@xChrome Sorry 'bout the wait. Haven't had a hunkey dorey weekend but things should speed up a little from me again.
Baldur looked down at the book that he had in his clutches as the Caravan demon told him what it was. A book that would allow those demons to control something potentially worse and cause some major damage to the Earth potentially. He had inadvertently slowed down what might have been the apocalypse but he didn't stop it. And now Baldur was filled with two sense of dread, one from the thought of those demons taking over the world and another as he saw that figure that had been haunting him ever since he entered this gods forsaken forest. This dread however was soon replaced by a strong sense of determination with a tint of anger at the demons.

"What if we used these things and summoned this 'demon of demons' before they can and we use it against them? We've got a head start over them plus we've got enough magical knowledge here to trouble shoot the parts we don't know plus we've got a demon to read the book." Baldur said, with an almost visible fire in his eyes. For the first time in what seemed like decades, Baldur felt a sense of purpose again. "Also, before any of you say anything about the ethics of summoning this thing just think about this. If we don't they will and they'll use it to do a whole lot of bad while we can just banish it after we're done with it." Baldur said as he tried to rationalize his idea to the more Lawful good of the party. Finally Baldur turned to the Caravan man and looked him straight in the eyes "I've done a lot of bad in my life too but I think this might be a great chance at redemption. You can make up for all the innocents that you brought up here and avenge Regina." Baldur finished as he took a deep breath and waited for everyone's reaction.
This has been a very exhausting day and it wasn't even half over yet. First Burt was jogging for an explosion, then he was running from Nazi's and now he was pushing and armoured truck full of people to a community centre. Burt was beginning to really regret not working out while he was in prison.

"So magic man, you have enough of that crazy gas to where you could give us some cover while we get the civilians in the center. Like grenades you could chuck in a few spots while we make our way in?" asked the human matchstick. Mysterio nearly face-palmed (or as close as he could get in his helmet) at his enormous stupidity. Why didn't he make gas bombs? That would have been so easy and so simple yet still super effective!

"'Friad not." Burt said through gritted teeth "I can probably distract a bunch if we can get a bunch of my smog in their systems but I don't have any grenades or nothing. Just the nozzles on my suit." Burt said with a grunt as he continued pushing the car.
@Oliver Might just be a slow day. If it lasts like two days, thats when I'd start to get worried.
I love how Baldur deftly tried to steal one book and Skylar just shoved a whole bunch of random papers and shite into his bag and we all took off with integral parts of the ritual.

Theses are either some lucky people or some very unlucky people.
-@xChrome is gone for two hours-

-Suddenly everyone has become cultists-
Bladur mulled over the demon's offer, giving Regina a once over as if considering the option of pushing the demon further for the sorceress. After a few moment's in thought Baldur heard Jameson call from downstairs and he noticed that the commotion had seemed to calm down. "One minute!" Baldur called down in a somewhat irritated tone of voice before turning back to the demon. "I'll take you up on your offer. We're not going to get far without someone leading the way and the Caravan man seems like the best option at this point." Baldur said giving Regina one last look before moving the box and heading back down the ladder.

Once down, Baldur ushered for the Caravaner to follow along with a simple arm motion as he headed for the door, walking past the bookshelf and putting his arts of subterfuge and slight of hand to the test as he took a book at random from the bookshelf and slipping it under his robe. Really Baldur didn't need the book but he figured he might as well get something out of this whole ordeal even if it may just be a sappy romance novel or perhaps tips on how to prepare squirrel.
@Pathfinder Happy Early Birthday!

I'm pretty last minute nowadays with my halloween costumes but this year I'm gonna try to scrounge up a 'sweded' robocop costume if I can find the right stuff.

(Thumbs up to ya if you know what I mean by sweded robocop)
@The Kid Lantern No clue, maybe Laurel Kent or something? I saw that name when I was looking at heroes but didn't look into it that much.

Also that'd be cool if I end up going with the Rainbow girl inspired character, having the previous partnership.

EDIT: Wow, I was right about the Laurel Kent thing lol

That was a complete guess
I gotta say, I really like the diversity (and lack of to a degree) of the characters. It's cool that each one has their own niche but a bunch overlap into each other AND also seem to fit the theme pretty well.
