Slow here this weekend and with the improved weather I feel as if I am headmistress of a boarding school at holiday who finds some students forgotten by family. Horses need their riders to bond with them and to leave them here on a nice weekend wandering the paddock somehow cruel……

Details

The Ko Seki are an engineered race left over from a Galactic Empire that died out more than 50,000 years ago who escaped captivity and formed their own society.

Based on the premises that the strongest should rule they are a warrior based society ruled over by an Empress who is considered the mortal equivalent of their Goddess Sa Leene and fought the Toliath as brutally as they had ever fought anyone before and would have been wiped out as a race till the Invaders realized that they had demonstrated to the Ko Seki their power and the warriors of the planet would surrender if they captured the Empress and made treaty with her.

This negotiation gave the Toliath a race perfect to act as mercenaries for their goals.

Bio: Born in the House of Har Vel (House of the Wandering Sun) a Parthenogenic (Female to Female birth) house and raised in a Creche environment where all the girls of her year were her sisters and all the elder women her mother her concept of family is broader than most other races. Then at the age of 12 she was examined by the Magna and pronounced a child gifted with the insight to the goddesses realm and sent away to be selected by one of the many temples on her homeworld where she was chosen to serve Sa Halana the Goddess of the gentle death.

For nearly 45 standard years she trained as a Priestess until she achieved the proper rank and had proven herself in several Flower Wars (Non-Lethal wars fought between related houses to settle disputes). She was then assigned by her temple to accompany warriors of the Celestial Dragon into battle where she distinguished herself several times in combat against several foes of her people.

Then when she was 97 and the Toliath had been sweeping through several of the local star systems on the fringes of the Abyss (A place between the galactic arms of the Ignatius galaxy where there are few stars) the Ko Seki called home and their Star Pel Lious was separated by 5 parsec from it’s nearest neighbor and 20 parsec from the nearest arm the Toliath attacked.

For 7 standard years her people fought the Enemy proving their power and accepting their fate till suddenly out of nowhere the Empress commanded them the war was at an end.

Shia along with the women of the Celestial Dragon chose to continue their fight against the enemy by going underground and helping any who resisted
