hey guys.
I'm coping with some recent tragedies.

Harvey hit us hard, but Irma followed right after and hit people on the eastern coast where family of mine lives. Well, lived. Last I checked, there are more hurricanes brewing out into the Atlantic, so we'll see.
Anyways, having lost everything, it's been difficult to cope for them. As you can imagine.
on top of such, we lost someone, stubbornness to evacuate combined with old age, it just happened.

so I'm in and out, I've contacted Prisk, but I know she's away for work, the beginning and all that and settling, I'm uncertain of what she'll plan, but we'll keep you guys updated.

The Spirits Within

Hey guys, quick update, if you haven't seen news on such yet, Hurricane Harvey has been absolutely devastating. I'm far enough up North that we didn't have huge flooding that has caused many to lose their homes, but we have had insane rain and disturbing weather, and Harvey is continuing to ravage the south with twenty more inches of rain to hit and just came back up on land and will travel up North over this up coming weekend. The past couple days I followed my brother down [he's in National Guard and was called down to assist with evacuations] with a few others to volunteer from work in getting people out from their homes.

I came back home last night and worked this morning, and I'll be off for a couple more days, I had planned to stay until the weekend, but we decided to rotate people out and I have all shifts covered until I head back out for the weekend and come back home before storms come this way. Since I'll be home, I really want to get a post up before I ghost out again or if it gets severe up here.

Sorry I've been a ghost lately, this week has been insane with scheduling and the incoming hurricane that's ruining plans, people picking up shifts, and some shit. It's a mess. Plus! Huge fight this weekend that we are preparing for. I'm hoping-hoping that I can post before Saturday, because I'll be shit tired for the rest of the weekend otherwise.
