Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Hm. Haven't seen one of these in awhile. Always up for being God/Goddess.

...of course, that's just because I tend to let the power go to my head >_>
kekeke.....
I'll see if I can...conjure up a CS shortly.

I do hope this takes off~

Sweet, we are working on the first post everyone!

Awesome. Can't wait to get started~
Name: Acacia Coronet
Nickname(s): None. She doesn't like nicknames much, but go ahead and give her one.

Gender: Female
Age: 11
House: Slytherin (If you don't mind)

Heritage: Pure Blood

Appearance:

Acacia stands at average height for someone of her age, and of course, normally wears her house robes. She has long reddish-brown hair with bluish-grey eyes. She is normally very pale, giving her a somewhat ghostly look sometimes. (Also, she doesn't tan. She burns.) She has a thing for snow and will usually break her calm exterior whenever snow is involved.

Wand: Cypress, Dragon Heartstring, 9 1/4 inches, supple.

Pet:
Has a pet Horned Owl named Thatch

Strengths: Intelligent and outgoing. She is strong willed, and doesn't like taking orders. Acacia has naturally been show to excel in the area of Charms and Potions. However, she wishes to learn Defense against the Dark arts, and she has a purely educational interest in the Dark Arts, if such a thing is possible.

Weaknesses: Mistrustful of others, which can be a good thing depending on the situation. However, Because of this she has a hard time considering anyone a 'friend' and often believes others have some ulterior motives. She has a bit of an inferiority complex, and tries to make up for it by putting on a tough exterior. Sometimes though, she can become a bit depressed. And when she gets depressed she gets...vindictive. Especially if she fails at something and someone else succeeds. As such, it is her personal mission to not fail at anything.

Personality: Acacia, would at first appear to be a bit of an oddball for someone who's going to be a Slytherin. She's friendly, and loves meeting new people. In fact, she appears to be almost too nice. She gets along well with mostly everyone. She seems to care little for the so called 'rivalries' of the school, repeatedly saying that she doesn't have time for such things, and would rather focus on more important things such as studying and whatnot. She always carries some form of text book with her so she can read when she doesn't have anything better to do. (Whatever you do, don't, mess with her books.)

However, this is just the surface facade she puts on for the others. Ever since she was a small child (Hell, she still is to anyone but herself) She has always been a bit of a trouble maker. And not in the endearing mischievous way. Being the baby of the family with two older brothers, she always felt a bit...snuffed. Like she would never be as great as either of them despite being the center of her brothers and parents attention. This could have been a good thing, had it led to her being just an ambitious overachiever. But hearing about her brothers accomplishments at school gave her an intense fear that she would never be as good as them, which gave her a bit of an inferiority complex. She channeled that into learning how to mess with people and get away with it by just being a cute face and playing the victim.

History: Acacia was born to a Witch mother and a Wizard father, both who were former Gryffindor house members - who came from a long line of Gryffindors. She has known about the wizarding world ever since she was born and has always been fascinated with magic, and anything doing with it. Her mother was a potion master who sold all sorts of odd potions in Diagon Alley, and her father worked at the ministry. She had a rather comfortable childhood, and used to always have her nose stuck in a book or some other magical text.

Being the baby of the family, she was given a bit special treatment, as much as her parents tried not to. Though, to her, it was her brothers who got special treatment. She heard all about Hogwarts, and their accomplishments and grades and such. While most may have been eager to hear such stories of their siblings accomplishments, Acacia was not. From the way she tells it, her parents fawned over them and ignored her. While its debatable if that had been true, it didn't matter to her. She began to feel as though she would never be as good as them. As such, she started to withdraw from both of her brothers and parents, finding solace in books about magic.

However, about a year before she was enrolled in hogwarts towards the end of the previous semester, her brother Jackson came home with some project or something he wanted to try, so he had their fathers help with it since he himself couldn't do magic out of school. Well, being slightly jealous Acacia sabotaged the project. She hadn't meant to frame the act on Alexander, but things just fell that way. She played the victim, as one of her belongings had been used to sabotage it she claimed she had lost it a few days prior. The blame fell on Alexander, and the rest is history, as they say. She thought if she could get attention by doing that, then, why not? In fact, it was kind of fun to get him in trouble if it helped make her look better. Not only that, Jackson seemed to prefer to play with her over Alexander now too.

She enrolled to Hogwarts a year later. Becoming seemingly more friendly, but....

NPCs:
Jackson Coronet: Older Brother, third year, Gryffindor. brown hair, pale complexion. He is friendly to almost everyone but he takes the school rules very seriously, and if he sees anyone breaking them he will deliver his own brand of 'justice' (which usually involves some sort of harmless prank.) Doesn't get along well with Alexander at all.

Alexander Coronet: Older brother, fourth year, Gryffindor. Reddish-brown hair, light skin. Acacia's oldest brother. He's not quite as friendly as his two younger siblings, especially those of the Slytherin house. He has a history of picking fights with them. He has an extreme dislike for bullies, and hates anyone who would pick on someone weaker than them.

Will frequently receive letters from her mother and father.

Heya guys. Rune here. Just got accepted so here's my little character~

You're quite welcome~

I will be willing to adjust anything at all, if needed.
Sorry it took a bit. I had to dig up her old CS and modify it a bit.

