Except for 1 or 2 rps and some partners, I'm essentially done with the site. Can only sit down for posts once a week. Hate to make others wait.

Bio
I don't know how to make this all stylish yet. I'll figure it out eventually.
In the mean time ahem:
Hello! I am currently writing a script for a fantasy story I plan on animating (Using the program Poser) Rping really helps get my creative muscles flexing and I'm going to be incorporating some character ideas into the RPs I produce with other people. This could include Male or Female. I really try to challenge myself.
I am a huuuuuuuge fan of epic scale narrative, and breathing life into a story is a great passion of mine. Seriously I watch trope talk pod casts and how to write, just to make my script as effective as possible.
I am versatile. I love things with emotion, whether Romance, Grim, Adventure Thriller, or even Comedy. Above all else, I love to entertain. I hope to do so with you.
Nickname Pox Age 24 Gender Male Sexuality Bi-Curious and Xenophilic Marius has an attraction to the strange and alien and while he can form romantic relationships with other humans, he finds inhuman features to be strangely fascinating and aesthetically more attractive. He has on occasion cast glances at other races even if he knew they were male. Race Human
Personality
+Heart of Gold
Pox's compassion and empathy are without limits. He will go out of his way to help those in need, showing a rare form of selflessness sometimes even at significant cost to himself.
+Intellectual
Pox is a genius. His childhood has been studying magic, medicine, chemistry, engineering and magitech so that he can grow and learn to build them with his hands.
+Industrious
If Pox could give anything away, it would be his need to sleep. There is always something to do, something to discover, something to build, something to improve. His mind is at a mile a minute.
-Curious
Wanderlust and fascination with the strange and unknown leads him to paths probably best not followed, but once he gets an idea in his head, he'll never let it go without significant probing.
-Naive
Pox believes in a world without fighting, everyone moving to glorious shining progress. He has read about the world from the tellings of others, but finds it hard to accept things for as they are. The world is beautiful, glamorous, and everyone and everything is inherently good, even when that is not the case...
-Arrogant
Growing up among nobility, being born with intelligence, and the resources to act on that intelligence gives him a sense of superiority that people, particularly those less charmed, can find insufferable. He's too happy for such a world full of conflict.
Background House Hierophox had an illustrious history as the founder of the family acclaimed great wealth and prestige by building and maintaining the rail lines and engines that transport Kina's goods and people throughout the region. Since then, its been pretty much expected that the house produce great innovators. Marius Hierophox fit into this expectation a little... too well.
Marius was hyper active and constantly doing something, always looking at the world with wide eyed wonder. He'd forgo lessons of propriety and etiquette for more times in the library or listening to stories of those explorers and merchants who visited their estate. It gave him a sense of wanderlust and a hungering need for knowledge. Then the experiments began. Much to his family's chagrin the child began to bleed them for funds to consult with experts and build all manner of automatons and inventions. Many saw it as an investment, others saw it as a waste. The young lord should be
It was his early teens when he saw an elf for the first time. A merchant queen wanting to use their rails to cross the country, and Marius was instantly smitten by her ethereal beauty. It lead him to look beyond the gates of the estate, the city itself to find such beauty elsewhere in the world. Finding little support for endeavors that would take him away from family matters, he began to secretly apprentice with the guilds that study ancient wonders and create artifacts, honing and refining his own techniques. Becoming more and more mystified with the art of artifice, he tried to enroll in the Spiral Academy, the premier center for magitech and magical studies. His family, now tired of his useless and scatterbrained attempts at mad science refused him, and so Marius abandoned his family and joined the Kina military, whom could sponsor and recommend him to join the prestigious order through service.
He uses the Academy to fund his expeditions to the outside world, seeking ancient ruins and the secrets of other races so that the city could benefit. In all honesty he uses them as an opportunity to not only learn but to teach.
Appearance
Allegiance Allied: Kina City His nobility can offer him a few perks in the city. He considers himself an enemy to no one.
Abilities
Artificer
His gift at understanding the intricacies of enchantments that channel magic have allowed him to obtain the rank of artificer within the city. Its his job to study, build, and maintain the magitech infrastructure that makes the city of Kina great. His tinkering and position has abled him to have some potent artifacts on his person, for defense and utilitarian design.
Apothecary
Studying chemistry ended up leading to the study of alchemy, an important facet when it came to the artifacts of magitech as many components and reagents needed to be properly combined to resonate and channel magic. He carries a number of useful concoctions from healing draughts to smoke bombs, to oils that strengthen the body and sharpen a blade. He is currently a beginner in magic but hopes to learn transmutation at some point.
Combat Medic
The rank of artificer involved some time service in Kina's military. His position initially was maintaining the industrial war machines, but the demand for medical personnel and healers became too great and his prior knowledge and skilled handiwork allowed him to learn some useful skills. Namely, how to perform field surgery and fire the black powder rifles and revolvers utilized by the military. Valuable skills he uses to keep him and others safe and patch up others when he fails to.
