Also your character looks okay, but dangerously close to being of the Devil.
That's actually because of the fighting and partying. I notice characters of Justice tend to try and avoid fights if they can (based on characters appearing in the games), but if they must, they'll do it, usually with little hesitation. They're very resolve-driven people.
The partying can stay just don't party too crazy, but the fighting needs to change to suit the arcana.
Once that's done your character is fine anyway.
Also if you want me to design your Persona you're free to ask me, just PM me and we'll talk. I offer this to everyone who joins, plus their Ultimates.
I also feel you can find a better Persona than Angel. I think someone like Joan of Arc would suit your character for instance.
Name: Silas Wolfram Gender: Male Age: 200+ Race: Human
Appearance: Tall- a hair over six feet tall, in fact- and slender, granting him a willowy appearance that belies his strength. His posture is very relaxed, though careful watchers can note an undercurrent of tension, as though he’s ready to spring at any time. Short, shaggy blonde hair adorns his head over hard, angular features. His eyes are green, and he usually has a shade of stubble on his face. Usually wears a black longcoat over dark-colored or grey clothing, in contrast to the Sages’ usual attire.
Faction: Lumen Sages
Personality: Silas can come across as naive and childish due to his unrelenting optimism, even in the face of the worst adversities. Despite this demeanor, he is not one to be trifled with- Silas is driven, perhaps to a fault, to succeed in whatever goals he sets for himself, and he has the tactical and analytical mind to achieve almost anything he sets his mind to. While he prefers diplomacy and communication over combat, that’s not to say he isn’t good at it- when pushed, Silas is relentless in battle, flanking, feinting, and forcing his opponents further and further into the snare of his strategic expertise.
Bio:
“My friends have always been there, for as long as I can remember.”
---
Silas was born in Germany in the early 19th century, and had a fairly standard childhood growing up, with one exception- his “friends.” Even from a young age, Silas could see and converse with angelic beings that no one else could see. They called themselves by lots of interesting names- Applaud, Fearless, Beloved- and came in all different shapes and sizes. His family and “real” friends all tried to convince him that such things were in his head, a product of his overactive imagination, but Silas had seen the angels do things to the real world- move objects, leave marks of their passing, and the like. He knew they were real- he just didn’t understand why no one else could tell that they were.
Over time, Silas’ rapport with his “friends” grew ever stronger- some were even fitting of their name, being intensely loyal and protective of him. Two in particular, a Fearless and Fairness, grew very close, almost never leaving his side. Some were trickier to converse with than others, but in the end, his friends would almost always listen to him.
As he was not shy about speaking of his “friends,” Silas became an outcast amongst his peers, who believed him delusional. Were it not for the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, Silas might have even believed he was. He didn’t care, either way- he preferred the company of angels to people, anyway. At the age of 18, however, Silas was approached by a strange man in gold and white garb. He believed in Silas’ friends as well, even claimed that he could see them, too. He claimed that Silas had power- power that even the man, as knowledgeable as he seemed, could only guess at. Power that the man claimed he could help Silas unlock, if he would only come with him. Intrigued, Silas took the man’s offer.
In that moment, Silas’ life had now changed forever. The man, named Father Roderick, guided Silas on the path of becoming a Lumen Sage, teaching him to use his gifts to protect and serve the interests of the society. He learned of reaching across the veil, and calling his friends to his side, wherever he may be. He learned powers of magic, of commanding weapons and tools, even power over time itself. He was told of a great war that had nearly driven people like himself and Roderick extinct, destroying the powers of light forever, and how grateful Roderick was to have found him.
Over time, Roderick gathered others like themselves- those who answered the call of Heaven, who wielded the might of Laguna, and conversed with its denizens- until where once there was merely two, there were now dozens. Roderick claimed that the time had come once again, for them to step once more into the light, and take hold of the destiny that the Sages had held once before.
And so, Silas, alongside Father Roderick, helps to lead his order into the new world, their champion of light against a world filled with darkness.
[Combat]
Powers and Abilities:
Alpha Wolf- Silas Wolfram lives up to his namesake well- Silas has an unusual degree of affinity with the beings of the Hierarchy of Laguna, even amongst his fellow Lumen Sages, giving him a greater degree of control over and capability to communicate with them.
Illumination- Like all Lumen Sages, Silas draws his powers from the sun and light, and grows stronger and healthier the more light- especially natural sunlight- is in the area, though he can still be formidable without it.
Styles:
Three Ring Circus [LV1]- A slow but devastating style, Silas calls upon his angelic familiars to rend the opposition. At the most basic level, Silas can call upon his “hounds”- Kazfiel and Sraosha- in battle, as well as other Third and Second Sphere angels.
