Harry Potter- Ignition Year one

One moment she was talking with Dani, the next she had lost her new 'friend' among the others as the first years disembarked the train and made their way towards the boats. She had to admit, it was quite the sight to see. Though, she didn't feel as excited as her brothers had seemed to think she would be once she got here. Speaking of...where had they gone anyways? After losing them at the platform she hadn't seen them at all. Probably arguing anyways, so not really much to concern herself with. With a small sigh, she got into the boats headed for Hogwarts.

By the time Acacia had gotten in, the excitement had worn off, and she took a seat quietly among the other first years, a somewhat bored look donning her face. The other students were staring, either slack jawed at the scenery or whispering among themselves. "Easily impressed fools...." She thought, looking across the lake at the other boats crossing instead of the castle itself, still unimpressed, though she wore a friendly smile to mask it from the other students.

After what felt like an eternity to her, they finally reached the other side and disembarked from the boats. A professor, or at least someone she assumed was a professor, was there to greet them and lead them into the castle. The interior was almost exactly how she had imagined it, thanks to the tales of her brothers. The only thing she did not expect, was the number of stairs. There was way too many of them. If she had to walk up and down those stairs every single day...she sighed. Well, no sense in complaining about it.

After some more climbing, the professor finally led them to the Great Hall. Now this, this was a sight to see, even causing her to be a bit awestruck. It was absolutely wonderful. She looked over the long tables, giving all of the houses students a good looking over, lingering just long enough on Gryffindors table to make a noticeable grimace, before looking at Slytherins table. Now, all she needed was to wait for the sorting ceremony. She briefly wondered what the reactions of her brothers would be if she did get put in Slytherin. The thought put a smile on her face as she waited.

Appearance:

Claire is a rather tall girl, dressed in the colors of black and orange, a dress she made herself before setting out to the University. She has short, neatly styled reddish brown hair and wears a black cap. Her eyes are usually hidden behind her sunglasses, even indoors.
Name: Claire Fontaine

Age: 19
Biography: Claire hails from the region of Kalos, growing up in Lumoise city. Her mother was a semi-successful fashion designer, and her father a pokemon trainer that liked to travel. Needless to say, he was never at home much, though that didn't seem to hurt her parents relationship. At an early age she took interest in her mothers work as a fashion designer, quickly becoming familiar with how to make and design clothes, among other things and became a bit of a well known name herself in certain circles for her brilliant designs.

Of course, that was until her father brought her a present from the Hoenn region he just visited. A pokemon egg. After that, the egg became to sole focus of her attention. The baby Ralts hatched not long after, the fastest time her father said he saw an egg hatch. She named it, and the two quickly became fast friends, the psychic pokemon even helping out her and her mother around the house and with their work. However, at the age of eighteen she became disinterested with the world of fashion as she began taking more interest in her fathers travels, and pokemon in general. So he asked him to help her become a strong trainer.

He took her on a small trip to Santalune, where he showed her how to catch pokemon and, where she caught Aiden. From there, it was set. She wanted to become a pokemon trainer and travel with her dad. And so she did. She first set her sights on the pokemon gym in Santalune, since that is where she started out training, and it was a recommendation by her father. Aiden made short work of Violas bug types. Afterwards, her father suggested she head off on her own, as he had nothing left he could possibly suggest or teach her.

For a time, she just traveled Kalos, not really interested in the Gyms or badge collecting. Aiden and Lucy both evolved during this time, shortly before she arrived in Laverre city. On her way there, she stumbled upon a small Pawniard who was being bullied by some other pokemon. At least she thought at the time. Turns out he was the one who started the fight, but if she hadn't stepped in he would have still lost. After sharing a few berries she had found, the two quickly became fast friends.

Now though, she was bored with just travelling and wanted a bit more of a challenge with her travels. So, she decided to take up the gym challenge once again. After thinking it over, she challenged Grant at Cyllage city. It was a difficult battle for Aiden and Lucine, both of which ended up fainting. Cheval, however, made quick work of his rock types. Grant, surprised by her mastery and her bonds with a pokemon she had just captured and befriended, recommended her to the university. Seeing an opportunity, she accepted.

