WIP, don't know if the bladed gauntlet violates the whole rule about no more weapons but tell me if it does.

Powers:
Owl-Hybrid: Talon has some owl like characteristics about him giving him unique abilities and disabilities. He has claws on his hands and feet that aid him in scaling walls, an slightly accelerated healing factor, hollow bones allowing his rudimentary gliding gear viable and his batman provided gear a godsend, and finally he's got enhanced strength and agility.
Weaknesses:
Owl-Hybrid: His great power is also his down fall. Talon, again, has hollow bones making blunt force all the more dangerous to him and of course he has all the weaknesses of the average human (ie bullets, knives, baseball bats, etc).
Equipment:
Blade Gauntlet: It's basically as the name states, a light, forearm mounted gauntlet with two curved blades extending out from the top of the wrist. The blades can retract back thanks to a spring system for convenience.
Gliding Gear: A shawl that can also spread out and allow Talon to glide long distances and is also equipped with a small jet that only fires in burst, allowing Talon to get in the air straight from the ground.
Utility Belt: Equipped with sludge bombs (a highly adhesive substance kept within a small canister), Talonrangs (basically just batarangs) and smoke bombs.
Owl Vision: The eye glass part of his Talon costume are equips with magnifying lenses, allowing him to see greater distances.
Body Armour: Since Talon isn't all that tough on his own he wears some body armour that make low grade bullets none lethal but still hurt a lot.
Appearance:
 
Underneath his costume, Talon has alien like features making something about him just look unnatural. He's got piercing brown eyes, dark brown hair and pale skin that would make a vampire cringe. He stands at 5'8" and has thick hairs scattered across his body but his most designating feature is his hands and feet which both only have four digits. Talon's feet are distinctly more owl like with the capability of picking things up with ease using them but his hands look more human like, only differing in number of digits and claws.

Personality: While Talon seems pretty ominous, he is actually a fairly friendly but timid person once one gets to know him. He has very little people skills and as such tries to only say what is necessary. One thing that seems very uncharacteristic about him is his love of flight even though technically can only glide, not fly. He given the chance he would go out of his way to beat someone in an aerial battle or what not.

BRIEF Bio: Talon, or as he was originally known, Anthony was a normal child at the beginning of life with the only peculiar thing about him being his frail bones. As life went on though Anthony began to develop differently than other kids and was easily made fun of by many of his peers when he was little. One day the small boy got sick of the torment and lashed out at one of the kids who was making fun of him, scaring the other child's face with his newly developing claws. Afraid of how much trouble he would get in, Anthony ran away and ran fast and began a new life as Talon.

Anthony began living in the forest outside of Gotham where he managed to keep in touch with the world via a lost cell phone a hiker probably dropped. As time went on Talon began to make a home for himself in the forest by snatching different things from the people living at the edge of Gotham and pretty soon he had a decent home going for him. As Talon got older he decided that though living in the forest made sure no one would make fun of him it left him feeling empty inside due to the lack of human interaction. Using his phone he browsed the Internet until he found a support group going by the name Teen Titans who wanted to help out the worlds with their gifts. The only part about this amazing sounding group at sounded a little weird was the fact that it seemed that they wanted people to come in costumes but nonetheless Talon gathered up some materials and made himself a costume. Talon may have come for the support group but he stayed for the heroism.
Notes:
-He only refer's to himself as Talon and not Anthony, he barely remembers his old name and lots of his life.
-He has no idea of the origin of his powers but he doesent really care a whole lot.
-Talon had a makeshift pair of gliding wings long before deciding to become a hero. He still has the pair back at his home.
-Talon originally joined the group thinking it was some sort of support group who wore costumes.
Sample Post:
It was a beautiful night from the chirping of the crickets to the gentle breeze sweeping through the forest. High in the trees Talon looked out over the forest below with his ever vigilante eyes, looking for a late night snack before he had to leave to his support group called the 'Titans' or something Probably an acronym or something but now was not time for speculation, now was time for action. Talon quickly caught his prize in his peripherals, a small deer on its own and blissfully unaware of its on looker not exactly a snack, more like a meal but still can't pass up a chance this good. Carefully  the Owl-boy crept through the tree tops, attempting to make no more noise then what the breeze made but to no avail as the deer took off running in the opposite direction. With squinted eyes of determination, Talon jumped from the tree and plummeted towards the ground only to pull up at the last minute and take off, gliding at a great speed and quickly catching up to the young deer but the deer had agility on its side, dipping and dodging out of the way of the boy's swipes and he was loosing momentum fast. Soon Talon dropped to the ground but his determination didn't faultier. Talon now sprinted after the deer, grunting as he gave chase to the buck but soon it was apparent that he wouldn't catch the creature and he stopped, panting heavily. 

Not tonight Talon, not tonight. he thought to himself as he recollected his gliding gear and headed off for home to prepare for the support group. He had a small costume made up, not much but probably enough to get him into the group but he wasn't sure. As he walked he began to worry what he would do if he encountered anyone else on his way there? He would have to find a way to blend in or avoid people but luckily he had stolen some boots and gloves a few years ago that would probably cover his hands and feet. As he walked he zoned out into thought until he came to by the beautiful sight that was his home, a close collection of trees with a platform suspended in between them containing all of Talon's belongings almost all of which were stolen from the houses built on the outskirts of Gotham. Lately Talon had been cutting back on the thievery as he had recently gotten a reputation around the area as a mythical creature of the forest like Bigfoot, there was even a website where people posted some pictures they had taken of him and a few fakes. 

Talon climbed one of the tree's trunks and began to suit up in his costume. Man, it's kinda weird putting all these clothes on again. Haven't gotten dressed up in years. he said putting on his pants and boots, finishing up his ensemble and climbing back down from his tree home with slightly more difficultly due to the inability to use his feet's talons. Once to the ground he took off sprinting towards the meeting, still unaware of its true purpose and what horrible event would unfold tonight at said meeting.

Mr.T had arrived back in this house of horrors pretty recently and had gotten aquianted the boy who now hauled him down the stairs. There had been quite a rush to quickly find a way out that the two hadn't even aquianted with eachother. He was about to introduce himself when the boy noticed the sound of voices below. The duo descended down and they encountered a... Interesting group of people to say the least. Before the bear could make any comment on the group he noticed a familiar face "Alexandrea!" Mr.T exclaimed as he leapt from the boy's arms and ran towards Alexandrea with glee but slowed down as he noticed the other bear in Alexandrea's arms. "Whos that?" Mr.T said timidly and slightly saddened.
