@Experiment 249 At the moment, the Lati's aren't set in stone. I'd highly prefer that, if you didn't want to work closely with anyone, you make two characters for both. Or, if you want to work with someone, work tightly with someone like close friends or siblings.

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.
My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.
Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.
I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!
Roleplay Information
I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.
I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.
Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

@Dynamo Frokane If you're going for Latios/Latias, I'd make two characters, twins mayhaps, or find someone you'd trust to play the other Lati. I'd also prefer Latias for a femme character, considering the Gender (And a bit of personal bias o.o;).
@Leoven I like how it looks at the darker, normally unseen part of Pokemon. Also, I kinda already have a certain organization sending some people to help the local police force in Viore. I feel like the cop would work in the home region, but having the International Police (Who probably already have extremely well trained officers and agents like Looker, as well as connections to agencies like the PRO) just seems highly unlikely. And lastly, I'm wanting this to really focus on the characters and how they develop over the RP. Your character probably wouldn't even be going after contests, let alone gym battles. This RP is about the journey. I just get kinda nit picky at these kind of things.

@Leoven You're actually the first one to ever want Manaphy throughout every iteration of the RP. I find that somewhat surprising and very saddening as Manaphy can be a great character. So yeah, as I said before, First Come First Serve for Legendary Guardians.
@Dynamo Frokane Levels wont particularly matter for this RP, I'm basing it more off the Anime Mechanics than Game Mechanics. And you can start as a fresh trainer with a single starter, or you can be a somewhat veteran trainer with some experience.
@Hillan No, it is not a requirement to be a Legendary Guardian. And I chose the ones I did because most of them didn't exactly have a direct relationship with other Legendary/Mythical Pokemon. And being a Guardian with the Major Legendaries (Giritina, Kyurem, Xerneus, etc...) Could turn Godmodded very quickly.
Speaking of Guardians, one last thing. You aren't going to start off with a Guardian immediately. In fact, you won't even know you are a guardian until you meet the Pokemon you're bonded with. Those events will, for the most part, be initiated by me. I've got quite a few ideas in mind.

Oh, and one last thing I forgot to mention. Your Legendary Guardian cannot be carried/captured in a Pokeball. As such, they are technically not a member of your team, so you can still have six other Pokemon with you. And, because of the power of PLOT, no other trainers can attempt to capture your Guardian.

The Pokemon you start with... it can vary. If you're a brand new trainer just starting their journey, probably one, maybe two. If you're a veteran trainer looking for a new challenge, I'd say three or four. You can have as many as you want, but just keep it within reason is all I'm saying.

@Ninian Oh Yeah, everyone a quick heads up. I've made Ninian Co-GM ahead of time. He's an awesome storyteller/roleplayer and he's been through the previous iteration.
[EDIT] Also, you can have multiple characters. I'm having the two characters down in my Sig, so Shaymin and Victini are going to be taken already. I don't want dual guardians otherwise unless it would just work, like Latios and Latias.
