring down tunnel. Still think there is something behind it." David said in his broken english. David was already getting somewhat better at speaking but he still had a little ways to go before he could pass for a normal human better.

CoM: City of Mutants

David stepped forwards and looked over the dead end for a moment. He didn't know what he was looking for but he figured looking for anything might be useful. After a bit of examination David tried banging his wrist spikes on the wall, hoping to hear something out of the ordinary. If this did not work he would agree to leaving and going back to Drake.