Threatening a mob of rioters in order to stall for backup
Strengths
Carouser
Pox is an extrovert. He loves to meet new people, regardless of background and race. He has a way with words, and is always positive. To the right crowd, Pox can be the life of the party and a very welcome means of optimism and moral support.
Scholarly
Pox at this point knows a little bit about everything. He's spent years with tutors, requesting experts and apprenticing with explorers, mages, artificers, savants, and scientists. You can always count on him to share the knowledge he uncovered.
Craftsman
Likewise, his knowledge of items and their use and repair has proved invaluable to the City of Kina. With the right set of tools and a pair of extra hands, Pox can build, fashion, repair, appraise and use artifacts and magitech, saying nothing of mundane objects. Hes very good with his hands.
Diplomacy
Pox has studied much of customs and the world beyond and his noble upbringing backs him up. Flattery, persuasion, mediation, and compromise are all pretty much second nature to him, making him great at solving problems between people.
Weaknesses
Too Trusting:
He fundamentally believes people are good, leaving him to be tricked on more then one occasion. He is not so stupid as to let himself be fooled again, but his bleeding heart means he will give people the benefit of the doubt even if they shown time and again they don't deserve it.
Frailish:
Despite moving, working on machines, traveling, Pox is no warrior. He knows how to shoot, maybe a little of tactics from his times in the military and study, but he was born in an ivory tower reading books. By the time he got older, he already missed the time he should been playing with children and building up his strength and stamina. He can get work done, but mostly he relies on technology and innovation for labor.
Philanderer:
Pox loves love. A true and total romantic at heart, he will leap on the opportunity of finding connection with another. But in subjects of the heart, he is a bit of a fair weather friend. Breaking hearts when he must inevitably move on, and from there find a new person for his attentions. Playing with hearts like this does not earn him friends, and he can fall hard and fast, making him easy to manipulate.
He puts the moves on a maid after his betrothal to another noble's daughter.

He puts the moves on a maid after his betrothal to another noble's daughter.
"Do you two have anything special that can aid us? A little trick up the sleeve that can give us an extra punch in the ambush?"
Ozzy stood up. Seemingly from under the folds of 'her' robes to hide her form she spread her wings and and flapped them once or twice. "Aside from any tactical advantage I can come up with, my initial plan if all went well is to come in high. Determining a leader should be easy among the rabble. Once the ambush is sprung I can swoop down and catch any officers. I'll only need to carry him twenty or so feet up before dropping them. Removing leadership should turn any disciplined unit into a heedless mob. Rinse and repeat..." Ozzy just had to hope they used horses usually a dead give away. "If you need assist with spying I can do that too."
If they were satisfied, they would ride out, Ozzy constantly looking at the terrain. They said they had the advantage and these rolling hills can provide some concealment. He hoped it wasnt over open ground... "Do we have eyes on the fort they are reinforcing!?" she asked Felipe with a shout. "They might ride out and pincer us if they get a message through!" Just informing the eager commander, he certainly had alot of faith in his men.
"See that? That gives me bad vibes. "It makes me sick."
Riding with Yang she told him how it made her sick. She nodded, a soft gulp. "Me too." She continued. "And this is why I'm worried. I don't want that happening here... I know this ambush will lead to a swift and hard reprisal but if its decisive enough, the Varjo may stall, give some of the people hope." He breathed outward, trying to calm his nerves. "There is no way such evil can exist... Not if we're willing to do something about it." He wondered how someone like a dragon or Titanica would fair... they would be targetted no doubt if they unleash their true power. A harpy and a human though... slinking back into obscurity, it was the safest choice. He could only hope they made the difference.
When they got to their point, Ozzy would dismount. "I'll scout ahead, give us a bit of warning." She looked to Yang. "Be safe..." If anything happened, it'd be his fault.
Interactions with: @CelesteEste Sazel Another teacher had been scolding the Nidhogan. After a number of students complained about their 'breakfast' a proctor and a teacher were scolding the massive summon. It saw the red in them but slumped its shoulders and 'tried' to look sorry. It didn't understand what the big deal was. Anything not eaten would be sucked back up at some point when they began to spoil. Besides it was breakfast for everyone. Still, these softbarks had weird rules. "This one wants to gift all of its friends. But promised the Nettle to not cause any trouble."
That seemed to be enough for them to get them off his case and so he shoke his head and summoned some of his smaller friends to help. Little Weasel like things slithered and fell out of him. The critters snuck up on the apples as if they were stalking rats... and then lunged, began to eat them ravenously.