Personality: If you ask her, she's the coolest, most fabulous person to have ever existed on the face of the planet. A 'fashion oriented tomboy' as she calls herself. She likes fighting, training, and she looks fabulous while doing it. She's confident, overly so some would say, and she goes after what she wants with an almost unstoppable ambition. Her current goal? Become the top trainer at the academy. She's not above using her 'feminine charm' to get an edge in battle such as persuading someone to go easy on her through various methods.

However, outside of anything relating to battle, she's a bit of a friendly oddball, and has a bit of a mischievous streak. She has almost no sense of personal space, likes flirting and being flirted with, and will pretty much flirt with anyone, and If it makes you uncomfortable, then she'll do it just for a laugh. (Though if you're that opposed to it and you make her know it, then she won't.) Some would say she behaves this way because she likes others to have a high opinion of her so she can find some way to use that friendship to her advantage in the end. And while she's not above pulling out the 'best friend card' and giving them the puppy dog eyes, she still cares deeply about her friends and would never ask them to do something that could potentially endanger them, or take major advantage of them.

Personality: Lucy shares Claire's bit of mischievousness, often using her psychic powers to get a small laugh out of others. She is friendly, and seems to have an almost endless supply of energy, often dancing around whenever she's out of her pokeball. Above all, however, she is 'fabulous' and everything she does is 'fabulous' and loves making 'fabulous' entrances. Her and Claire always seem to be in perfect sync.

Ability: Flame Body
Personality: Aiden, likes to eat. If he's not in his pokeball or fighting, he can always be found trying to rustle up something to stuff in his beak, and he's not above stealing from other pokemon or even people to achieve this goal. He's a bit of a flake head and can be found sleeping or just lazily flying about the sky if he's not having the munchies.

Personality: Cheval is all business. He doesn't like messing around. However, he is highly protective of Claire and extremely loyal to her and her other pokemon even if they make him question their sanity. He likes fighting, and is the first to jump to Claire's defense should she need it. He also tends to show off in front of Lucine, much to his own dismay. He really doesn't like others noticing this and quickly become flustered should someone mention it.

Gray Curtis

Appearance:
Gray is a man with average height, but larger and muscular build. He has rough, messy brown hair and tends to have a half-assed look to him most of the time.

Name: Gray Curtis
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Biography: Johto born and raised, Gray never knew his mother. She died in an accident when he was just a child. His father, was a sailor who worked in Olivine often times leaving Gray in the care of a friend in Cianwood. As such, their relationship was...distant, at best, but it never bothered him. He took an interest in travelling at an early age, especially pokemon and caught is first one, Magikarp at the age of 12 which he has kept with him at all times since then. A few years later, he set off on his own pokemon journey. Deciding to first head towards Olivine, then to Azalea through Goldenrod catching a few pokemon along the way for good measure. Once in Azalea, he challenged Bugsy to a battle. After a tense battle, he came out on top, thanks to his Magikarp being surprisingly faster than her pokemon with the move Bounce. Later, he found out it was because of his ability. Afterwards, he continued traveling around Johto, evolving his Magikarp and catching a Skarmory in the process.

Sometime later, he found himself in the Hoenn region after, having his father take him there by boat. He soon found himself in Mauville, where he promptly challenged Watson to a battle, not caring that he had a distinct type disadvantage. Despite his best efforts, Watsons pokemon decimated his team, taking out Gyrados and Skarmory easily. After travelling around some more, he caught a Electrike. After a bit of training, he went back and challenged Watson on one condition. They would have a double battle. Watson agreed, but this time the match went in a very different manner. The electric attacks that had decimated his team before, did little damage thanks to Electrikes ability. Unable to do anything but admit defeat, Watson congratulated him and decided he had earned his badge for his use of pokemon abilities.

