I think more like a tattoo lime scar. Like it has the color of a tattoo but it is raised like a scar would be and the dot wouldn't be raised. What do you think of that?

I could see that. Which makes a question pop into mind. Is she going to have the black side of the symbol to represent him or will she have the white side representing her own new powers. I thinking both ways work, but having the opposite sign might be more interesting. What do you think?