And no, I don't intend for her to be a bad guy or something. Just...kind of a bitch until she learns her lesson xP
Hope she's acceptable~
Would you like me to post her in the OOC?
Hm~
I haven't been active on this site for awhile due to some reasons I won't get into, but If you're still accepting this looks like an awesome place to get my RP legs back, if you'll have me. Hope you haven't reached the number of characters.
Potentially interested....but I don't like playing as kids...Especially in the pokemon world. Do we have to be that old? Or can we be a teenager? If not, still kind of interested. I want a good pokemon RP that will last
"The road to hell is paved with
good intentions"

Tartarus. Hell. The Underworld. It has many names, depending on the people and religion, but its purpose is the same no matter what they call it. A supposedly forsaken place where the damnned and sinful go when they die, as opposed to Heaven, Olympus, or Valhalla where the good in life go when their life is over. This is an undeniable fact of the world. Many fear Tartarus, and rightfully so. Demons, undead, and many other unspeakable horrors live in the pits of this forsaken realm. Many except for the bravest, wisest and most foolhardy of mages fear to even speculate and try to discover what lies in the realm lest they invoke some otherworldly creatures wrath. What they know is only bits and pieces passed down through the churches ancient texts and the rare visions granted to Oracles and Seers by the Goddess.

What they do know, is that the realm of Tartarus is ruled over by the Tyrant King, Dentheos. A powerful, malevolent entity that rules over the souls of the damned with an iron fist. He rules over the five kingdoms of Tartarus with the help of the Sins, and the four Generals of Hell known simply as the Four. Since ages before recorded history they have ruled over this wasteland, bringing punishment to the damned souls who committed sins in their mortal life. They have only once faltered in their task. Years ago, some damned souls broke out of captivity and fled their tormentors, escaping into the unforgiving Tartarus landscape.

The Tyrant King sent his Generals and a small force of demons after them to execute the escapees. It should have been an easy task. These were escaped human souls, and they were some of the most powerful beings in existence. It should have been a slaughter. Only, when they laid a trap for them, it went horribly wrong. The escaped souls, weren't there. They had been laying in wait, laying a trap themselves. The escaped pushed back the Generals, and fled. Since then, they had always stayed one step ahead of Tyrant's armies. This, could only mean one thing. There was a traitor among the Sins or the Four. Dentheos was enraged, but could do little. Killing the Sins or one of the Four would disrupt the balance of the Three Realms, and cause rifts to freely open between Heaven, Hell, and Earth allowing demons and other creatures to pass through unhindered.

Since then, the battle has come to an uneasy stalemate as each side waits for the other to make a move. It will remain at this stalemate for the foreseeable future, unless something...or someone new is thrown into the equation.

You will be playing a recently deceased mortal, and whether you were good or bad in life your soul will have been dragged into Tartarus by those who are rebelling against Dentheos' rule. Will you help them make Tartarus a paradise for the demons by overthrowing the Tyrant, or will you side with Dentheos and gain the powers of a devil and crush all the opposition against you? Or will you do nothing at all and search for a way to regain your mortal life? No matter what you do, be warned. Tartarus is not kind to Mortals who are roaming freely, especially those who travel alone.
Howdy folks, your friendly neighborhood Rune Alchemist here attempting my first RP on this site. I hope the above was enough to get you interested in this little idea of mine. This is an idea I've had rolling around in my head for a good while now, and finally decided to try my hand at making an RP, and I'm looking for 4-7 people to help make this happen. I have some fairly big plans (perhaps a bit too big for a first time xP) for this RP if it gets going, and I hope you'll help me make it the best it can be.

The way I'm going to run this is going to be a mix of player/GM driven. Meaning, I will give you a scenario, and your characters react, and I type up an appropriate response. (What's that called anyways?...)Your responses and actions aren't limited to anything in the story at all. I'll keep things moving in a general direction, but how we get to, and what the end of that direction is up to all of the players. Your characters will have their own tales in Tartarus, and you are free to shape that. Whether they were a murderer, a paladin, or just a simple farmer. That and the decisions they make will all make the NPC's I control react to your characters in different ways.

The RP will be a bit dark at times. This does take place in Tartarus after all, so things are going to get a bit messed up at some points so expect some violence. I'll try to keep things tame as possible as I know blood and gore isn't everyone's cup of tea, but sometimes it shall be impossible to completely avoid it. Also, if your character does something stupid, I will not be nice to them, so i'll go ahead and be upfront about this. Death is a very real possibility for your character. (You: But I'm already dead! How can I die again?! Me: Easily :P)

Don't worry though, in Tartarus there is a way that you can cheat death. All you need is a Soul Stone. However, be careful, as dying repeatedly will eventually turn any mortal into a demon themselves. (Think sort of like Dark Souls with this aspect, except there's no way to regain your humanity.) A bonus is you gain demonic abilities and appearances depending on how 'corrupt' you are.

The 'Hell' in this RP isn't really restricted to any real life mythology.
...I think that's everything. I don't think I'm forgetting anything.
Ah well, If I did I'll put it up later xP

I will clarify more specific things in the OOC once I think I have enough interest in this, and please feel free to ask any questions and give criticism here. I'm open to any and all suggestions. So go ahead and feel free to address any questions or issues you may have.
