She had recognised the 10th Doctor from the incident at the tower of London she didn't recognise anyone else in the Console room.

Sorry guys, it's been eisteddfod week so I've been really busy. It's over now though ^_^
Clara was walking to her car from the school grounds when she looked up to see the TARDIS door, just in time too. "Doctor?" she asks with a slight groan, "Is this one of your appearing around me acts again because quite frankly-" her sentence, however, remained unfinished when she span around to see the small group in the console room.
