Hi there. I'm a friendly Ultimatum. I've been role playing for many moons, but it's primarily been in the form of D&D, haha. I used to post-by-post a long time ago though. I decided to get back into it to practice my writing skills. It's been a while, and my writing could use some (a lot of) work, but I'm excited to dive in and see what experiences await little old me.
Hello! I used to write and RP a lot more years back, and now I'm trying to find communities where I can get back into the creative process. While obviously I love writing, I'm also an artist and often take inspiration from the worlds and characters I've created with others through RP. So uh....yeah, here we are!

I'm Ruby. I've been rping for quite some time now. (I'd post the years, but I fear dating myself is terribly out of style). The forums I previously inhabited died about four years ago and I've been searching for a new place to hang my hat since. I look forward to creating together with new people, as it's been a very long while since I switched groups. Typically, I like 1v1 but I think I may have developed that as a coping mechanism for the lack of group availability.
Hum. What else to say? I like both short and long posting, adapting to the moment rather than pushing in filler just to make a post longer. That being said, I'm wordy enough with my characters that they usually are 2+ paragraphs. This character, in particular, is "long written" because of her mannerisms. I hope you all enjoy her company!
so...um...i'm error and I've been doing rp since i was about 12...so for about two years I've been doing rp.(except for last year...) i'm not the greatest but i'm better than some people I've attempted to rp with... but im willing to give it a try again...feel free to pm me.
I've seen groups use discord for easier contact in a rp, and I've even seen groups migrate to using discord fully. Then again I've seen groups die in discord too.
1: What is your opinion on using discord alongside the site?
2: If a group based in a discord server was looking for people, would it be against site rules to post a lfg for it here? I cant seem to find the site rules page.