He then found himself in Kalos, after evolving his Manectric. After travelling to Route 17 and becoming lost in a snowstorm, he took refuge in a small cave where an old Mamoswine had made its home. After a somewhat rocky start to their relationship, the old pokemon and him became good friends, and the Mamoswine led him down the mountain. Though, after a few brief misadventures they somehow managed to overshoot their destination and end up somewhere along route 14, where a Goomy took a liking to him and started following him around. Having little reason to not take the pokemon with him, he did. He managed to catch an Eevee around this time as well. Gray spent quite a lot of time, in Kalos, for multiple reasons. (The number one of which, was the ladies).

Eventually, after fully evolving his entire team, he challenged Snowbelle city. After a fierce battle, battle, he came out on top. Wulfric, seeing his superb mastery over his pokemon, their abilities and move effects, took an interest in him. After a bit of talking, Wulfric decided to tell him about the university in Orre. Deciding he had spent long enough in Kalos, and seeing a new opportunity, he accepted the offer.

Personality: Gray at first would seem a bit of an odd choice for a teacher. Laid back, easy going, and friendly to everyone. He's quite friendly and prefers to spend his time chilling with his friends, or just goofing off and not taking life too seriously. His favorite pastime of which, is swimming at the beach, showing off what he's got to the ladies. Well, what he thinks he got. He's actually pretty clueless when it comes to women. That said, if he gets serious about something, then he's a force to be reckoned with. While that's kind of hard to do, only ever happening in difficult battles or when something more than just a win or loss is on the line, he has a tendency to hold grudges.

Despite his laid back nature, he tends to think outside the box a lot of times during battle and he is quite knowledgeable about the abilities and types of pokemon, and knows how well they would work with other pokemon in battles. After his first gym battle against Bugsy and his close victory, he became interested in studying all pokemon abilities and move types. His favorite type of battles, are double and triple battles, where teamwork is essential for victory, especially when your partner is another trainer.

Notable Possessions: A mega necklace. His necklace was originally a sharpedo's tooth, but it has been modified to hold his mega stone. It's a relic form his younger days when he traveled Hoenn.

Gray has several pokemon at his disposal from his travels. Though, his team usually consists of six pokemon. His first pokemon, a Gyarados named Soaker, a Skarmory named Gale, Berg the Mamoswine, Zippy the Manectric, Syl the Sylveon, and Goo the Goodra. (he's a master of naming things, can't you tell?)

Personality: Well, what exactly do you expect from a Gyrados? Soaker is actually a fairly calm member of his species. Though, much like Gray he has a much darker side to his personality if you get him riled up. Then, he almost reaches natural disaster levels of fury and anger.

Nickname: Gale
Ability: Sturdy
Personality: Gale is an energetic and curious little bird. Often times sticking her beak into places where she probably shouldn't. Some might call her a bit of a ditz, and while she isn't the smartest bird out there, she can still pack a hefty punch. She can be a bit overly affectionate towards people, though, and if she takes a liking to you, then you're going to probably end up getting followed around a lot.

Ability: Thick Fat
Personality: Berg is a rather grumpy old pokemon. He's been around awhile and seen a lot of crazy stuff, yo. You'd be grumpy too if you've lived as long as he has. He sees himself as a bit of a protector to Gray and his team. He can often be found snoozing in some cool place, or just chilling and watching the clouds roll by. He likes to be by himself, most of the time. He often rolls his eyes at Gray's antics, but he really does have a soft spot for the guy.

Ability: Lightningrod
Personality: Zippy is a loyal, somewhat serious pokemon. She is highly protective of Gray, and anyone else really. She doesn't like to see other pokemon, or humans get hurt for that matter. She's always the first to jump to someones defense, should they need it.

Ability: Pixelate
Personality: Syl...is, well, to put simply, lazy and doesn't like doing anything other than just sleeping or eating. She can be a bit of a grump, and she likes to finish fights quickly so she can get back to doing nothing.

