I'm good with Earth being an Option. Although to note that the Egloera Federation is the best of both worlds, a nation of both humans and xenos, if Earth is not agreeable with other xeno nations, they would be a good choice as host of the conference.

@WrongEndoftheRainbow I could if you like, would you be interested in a First Contact War? The Dathu Hives are quite imperialistic and will make demands of your world to join them or face war. Although if you wish, there could be a small period of talks, leading up to sudden hostilities.
