Silver magic? I cant quite recall. But the Tier Five are as of now, the undisputed rulers of existence, in which they persue their interests iwth an iron fist. They allow for worlds do die and perish before those on said planets can reach their full potential. With the Amaranthien, progress is endless. Time and decay are mere constructs, and don't affect those under our banner.