Personality: Goo is a hugger. She'll hug everyone and anything, and is often the way she greets people. Leaving them covered in a sticky coating of slime. She isn't a very violent pokemon, and often times doesn't like to fight. Still, she can pack a punch if she has too, and would do anything to protect Gray.

as many as you want. Each teacher would presumably actually have around 20 completely trained battle ready pokemon they can use. if you're playing a teacher, you basically have license to pull strong pokemon out of your ass, including megas. No legendaries though, (and before anyone does, my teacher character will have the Mega Lucario)

Well...alright then. That makes things a bit easier.

"Well, aren't you an honest one." Levinia chuckled, laying down, seeing that this morph was indeed much less hostile than that Umbreon. She allowed her guard to be lowered slightly as she continued. "Not that I can really complain. I've done my fair share of food snatching when needed. And thank you for the offer, but I was simply getting a small snack before I continued my travels myself. No sense and stopping to hunt mid journey, if you can avoid it." Levinia spoke, obviously much more relaxed than when she had first showed up. Though, when the Noivern mentioned a clan, her ears drooped, just barely being noticeable. Must be nice, to have a clan. She hadn't been to her home in ages...wherever that even was. After she was kidnapped, she had never even been able to find her way home. She hadn't really stumbled upon other morph clans either, though she supposed she hadn't been trying that hard in recent years. With a slightly annoyed growl, she shoved the thought aside, instead focusing on the pokemon her new acquaintance had pointed out.

"Not to worry, friend. Flying pokemon aren't much of a problem for me. I'm rather confident when facing any types, to be honest." She confidently smirked. "I'm sure if push came to shove, we could come up with something. Us morphs have to stick together, after all." She was silent for a moment, seeming to think about something, her eyes falling to the ground in a bit of thought. She supposed she should ask, after all. This Noivern said she was the leader of the clan after all. "So, I was planning on leaving tonight. I don't like spending very long in one area but," She noticeably hesitated for a brief second before continuing. "If your clan needs helping moving...I would not be opposed to helping, should you need it."

Levi gave a small yawn of contentment as she wolfed down the last of the Hoothoot she wanted. She felt slightly guilty for just running like that, but it passed quickly as she set off at a leisurely pace through the forest, certain that nothing would so much as dare challenge her. Unless that Umbreon managed to keep up with her, though she doubted that was likely. She was confident in her speed, though she didn't normally use it for running away. Now though, her goal was to get out of this forest. She didn't want to overstay her welcome any longer than was needed. That, and she really was tired of roughing it for the past month. Having some human amenities would be nice for a change. namely, anything of the alcoholic nature.

It was then, a deafening screech rang through the forest, which temporarily dazed her from the sheer sound of it. Now that, was a surprise. There weren't too many pokemon that could pool off that kind of attack. Probably some sort of dragon type. Then again, it may have been and Exploud, though she hadn't remembered seeing any earlier when she was hunting. Levinia stopped, taking a look in the direction where the noise came from. Curiosity getting the better of her judgement, she set off at a fast pace towards the source of the sound.

As she approached, she slowed her pace, quietly moving towards the source. Looks like her assumption was correct. She was easily able to make out the pokemon in the dark, eyes glowing a bright gold color as she observed the scene. A Noivern took out both the Mightyena and the Sawsbuck it had been hunting, or perhaps it had just been the Mightyena right after he had thought he won. Not that it mattered though. What mattered, was that this pokemon was another Morph. Probably one just passing through, much like she was. It had been awhile since she had talked with another morph. Maybe she should say hi....

"Well, I wondered what could make such noise." She started, stepping out of her hiding place and making her presence known to Fang. "Second Morph I've met tonight. Hope you're friendlier than the other one. I'd really rather not have to fight a potential comrade, especially as something so trivial as food." She Took a relaxed sitting position, just out of the Noiverns immediate reach, just in case it was hostile she could have a few seconds to react.