Nidhogen looked on, satisfied with his work, watching his little friends eat the bits of fruit and leaving the fresh cores for Nidhogen to enjoy, snakey vines slithering out from underneath its face to snake them back up, the seeds being repurposed on its shoulders and back to add to the foilage of leaves. This would go on for a few more minutes, until all of a sudden the little wooden weasels would hiss and snap at a profusion of wiggling worms that tried to compete with them over their quarry. The Nidhogen was confused by this for a moment before it remembered the swarm summon Nettle had once used to chew through a particularly dense and dead thicket back in the swamp, the Nidhogen following its friend in a smaller and much weaker form. Its arms and shoulders bloomed with flowers. The day din't truly start until he was with the Nettle, following her about her day and attempting in its own way to help her out.
While worm and weasel fought over apples, Nidhogen left them to begin its search, the stumble and trip of a student catching its attention. She was a strangely colorful one. Her current emotions made her shine a beacon of green, yellow, with splashes of red, purple. It was the colors of excitement, mystery, wonder, and determination. Nidhogan felt compelled to follow her, its loose form contracting into a size better suited for walking the academy halls on its lumbering limbs, merely being eight feet at the shoulder, just enough to fit in doors and under archways with only a few panels of bark to shift and not hurt anything. Its head was generally the hardest to move into a doorway.
Sazel would announce her accomplishments to one of the teachers just as Nidhogen caught up. By this point the teachers knew very well the thing that now lived in their courtyard and knew it meant well in its strange way so seeing it follow a student by mere curiosity was not an uncommon occurrence. When Sazel suddenly flashed with Yellow and shades of red giving her an orange glow, Nidhogen approached, also wanting to see what she discovered. It wasn't sneaky in this form by any stretch of imagination but any disturbance would have been ignored as it also looked at the picture Sazel had spotted. Sazel said cool. "And pretty. Her bark is such a healthy shade of brown." Said the wooden giant in an almost girlish tone.
He bowed his singular eye down in a bow. "Very good madame. I've laid out your garments for the day. If there is nothing else I will be off. Today is the day clubs can make their requisitions for new projects. I will probably need to explain to each what can and cannot be provided." The future tech club has requested a Hadron Collider in the past while another has looked into an alternate universe and requested a miniature pentrose sphere around a micro black-hole. Both have been denied due to reasons of cost and unacceptable risk.
He gave his mistress a final bow before leaving her bedroom to assure that her lunch was prepared and able, along with her effects for the day. Everything exact, perfect to her specifications and sometimes even predicting her mood based upon the patterns she displays. Its a labor of love as he very much appreciates their chats at the end of day, the occasional game or experiment. Truly wise, though lonely. Something Cogsworth does not have the functions to rectify. Her late husband's potrait still stands on the wall.
By the time Cogsworth is able to leave, the printer in the room finishes making the physical copies. Due to various security issues inside the computer networks that rambunctious Machina House student love to attempt to break into just cause they can. Its been determined that paper (while able to be altered via magic) is the safest medium, particularly when properly stored via magic and no magical means.
He taps the papers together and sets off, a stack in his arms. He greets every student he sees with a good morning, reminding them of assignments and particular abnormalities of their day to day schedules, his advanced systems already having every students profile, summons, and schedule backed up in memory banks.
The robot in fine vestments, tall, slender, none threatening save the tentacles on its back recoiled for lack of use, and a big green eye turned a corner to suddenly come face to face with a being he did not recognize, not immediately anyway. The girl looked human, purple hair, skin, internal organs, its when he determined her to be a breed of lesser dragon. Maybe polymorphed, maybe just containing draconian blood. Scanning complete. "Mame, you are human enough in appearance to have to adhere to the dress code of the other students. Where is you summoner?"
A quick scan saw a new student. "Master Lorcan Brigh." The robot said passing the summon and approaching him. "Welcome to L'Mordryn. I am the school Curator, Cogsworth. May your time here be educational and productive. You are new so I will overlook the rules this time." The assumption came from the exact magical signature that connected summoner to summon which Cogsworth could detect, namely to track down a summoner that used their summon for misdeeds. "The madame here is 94% resembling a human girl and is showing off 74% of their skin. This is outside of school dress code regulations. Please provide the madame a jacket or some kind of covering at your next convenience, less she distract others."
He did bow his head in a late greeting and changed gears. "Aside, I am here to serve students and faculty. If you have any questions I'd be more then happy to assist with any inquiry."
Nidhogen: After getting the apple situation fixed with Nettles help, it ends up following Sazel whom ask a teacher about a student's picture hes holding.
Cogsworth: An explanation of some of the school practices, it runs into Lorcan, welcomes him, and asks that his summon put a shirt on.
Whats a niche not fully utilized yet? I have a human intellectual, maybe a healer or a magi-tech engineer that wants to study other cultures. Maybe with hopes that science and logic would put an end to wars. Naive and brilliant and overwhelmingly kind.
I don't know how to make this all stylish yet. I'll figure it out eventually.
