The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.
My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.
Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.
I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!
Roleplay Information
I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.
I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.
Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

@watchet This is the first one I'm going to just flat up deny. I let BytheSpleen use Team Rocket as a part of their CS because it was something from the earlier iteration of this RP, and that it worked out somewhat.
Porygon, even for Team Rocket anyways, would be hard to come by, considering it is an artificially created Pokemon. And since we're going by Anime mechanics rather than Game mechanics, Game Corner, if it even existed, is severely different in the Anime than the Games.
The personality just doesn't seem to suit the Legendary either. Most of the others had some kind of personality that fit their Legendary. Yours has almost no connection whatsoever. You seemed to pretty much throw it down because you wanted to.
@Sionnie I've said this before, but it needs clarification again it seems. Title says [Accepting], tag says Apply. As long as those stay like that, I'll be accepting. I wanna get a good variety of trainers for this, and not just Legendary Guardians. It's good to have a cast of non-plot necessary characters too.
And I'm working on my next post, I'll have it up tomorrow.

@Iatos Well, It was after sunset, meaning you walked through the night, passing the Route 701 Pokemon Center along the way, to reach Vertigo City. Synching up with a guy who I'm pretty sure arrived late in the afternoon... I time skipped about two or three hours at the most.

First thing's first, here in the Clone Wars, the clones numbers started with CT, they didn't start using other letters (except for ARC, ARF, or RC) until the Imperial Era.
Fox... IMO it tends to be overused (Courscant Guard Commander Fox, 501st Sergeant Fox).
When I said Personality and Bio, I meant Your Personality and Bio, not your units.
Everything else is fine, and you can add what type of Armor Markings you have (For the 117th your Armor will have THIS color) if you want.
And, you actually got Rigger pegged almost perfectly for what I imagined him.
"Captain Rigger is a C.O. who is strictly no nonsense on the battlefield. That's not to say he doesn't care about the troopers under his command. He is no stranger to danger, and will always be on the front lines of battle. Though it may not seem like it, Rigger is one of the most compassionate C.O.s you'll ever see. He always makes sure his troopers are prepared for battle, reprimanding them when they screw up, and almost never giving direct praise. Keeping his troops alive is his praise to them."

@watchet Sadly no, I'm not allowing Mew to be a Legendary Guardian's Partner. I've explained this in earlier posts (Considering Mew can go toe to toe with Mewtwo, which is arguably one of the most powerful Pokemon in the world) that it could likely break the RP.

@Draconequis It's fine, people generally like to time skip minor points a little, so keep an eye on that for future reference.
I'm gonna be just having some minor dialogue and such until everyone gets caught up in the time (As right now it's after sundown for my characters).
@Ninian @Light Lord @Draconequis That reminds me, you said you heard the explosion (which I believe was the same one caused by the battle between Brooks and Team Royal Skies), but you're currently around three or four from what I understand from you guys. That battle took place at sunset, which would have been a few hours later. Just trying to put some continuity together for this thing.
