From the way her character acts... That could happen... Except it would be more of a reversal. The victim fails to kill the Lunatic, and the Lunatic manages to kill her would-be-killer.

And yet, it totally isn't. In Dangan Ronpa, the murderer will be 'blackened' when disrupting life at the academy (I.e. killing.) It says it in the rules, and I believe Monokuma mentions it multiple times during the game.

So blame the creators of the game, not me.