LV2- Silas can call more powerful angels into battle, even up to and including First Sphere angels. Kazfiel and Sraosha are inspired to even greater power by Silas’ mastery.
LV3- Not even the Cardinal Virtues can resist Silas’ call- at level 3, he can call forth the limbs, powers, and even full forms of the Sequi and even Auditio themselves, for a time.
Sword Juggler [LV1]- Silas commands the facets of his weapon, Pleiades, with his will alone, sending flying blades careening at the opposition from any angle. At the most basic level, Silas can command Pleiades in its basic form and move with deft quickness, even in midair.
LV2- Silas can alter the physical properties of Pleiades’ facets, including their size, granting him greater mobility through having him actually ride and dance along his oversized blades.
LV3- Silas can split Pleiades into yet more blades and fragments, assaulting the opposition with an unstoppable storm of metal. In addition, Silas can now fly under his own power.
Equipment:
Pleiades [LV1]- Seven golden sword blades that Silas can materialize and telekinetically control at will, the blades were forged by Silas himself, binding him to them, and preventing them from being moved under any power but his own. Pleiades’ blades are all part of a singular weapon and purpose- to use one without the others is impossible.
LV2- Gains access to more powerful attacks, and can materialize the blades from almost anywhere.
LV3- Silas can imbue the weapon with his divine powers, allowing the blades to take on a variety of elemental properties.
Techniques:
Basic Powers
Applause!- Silas briefly conjures angelic wings in order to right and readjust himself in the air as a recovery move
Light Speed- Silas can slow time to a crawl in an area around him for a short period before being struck, allowing him to counter his enemies with ease.
Beast Within- A Lumen Sage can change their body’s shape into that of any number of animals. Relatively inexperienced, and with his skills focused elsewhere, Silas has access only to the Wolf Within form, which rapidly increases his movement speed.
Three Ring Circus
Lion Tamer- Kazfiel and Sraosha charge the enemy in a cross formation, tearing through them.
Tug o’ War- Kazfiel and Sraosha catch the enemy in their jaws, rending smaller enemies to pieces and encumbering larger opponents.
World’s Strongest Man- Silas summons the form of a Beloved to launch an enemy into the air with a titanic blow.
Sword Juggler
Knife Thrower- Silas fires the blades of Pleiades at the enemy in succession.
Dervish Dance- Silas dashes at the enemy while rapidly spinning Pleiades’ blades in a circle around him, slashing at the enemy
Golden Banner- Silas strikes with sweeping blows using all of Pleiades’ blades in an arc.
Looks good to me.
Picture would be great though, but you can do that later. Feel free to put it in.
Yeah yeah that's what I meant, either have her demon-type form as a style, or a DT. Okay, the changes to Mary are complete. This should be the final draft. Hopefully. You can review her again back at where I posted her in the OOC. Thanks.
Looks fine, just one last thing, and it's making a specific field/dot point for Devil Trigger to make it clearer, once that's done it should be ready to update.
<Snipped quote by Sho Minazuki>
Oh? So he was locked in just the demon world, eh? Since I'm not familar with Mundus, I wasn't sure how he operated or how he ruled over the demons, and wasn't sure if he was the type that would tolerate people working under him to work for/ or potentially change allegiances.
Not super-serious, eh? Whew, explains it. LOL
Mundus should be fine as long as your first allegiance is to him. Generally right now he's looking to ways to get out of the demon world and into the human realm, so that's something to do if you have great loyalty to him.
So she works as a Mundus General? Since that was what I was going for. Wasn't sure if I did it correctly or not.
Aye, was planning to add some in, just wanted to see what you thought of the rest of it before I added some in there.
I'm surprised the acceptance was unanimous, was expecting worse. LOL
Mundus while locked away in the demon world... Is locked away in just the demon world, meaning he still has pretty free reign over all of the demon world, he's just currently locked out from the rest of the world. It's really weird.
You can still go work for Queen Sheba as a part timer though. Demons have been allowed to do as they wish mostly.
And this RP wasn't made super seriously, so acceptance bars aren't very high. We're mostly here for fun.
DT is a general super form kind of thing, how to put it, it does indeed make your styles stronger because generally you just became stronger, so more accurately, your Huntress style becomes faster, and Beasthood style becomes stronger during DT, it's already assumed you can switch between the two styles on the fly, so you don't really need to have both styles gain the traits of the other, because you can use both fairly freely.
As for Vileblood... Actually, why not make that your Devil Trigger? You take a somewhat demonic form, heightened defenses and such, but can still use your weapon. That said, seeing as your character is still largely human, your form actually won't change very much, you'll still look quite human, maybe with glowing eyes and growing some scales or fur depending on the attribute of your demonic powers.
Otherwise Flip-Off looks fine, and so does Demon's Omen and Chomp!
