@OneWayOut@I Own Cows@My Own Hero@IcePezz@Classpet The IC is up. It's a quick little post, were gonna have a bit of action soon *laughs maniacally*

Finnegan sat at the top of the Oakheart Palace, the highest point in the village. His father was next to him, staring off into the distance as the wind played with his hair like a lovesick child. Finn looked over to his father, a somber look on his face that contrasted with the smiling one his father offered. "Dad, I need to know more about this artifact. You want me to lead a group of our finest into the great unknown to find an even greater unknown." His father turned to him, his eyes twinkling with wisdom. "Finn, I don't know anything more than that. If I did, I would've told you. All I know is that to find the artifact, you'll have to start with the Saltskins at Clarke Beach. There, they'll point you on your way," the older Watcher said. Finn nodded as he looked down at the village that he'd called home for the past two decades. The people were bustling about, unfazed by the Valeheart's declaration of war. The leaf lifts were still bringing people from one district to the other, powered by wind mages, and the shopkeepers were still selling their wares. Everything was the same.

Suddenly his father clapped him on the shoulder. Finn knew why. "Guess it's time to go speak with our band of adventurers," Finn said, a smirk on his face. His father nodded in response and they descended, down to the palace courtyard via viney ladder, his father slower due to his limp. The father and son duo walked into the palace, the walkway under the shade of large roses, kept alive by powerful earth mages. They walked through the elegant palace, shoes clicking on the floor and passed through a door and into the royal meeting room. The palace guard would escort Finn's soon to be companions to the room where they would discuss the adventure at hand. Finn took his spot at the head of the table, an elegant wooden object carved into the shape of a leaf. His father took his own seat while they waited for the others to arrive.
Okay I think I'll have an IC up by tonight. I'm kinda busy today but I'll try. @IcePezz I'll still accept your character if you're still interested and you get it in before the RP gets too far along.
@I Own Cows Yes but it's not a very public thing. Watchers worship in private and their gods are very nature based. The most prominent ones are Arboria, Goddess of the Forest, Brakan, the God of Winter, and Aquaria, Goddess of Water.
So since I think we're gonna get started tomorrow, I thought I'd give you all a little insight into how this show is gonna roll. I know where we're going, but how we get there is up to you all. When we reach a cross roads I'll give you all two or more choices of how we proceed, and each one will lead to a different event. Death is possible but I'll always ask permission before knocking someone off, and when I do it will be in certain areas so that a new character can fill the void. So I think that's really it for now. If you have any questions or suggestions you can always leave them here :) I look forward to working with all of you :)

Brenna had finally gotten into Winter Court territory and was trekking through the snow, a fur cloak wrapped tightly around her shoulders. Even the Summer-born got cold in Winter Court. The outlaw she'd captured was stumbling along behind her as they walked, begging incessantly for his freedom. She didn't bother wasting any breath on shutting him up, until she suddenly heard voices ahead. She spun around and clamped a hand over her prisoner's mouth before creeping forward quietly, the fae moving slowly behind her, all to aware that this could mean danger. As she drew closer to the voices she saw two humans, a dog, and a fae. She crouched in the snow, watching, and waiting for them to move on before she continued on to the Winter Palace.
Hmmmm. Seems interesting
I'll get a post up in a little bit.
@IcePezz Sounds great :)

@My Own Hero Awesome I'll get that up when I get the chance. Our ground mounts will still come into this, but this first arc I have planned, they won't be especially useful.
To those of you whose characters have ground mounts, the first part of this story will involve traveling via bird. If you guys would like to give yourselves a bird mount that's fine by me, just send me a picture of it and I'll place it in :)
