Brief Background: Keyla never knew her family well. Her mother died during childbirth and, as much as he tried not to, her father couldn't help but blame Keyla for his wife's death. He didn't feel he could properly care for his daughter and her aunt didn't have the resources to look after her therefore Keyla was left with no choice but to fend for herself she lived on the streets living of her wit, thievery and other's generosity to survive until she was 12 when she was taken in by a middle-class family.

Amberlyn stands at 178cm (approximately 5"10') and has quite a slender figure. For a young woman she is quite muscular. She has long wavy auburn hair which is often pulled back into a scruffy ponytail. Her eyes are a cinnamon brown and her skin is naturally quite light. She never wears make-up and despises dresses with a deep loathing hate. If it was her choice she wouldn't be caught dead in a dress but they have been occasions that no matter what she does she's forced into one

Amberlyn has a pretty strong rebellious streak, often escaping from the castle and its firm teachings. She is sarcastic and can come off downright rude and pessimistic at times. She is very stubborn and headstrong, once she has an idea or view of something it's hard to change her mind. Beneath the tough act, however, Amberlyn is kind-hearted towards loved ones and is very protective of them, she is a great friend but a bitter enemy.

Likes:
"Hardcore" styles of music (Punk, rock etc) although she can't stand metal or screamo (if that's a thing in this world)
Her sword, it was passed down to her as a family treasure, her mother didn't want her to have it but her father did

Biography: Amberlyn had never enjoyed girly things which her mother had always insisted she'd wear. Her mother often annoyed her and the Queen and her daughter had 2 very different ideals. This started Amber's rebellious streak she still possesses today. She would often run away from the castle and roam the streets of the kingdom or venture into the nearby forest. On the occasion that her parents told her about her planned marriage she had the castle's guards looking for her for 3 days and when they finally found her it took a lot of effort to force her to get back to the castle
