Yes, this may be of a shock. However, I am not the true successor to Accelerator; no, I am not, nor will I be at any time. With any luck, he will never require one, but if so, it will go to someone being born at the time. I, on the other hand, am someone far more interesting.

Because I know several of you all too well, you will start searching, if not beginning to tear apart pieces of this wonderful establishment our friends have created. I will say that I am not Accelerator. In a way, I am his successor.
Now, I am certain many of you, particularly one individual, are wondering if I am he who you lost—Accelerator. The all-powerful god of evil. Many of you will not believe me if I say otherwise.
Now, I'm certain many of you did not expect this. But this meeting has presented itself as the opportune moment for revelation.
