Gideon took the communication lacrima but wasn't sure if he would use it just yet. He nodded along with Jarvis' story about Donna and Cat and dropped his jaw when Jarvis said Donna had created that island. They had protection he said, this put Gideon at ease and he hoped he could see the little girl again and make up for scaring her in that cave. "Well thank you Master Jarvis. I feel alot better about this now. Oh ummm I might be taking on another job this morning if there isn't anything you want me to do. I know I am new to the guild but if there is something that needs to get done then I am happy to be able to take care of something for you. If there isn't anything then would you mind suggesting a job? I might be able to ask some of the others to go on another with me so teaming up isn't a problem either." Gideon was going to need some practice with Archive in the field so another job or something to do was exactly what he needed.

Gideon nodded but looked confused. Had he received a communication lacrima? Either way he patted his person and tried to remember if he had actually gotten one. "Ummm Master Jarvis I don't have one and I don't remember getting one. Do you have any others to spare? Either that or I can find a work around in the Archive magic. I believe I have discovered a secure communications line to other lacrima, but I still need to test it. Oh and I got this..." He held the necklace up and pointed to the orange and white lacrima that the silver dragon was holding "...from the woman that we took the job on for. Like I said the details about that one were strange but we got our payout easy enough. Listen about that job...you see there is this very power little girl that wields earth magic. She made the ground shake, created a golem of her father, the ground was even shaking miles from where the girl was located. There are questions about her mother that I can't seem to answer and Mithera I believe shares my suppositions. Something isn't quite right. The mother, Donna, said that her husband was killed by a dark guild that they were in but left on the prospects of having a child, Cat the little girl. Donna wouldn't tell us the whole truth about the bracelet to begin with and suddenly showed up at the end of our battle with the golem. I tried to get her to go stay with my father for protection or come here to the guild so the girl can be trained but she refused, yet Donna was worried that the Cat and her magic would be discovered and the dark guild would come after her. She disappeared on foot after we got out of the cave, but was at home when we arrived by the coach. She also says that she has little to no magic left so how is it possible for her to get to the island then back to the house so fast? Also why would someone not want protection if they were that scared that their daughter would be found out?" After telling the story Gideon realized that he had said alot but it had been bugging him. "I know it really isn't our business but it has just been bugging. I may have gotten something great out of it but that doesn't make the fact that the whole job was strange ok. You know what I mean?" He stopped talking finally and waited for Jarvis to say something. Fate was being quite and wondered if she had anything to add to what he had said.

I must have missed it but oh well Gideon will learn his lesson but he is going to know nothing of the communication lacrima. Either someone else has it or he lost his somehow
