Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Hibiki Toho

With Thomas's permission, Hibiki would leave the Newspaper Club. She felt rather excited now actually; she thought that as one of the newbies, she'd get stuck with a boring job like handing out flyers or questionnaires. But not only does she get to interview the culture clubs, which Hibiki personally thought were always very interesting, but she was going to be part of the big event: White Vs Black. The Ivory Masks vs Ebony Strykers. Hibiki had a grudge against the Ebony Strykers, but there was a reason she never joined the Ivory Masks too. Mostly a gut feeling; something about them didn't feel right. But unlike the Ebony Strykers, Hibiki couldn't pinpoint what. Only that it was a strong enough feeling that she stayed away from them.

Hibiki made sure to put a reminder on her calendar to be ready for that day. She hoped to take Itsuko and they could play around the festival, but work did come first. But with any luck Hibiki can combine work and fun together. Speaking of Itsuko, Hibiki needed to figure out where she was. Last she remembered, Itsuko said they could hang out at her place. Looking at her last email, if Itsuko wasn't at home, she'd be at the food court. "She must mean the food court at the mall." Itsuko's apartment was located right on top of the mall after all. But now there was a different problem: how'll she'll get to the mall. It was quite a trek on foot. But Hibiki wasn't bothered at all! She'll just have to get going. After dropping off most of her nonessential school things, Hibiki went to find Train and headed towards the Mall.

It took her some time and there were a few close calls, but Hibiki made it! She arrived to the mall and headed straight to the good court to find Itsuko. She wasn't hard to find; she was the blond with all the bandages. "Itsuuuuko!" Hibiki ran towards her new friend happily, but as she got closer she noticed something was up. There was a stranger near Itsuko who seemed to be helping her, and Itusko seemed hurt. Hibiki didn't like seeing her friends hurt, even if someone like Itsuko was accident prone. "Itsuko? What happened?"

@KoL

I posted Shizuka slaying the Leviathan. I'll work on Hibiki as soon as I can.
In preparation for another post, I'd like to ask @harinezumikouken@ryonara@Eklispe@SevenStormStyle@Pyrodash888@Lucius Cypher: are you alright with collectively going into the airship, down to the city, and to the pizzeria in my next post? I feel as if we've spent enough time at the airdocks.

That's fine with me. Yue will still follow.
I'm sorry for not posting recently, I've been in and out of the hospital this past few weeks and I can barely work, let alone post. I'm slowly started to get better so hopefully I'll have time to make a post sometime this weekend.

With calmer heads coming out on top, the group managed to get to the keep with an extra escort. Once they were inside the halfling couldn't help but drop to her knees and start taking deep breaths. That was the most action-packed and suspenseful thing she's done in her entire life. It was more intense that that one time she ended up in a bar brawl with half the patrons being half-orcs. Fighting kobolds and maybe a few looters weren't too much of a surprise for Parum, she expected it, but having to actually do the deed was harder then it looked. While she was mostly unharmed and still combat ready, she was certain that out of everyone here Parum was the most tired.

The rest of the villagers were being seen to by the guards, and now that Parum's nerves have calmed down she looked around the keep. Fairly impressive for a village like Greenest; certainly worthy of it's title as a keep. It was heavily fortified, well lit, and hopefully well stocked with supplies to last a prolonged siege, if it ever came to that. Certainly nothing a band of marauders like kobolds could break into. But with a dragon above them Parum wasn't sure what the keep's odds were. Soon one of the guards, presumably the guard captain from authoritative presence, asked for their names and occupation. Standing to her feet Parum gave him a bow before speaking.

"My name is Parum, a bard and traveling scholar."
As the group got closer, Parum realized that the man was in the middle of the street, looking through piles of dead bodies. She had a feeling it wouldn't be good for their health if they crossed those corpses. Orchid looked like he was about to attack them, but Parum went up to him and stopped him. "No! We don't have time to fight now. What's more important is that we all get to the keep, alive." Parum looked at their growing group. There was no way they could all move stealthy... But they would have to try. Looking around the town Parum guessed there might be a few paths they could take to get around this mysterious person and avoid a possible ambush. Or walk right into one...

"Don't do that Parum, don't doubt yourself now." Taking out her viola and rapier, Parum beckoned the villagers to follow her. "Come with me, but quietly. We're almost there." With Parum herself taking point, she led the survivors off the main road but still heading towards the keeping, moving as fast as they can while maintaining a low profile.

Parum doesn't want anyone to get in harms way, but with what you said @Hekazu, she would lead the group around the person. They're too close now for her to try and investigate, and if they wait too long they'll just get attacked again. I'll post soon saying that Parum tries to lead the group around the person and avoid any other kobolds or raiders.
