Some Chimera's do multiple elements. So I kinda imagined a true Chimera can do multiple.

I also had a idea that there are four different sub-types (North, West, East, South) with a different element. Karn's Chimera, being the fire type. XD

It's a thought I've been pondering. Course, Karn would never be able to wield any others. It would kill him xD

Like he goes to contribute but he's blocking the spell because his paw or head is larger than the human hands.

He does have two range attacks. His tail flame magic is a controllable length. So I think he could control the size of it as well.

His roar attack is like the others, so I suppose allies shouldn't be in range of it unless they got a protective barrier.

And indeed, feel bad for how long the day is, so it's probably best, they get through the big finale and be pretty much ready for a timeskip so we aren't holding up eeeevvveerrrryybody else. XD and as Karn beasty mind mode. He's probably easier to control as for others. So just let you guys handle it xD
