Hey everyone. I'm interested in joining, if you'll have me. Got a CS whipped up and ready to go too.
As a question to everyone; in your head, do you have a theme song for your character? Do you have one for the game at large?

On my end, Spidey's theme is probably just the Spectacular Spider-Man theme, but I'm making that diegetic, so, a little better than just taking it, I guess. Otherwise, his arc theme is The Distance by Cake. I think it connects pretty well to what I'm going for this season with Spidey, and I figured Spider-Man: The Distance was a good arc name, and so it was.

As for an overall theme for the game, though? I'm drawing a blank, which is kind of why I ask the question in the first place. Last time, in UOU, Glitter and Gold by Barns Courtney was my pick, but it somehow doesn't seem to fit as well to this game, but maybe it's just the clashing mental association between this and UOU. Who knows? What do y'all think?

Got two different themes for Blade, actually. One as his character theme and the other as his combat theme. As for a theme for the whole game, I have absolutely no clue to be honest.

Also, in a bit of a tight spot so it might be a while before I post again. Hopefully I can get one up in the coming days.
Was just chatting with Doc on Discord when I brought up the idea of Injustice in this RP's universe, and I figured I'd bring the discussion here.

So. The biggest and bestest superhero went nuts and created a totalitarian dystopia. Who did it and where would your characters be in that mess?
Pretty sure it was something like the Gotham Knights. Usually in comics there's a bunch of different sports team names floating around. Metropolis has had at least ten.
Well, let's get some discussion going here shall we, without giving away too much of your season, where are you all hoping for your characters to end up by season's end?

Might sound weird, but Blade's story here is a bit of a coming of age one where he finally has to come to terms with the fact that hunting the supernatural isn't a game and he has a pretty big job on his hands. Don't worry though, he's not gonna go all dark and serious, just gonna wisen up a bit and be a teensy bit more mature in how he acts. Finally, not to spoil anything major, but his feud with Deacon will wrap up quite a bit differently than the usual fare as well.

Oh and he's definitely giving his shop a name by the end of the season.

And maybe losing an arm so I can give him a roboarm.

You kooky kids with your 'chapters'. Just be like me, and tell your whole story as one congealed, inseparable block of posts. Where does one arc end and the next begin? Who can say?!

Fuck you old man, I do as I please! *does a sick ollie over Doc*
Speaking of being done with chapters, that post is also the end of my own first chapter (or volume, like I listed in my post catalog).

Just wanted to say it properly in the thread, but my plans for Spider-Man are now looking a little... Ambitious, considering I really overestimated the number of posts I'd be able to churn out in this timeframe. To be clear, I'm not dropping or anything of the sort, but I guess I'd like to put out a warning well in advance for anyone interested: My arc might end up feeling a little disjointed across the eventual season break from 1 to 2. But, hey, I guess we'll see what happens.

As long as our crossover is still on, I think I'll live.

E: But in all seriousness, as long as you don't ghost us I'm pretty sure everyone will be fine... And for real, you better not ghost us, I really like your Spidey.
Also Uni and making low effort shitposts in MS Paint.
