James 'Iykos' Frost

James, better known as Iykos, the Wolf of the World's Prison, turned his head towards the distinct sound of shouting and a broken car lock, contemplating his course of action for the briefest of moments before he dismissed it, his hand gently sliding off of the grip of the M1911 handgun strapped to his left thigh as he continued though the desolate streets of the prison city.

He weaved through the crumbling grey buildings with practiced ease, occasionally stopping to duck out of sight of a roaming Black Out Connection member or two. Despite the pseudo-truce between Iykos and 'The Network', he didn't want to be caught off guard and become some entrepreneuring gangster's ticket to a promotion. God knows he's got a big enough target on his back already.

As he finally passed though the maze of buildings, he came to his destination: A seemingly nondescript and rundown cul-de-sac, complete with looted and rusting cars and piles of trash. On the red-stained bonnet of one such car was a man, who turned him with a sour expression.

Iykos nodded to him and spoke with a confident voice, with a hint of sarcasm, as his mouth curled into a subtle smirk.

"James Tarvelli. I'm glad you agreed to meet with me to... settle our differences."

Indeed he is. Closest thing to what I visualised for him, so I went for it. Is that a problem? His name is Iykos btw, starting with an I for India

It's fine if you have dirty on my character, being that my character is all about information and connections, he'll probably have something on yours as well....just to keep each other in check :).

Makes sense, could be an interesting plot point as well. Go for it. FYI, he has a sore spot about his girlfriend, in case you need some dirt.

Iykos

Name: James Frost

Alias: Iykos (greek for Wolf)

Age: 23

Personality: Reclusive and Isolated, Iykos is a solitary person without much experience with other people. He avoids long conversations and large groups, and only keeps in contact with a few associates, although still kept distant.

Ruthless and Intelligent, he is also highly in tune to the flow of information around the city and had dirt on a lot of people that he wouldn't hesitate to use if needed (including James and Clover Mae Tarvelli, James Hunter and Bishop Wallace) but is intelligent enough remain hidden.

When pushed past his limit, he becomes cold, violent and sociopathic, often taking brutal revenge against the person who pushed him.

Bio: Raised in the rougher areas of London, England he learned by the age of 15 how to keep himself out of trouble and managed to scrape his way into one of the nicer schools in the area, rapidly climbing to the top 25% in his class and becoming a top scoring member of the archery club. On the outside, he was simply a quiet teen with nothing better than play video games and hang out with his small group of friends. He even had a relationship with a girl his age, who came from the nicer area of the city and went to the same school. In reality, he was involved with cyber crime under the screen name Iykos as part of the Hackavist group Wolf Den, looking into exposing the truth about the World's Prison.

He wasn't caught until he was 19. The crackdown came off the back of a revenge plot he had executed against three men that had raped his long-term girlfriend and left her for dead. After they had bragged about the crime on an underground chat server, he back-traced their IPs and crippled their entire digital lives, including their bank details and personal info. He then forced them into the open and used a commercial fire-axe to murder two of them and leave the third crippled for life. He was arrested shortly after the 4 year anniversary of his relationship while visiting his comatose girlfriend.

His life inside the city was fairly standard, with various power struggles and such. He spent the next 4 years collecting information, equipment and skills. He now has a small network around the city, with a few connections outside. He is also a fairly skilled shooter with handguns and rifles, but only average with any automatics or other weapons.

Misc: Has a recurve bow, modified L1A1 and .45 ACP M1911 hidden in his den/hideout for self-defence purposes, since those are what he's best with. Also carries a silver ring on his right middle finger, a gift from his girlfriend.
