Bio

My Name is Shadow Daedalus, but I will accept pretty much any diminutive form you can come up with.

I like to RP things with fighting and grit, but chilled out RPs are good too.

I'm a little out of practice, so my writing style falls anywhere between Low-Casual and High-Casual.

Wide range of tastes, like Sci-fi, Modern, Fantasy and Historical

I don't usually play more that one character at a time, and I'm more comfortable as a male character, but I might try to expand more in the future, you'll have to wait and see...

Not very interesting, so feel free to ask me questions :D

@tobiax This still got room? I've got some ideas I've been sitting on and would like to try them out.
I'm not gonna be able to post for the next couple of days. If you haven't seen it in my signature, I have no WiFi at home. I'm literally relying on a Subway WiFi on my phone :(
Nero nodded at the instruction he was given. He was to slip into the under-construction sound room undetected and report back with what he found. It was a simple task in retrospect, but he understood the practicality of him undertaking such a role. His outward appearance was definitely male, but further still he possessed a skill that made him even more suited to the task, not that he was going to make any of the girls aware of that fact. Namely, it was his [Deception] Skill, one of the many powers consumed during his Hunts.

"You needn't worry about me, I can handle things with the headmistress should a complication arise."

@SamaraJayne96 Welcome back, ready to go at any time. You should probably tag everyone with an approved character so they know you're back
Between college and work, still here
James Ashe-Hartnet

James looked between the two other devils within the kitchen, watching as Sato seemed more interested in the dishes to be done and Daithi seemed to be too lost in thought to be of any use. He sighed in response to Sato's comment. Looks like he'd need to take the lead on this one...

"Well, Carrot before the stick..." By his reckoning, it couldn't hurt to play nice to begin with, if only as a formality. He wasn't expecting much success, quite the opposite in fact, but it could save him getting his hands dirty if they just told what he wanted to know. He pushed himself from where he was leaning on the kitchen worktop and moved over to where the the Cultists were restrained. The stream of utter drivel largely went in one ear and out of the other, but he did pick out a few useful bits of information.

"I suppose there isn't much point in dancing around the issue, so I'll be straight with you, I want to know who you are and who's this 'Lord' of yours? Going of what I can infer from what you said earlier, He's definitely not a Devil, but he is a supernatural of some kind, so that makes you what? Cultists? Acolytes? Minions?"

Externally, he kept an icy facade but internally he sighed in frustration and disappointment. This really wasn't how he'd planned on spending his day off...
Nero said nothing as Melissa conscripted him and the three girls into a plan of which he had no understanding, instead simply raising an eyebrow before deciding to follow along with it. He had planned on going out hunting that night, but without a decent excuse he would probably look suspicious should he accidentally run into the girls while they were executing whatever their plan maybe. No, it was better for him to accompany them, and then slip away once they had finished...

He stepped a little closer to the group and listened as she gave out roles to the three girls, taking note that she had seemingly left him out. Nonplussed by this, he looked directly at Melissa and lowered his voice accordingly, enough for her to hear him but not loud enough for others around them to overhear.

"What might my role in this be?"

As the cultist at his feet fell still, James couldn't help but click his tongue. He'd hoped to take the man alive, but he was probably a little excessive in the way he'd incapacitated him. He wasn't upset the man had died, he was going to kill the man anyway, but he was planning on interrogating him first. He heard Delilah's question and turned around to face her, waiting on the rest of the peerage before voicing his own opinion.

"I'm with Daithi on this one, for the same reason." The priest was probably their best source of information right now but even then he wouldn't know everything, so what they couldn't get out of him, once he'd woken up of course, they could beat out of the two surviving cultists. He sharply pulled the katana out of where he had planted it in the man's spine before dispelling his Sacred Gear and taking a step back to lean on the adjacent wall, arms crossed in front of his chest.
James Hartnet

The Deacon Arms Tavern, Inverness

Interactions: Archer of Red @vFear, Everyone inside the Tavern, Leon @vancexentan, The french kid @Turboshitter
Mana Remaining: 158/210

Archer's shout was enough to interrupt James' sleep, but it took a second for his tired mind to process just what his servant had said. He let out a low curse before pulling his jeans back on (No way was he fighting his old professor in just his boxer shorts) and pulling the gun case from under his bed, quickly retrieving the weapon inside before bolting down the stairs into the main foyer of the tavern, uncaring that he was barefoot and shirtless.

"Saber's in the basement, below us! Move!"

He wasted little time, sliding to a stop to deliver the brief warning before heading towards the stairs leading down into the basement, knowing that where Saber was present his arrogant bastard of a Master wouldn't be hard to him. The bastard probably wanted to be able see it when the zombie-like knight of the sword enacted his 'revenge' on the only students with the metaphoric balls to stand against him in such a considerable way. He threw open the door and began to make his way down, only to overhear Leon shout for Archer to stand down. Frowning slightly, James slowed his pace but kept Mana Zero ready should he need. He had nearly reached his servant as he tried to make sense of what he could see.

An unknown Servant, a Saber if what Archer had said was true yet different to the one at Urquhart Castle, was standing in the room and both Leon and Albert were present, and not slaughtered. In fact, the red-accented Saber seemed to be... protecting one of them? James made his presence know with a verbal order, letting the armoured figure know he wasn't a threat.

"Archer, Stand down. Leon, or the french kid whichever one works, explain to me what I'm currently looking at. Because that looks like a Saber servant. A second Saber servant."

James may not have been the most powerful Magi by a long shot, but he did know the rules of the grail war, and he knew how to count. 7 Classes, One servant in each class. Two Sabers, or two servants of any class for that matter, was definitely outside of the norm... well, the norm for a grail war at least.
@vFear I'll try to get something up by the end of the day
