This looks to be an amazing idea. I just can't think of a character.

I am a Japanese-American (half-Japanese on my mother's side) with a twin half-sister. Yes, you read that right. To explain it real quick, during mom's monthly, she dropped 2 eggs instead of 1 after 2 (or more) guys took her to bed. Each egg was impregnated by a different man's sperm.
Anyways, I'm a kind guy who really hates fighting. However, if I have to stop a fight, whether verbal or physical, I will. I'm here to have fun and be crazy with my OCs, new characters and even some canons. So far, my favorite RP I've been in on the site is the Multiverse reboot. As a whole, the Multiverse was 6 years old. I love the idea and have even used it (with a few minor changes here and there) for a few LARPs with my local friends RL.
Other than RP, I am also a Wiccan Witch following the path of Gaia and a hypnotist studying the varying effects of hypnosis on various age groups and am always taking willing volunteers.

Having multiple ideas and lesser post lengths has put me in a predicament. I lost count of how many I've been kicked from our denied in because I could barely do 1 paragraph to everyone else's 3-5. What I'm getting at is this: I need players for at least 1 of the ideas I have.
The first idea takes place in a "utopian" society that has superhumans with the ability of Flow. Flow allows the Runners to double their speed after building up momentum. This only lasts a limited time. If someone allows too much Flow to build up, they get hit with OverFlow, which triples their speed but takes them to half speed for a few seconds when it runs out.
Now, you'll be playing a Runner with Flow who's trying to escape the games. If you need much more info, there are videos on Youtube and the game, Exit Path, is on the Armor Games site.
The second idea takes the old video game of Overlord and it's many sequels and recreates the world with not 1 but 4 Overlords. Work together and against each other to become the next Overlord.
The third and final idea is basically JSRF plus weapons. You're riding around on skates, a skateboard, a Castor board, a scooter, any non-motorized vehicle. Your weapons can range from a wooden bokken, a baseball bat, anything not sharp and not ranged. Also, graffiti. There will be plenty of places to tag and you might have to tag to draw out the other gangs for their challenges.

Raziel awoke on a train in the spectral plane. Where am I?
What is this place? Why did they send me here? Looking around, he knew he had to find out what was going on. And the best way to do that was to find a way to the material plane. But how?
He began his search from the back of the train, heading towards the front. He did eventually find something, a coffin leaking ethereal gasses. He soaked up the gasses and entered the dead body and, after morphing the body to look like him, began searching for others on the train. It took only a short time to find a small group of... different types of beings, most of them he assumed were human. After hearing the PA system, he stepped closer. I am Raziel. It seems we each have different skill sets allowing for a well balanced team. I'm glad I'm not alone this time. But you mentioned Luigi? I've never heard of him. Would you full me in? Not knowing just how powerful his new allies were, he thought it best to play nice. It was then he noticed the child. Tilting his head, he looked her over. A small girl in a yellow raincoat seemed out of place.
Correct me if I'm wrong but most of you seem to be human. He looked at Slayer. Though I am unsure of you, sir.
Having heard what Slayer, Akira and Heavy could do, he looked at the child. I hope you don't mind if I go next. I can do a few things.
With what remains of my wings, I can glide short distances. I can attack with my claws and my spectral blade. He showed his 3-clawed hand before summoning the Soul Reaver for a few seconds. I can also travel between the spectral and material planes, making traverse across difficult terrains either simpler or impossible. In the spectral plane, I can pass through bars as well as swallow spirits to replenish my health, thus returning them to the wheel of life, death and rebirth. If I were still in the range of the temples, I would have the elemental Reavers, ones that would do much more damage. Would I not be a good addition to your team?
He then turned to Six, nodding. Your turn, young one.

@Holy Soldier@Zarkun Is it too late to join the Halloween event? I could have Raziel wandering the train or already at the place they'll be dropped off at. And I bet he'd be invaluable in King Boo's mansion.
