Jonathan sat watching the others talk for a while before trying to strike up a conversation with any of the men he had been talking to "what's it like living up here?" He asked. He always wondered what it would be like living above the clouds on balloons that hold you up. The city looked amazing and he would do anything to live there for the rest of his mortal life. He hated the accursed rapture and most of its less than same inhabitants.

Name: Steven Rathen

Age: 37

Appearance: He is about six feet tall with ash black hair. He has pale skin and dull blue eyes with a stern looking face. His usual doctors uniform is basically a white trench coat with a Red Cross emblem on the right side of its chest and a black undershirt. When working on his 'side project' he wears a full black suit with some armour on his chest, back, shoulders and legs. The armour is also black and fairly thin but strong enough to stop a bullet. The chest and back piece resemble a more metal like bullet proof vest and the shoulder armour resemble knee pads on his shoulders and the armour on his legs are strips of the same armour substance down his legs in strips. To conceal his identity he wears a type of hood/visor which comes up from the front also using the dark metal like substance to cover his mouth and tinted visor over his eyes. On his chest piece there is a white spray painted star in a red circle. Finally he wears a traditional trench coat. He usually wears the trench coat around buttoned up concealing the armour beneath.

Personal Details:
Steven has a very serious personality when working in either of his professions but outside of work he's always been fairly fun loving and happy to be around people. Steven was born to his two loving parents Amelia and Gregory Rathen and was raised in district two up till he was twenty. He had been studying to become a cydoctor when his bank account was hacked and all he had left money wise was all he had on him at the time and was forced to leave his home in district two and move to district sixteen where he managed to get a job at a local cyber clinic due to his education in the higher district. Soon after living there for quite a while and seeing all of the wrong that was being done by gangs and such he decided to take the law into his own hands. But in order to take the law into his own hands he had to get them dirty first. He bought some pieces for his armour on the black market and a few weapons. Now when troubles a foot people have some one to cry out to for help.

Occupation: Cydocter/Vigilante

District: 16

Additional:
-his Dad was at one point a amateur boxer and taught Steven how to fight a bit but very little.

-cyber clinic is a sort of hospital/store that does that whole augmentation things like the latex skin thing. A Cydocter is a person who is trained to preform surgeries to give someone one of these augmentations. If you come up with a better name for these just tell me and I'll change it.

-his suit has little transmitters which transmit to some not-so-legal augmentations that enhances his strength slightly. To the point that he could probably 250 to 260.

-he is allergic to certain anesthetics.

-the weapons he uses are an electrified police baton and one power full pistol.

-I'm hoping when the rp starts up if there's one of the Player charectors that he saves or something they could give him a name. I've always kinda found that to be a cool way of a vigilante getting a name.
