@Duoya They are Tier 1. :)

@Lmpkio What you are asking is basically to allow the Tier 2 advantage and Weapon to a tier 1 Pistoleer. It cannot work. The look doesn't matter; I wouldn't mind a modified Pistol that have the look of a rifle, but I built pistoleers to be foot soldiers with sidearm that THEN become full fledged gunners at tier 2. Beside, personally, I like that image. Very long barrel pistol, still held in one hand. Cannoneer have middle range is why I am saying all this. Pistols were made to be close range, to go with the fact they uses a Sword also.

@Mangrale Staff and Sword for Troubadour, Yes. You raised a good question about healing... but I think that I will award more EXP for supports than they do in the game.
@Cu Chulainn I thought you would like to know - Chakra as been telling me in PM that she was thinking of using a magic user as Captain. Probably Sage class. You contemplated magic because no one showed interest in it, so I wanted to tell you. :p
@AzureKnight@Lmpkio
I think your questions are basically the same. The only persons I was to allow starting at a higher tier than most was Lieutenant and Captain of the Company. I'd rather most people stick to Tier 1 classes for the beginning.
@Cu Chulainn A lot of the different classes in Fire Emblem are basically the same. I didn't sort them out to keep the ones that didn't repeat because, in the end, it falls down to how you want your character to look and feel I think.

To answer I'd say...Yes, probably.
In that case. If you want to play a Ninja, it's not exactly like a Thief or Assassin, so it can be adapted I guess. Same thing for a Oni Warrior. It's basically a fighter or a Barbarian...just with a eastern look.
@Naw As I said, if you choose a Japanese inspired class from Hoshido, there are 2 Asian-themed Nations. You may also adapt it to a more classic fantasy approach or look, but keep the name.
Just added a second class promotion for my added Class. Figured it needed at least 2 to be relevant.

By the way if anyone has any questions or think something important from the game is missing or doesn't work, you can ask or discuss it with me. I can't remember or think of everything, after all. :)
I am still pondering about Horizontal class changes. You are not the first to ask me about it, but I have to give it thought.

EDIT: Yes, technically, since you have a Skill at level 15, too.
@Cu Chulainn Already reserved for you in the CS Section.

@SilverPaw Wyvern Riders are a Tier 1 class, if I'm not mistaken. Still, to answer your question anyway: I have not yet included it because no characters have been created for now, but the system I will use will award a number of EXP points to players characters for each kills depending on their Level and the level of the enemy they slain. Upon reaching 100, they will level up. At 10, you can promote. In the game, you use an item...in here, we'll handle promotion in IC. The means and the Hows can change depending on who wants to Promote.
@Katakon@Lugubrious
Welcome in, both of you.

Everyone, the OOC is up finally. Some things will be added or refined with time.

Story
Aria is an ex-general of Nuniel, that much is known. What was her name, or title, before is a whole different story. Nor is the reason why she left - or was kicked out - known neither. It was some years ago that she formed the Red Branch Company.

After more than a few successful contract the company started making a name for itself. Aria made sure to never take the glory or the fame to herself, but allowing the group as a whole to be known. As a leader, she was good to her soldiers as well as generous as far as sharing the spoils go, and the pay was never lacking. Hard, yes, but almost Mother-like. Those that were in the company for some time would have seen how she often turned down people that wanted to join the group. Her criteria of selection seemed to be precise, but no one knew exactly how she made her mind on who to allow in, and who to refuse.
