Even though I can be pretty busy at times, I always inform my partners when I lost interest or when I want to stop a roleplay for a different reason. Since I regularly check the site on my phone, my replies OOC would be fairly fast (if you keep my timezone in mind).
I can play as both male and female characters with a preference towards FxM and MxM pairings. Additionally, I can play multiple characters at the same time. I prefer to double (as in both playing a male and a female character), but this is absolutely not a requirement. I absolutely love romance in roleplays, but I tend to not include smut as it easily takes over the plot and that is quite boring to say the least.
I prefer my roleplays to be situated in either modern times or the future, since I am not interested in researching a time period in order to write about it in the roleplay. Also, I mostly use fictional locations. The reason for this is that I haven't been outside of Europe (except for two vacations in Egypt when I was a child that I hardly remember) and I am not willing to do a lot of research those countries in order to write about them in the roleplay.
Romance, drama, horror/thriller and slice of life are the genres that I have the most experience with, since there is a lot of describing the situation and a lot of dialogue. I have the least experience with fighting scenes, so please don't judge my fighting scenes as I am trying and learning. Since I mentioned horror/thriller, let me tell you that I have absolutely no limits with dark themes. If you have any, tell me BEFORE we make our characters. Do not be angry at me if you didn't even tell me about the topics that are sensitive for you and I happen to use them unknowingly. If you tell me about sensitive topics, I will ALWAYS avoid using them, no matter what they are.
I can work with long, short and no character sheets. My preference goes towards sharing a picture, name and age before starting the roleplay. I am most comfortable with using anime pictures, but I can also use pictures of real people if it's my partner's preference.
If you aren't sure that our writing styles are compatible, please ask me for a writing sample beforehand. Don't ghost me or reject me right after I wrote an intro post to our roleplay. That's just a huge waste of time for both of us. Of course if you find out during the roleplay that it's not for you anyways, you can always tell me (please do instead of ghosting).

Anyone interested in a roleplay based on the Mystic Messenger game? I think that it is best to not use the canon characters, but original ones who are based off on the canon ones. That means for example: a student who games too much like Yoosung, but the user should be able to make it into their own character. I myself will do several characters that are part of an organisation similar to RFA. You will all play someone who recently joined through a normal process or someone who accidently joined or joins the organisation like in the original game.
The main character is a woman played by the user. She downloaded an app, thinking it was some kind of game, which is called 'Mystic Messenger'. Once she opened it, she started chatting with someone who carried the nickname 'Unknown'. The person persuaded the main character to go to some kind of apartment and gave her the password to go inside. As soon as the main character goes inside, the messages from Unknown are deleted and the app opened a chatroom with several people. They tell you that it is actually a private app and that normally no one would be able to download it if they aren't part of their secret party planning association called RFA or Rika's Fundraising Association. They make you join their association and throughout the game one can gain the heart of one of the characters.
Rules
1. Everyone will post at least once a week. 2. Every user is allowed one character, but I can be persuaded to two. 3. Be nice to the other players, etc. 4. Although this interest check is not very long (as I don't know if anyone is going to be interested), I expect everyone to write at least two good paragraphs (this is the bare minimum) and I will do the same. 5. Don't control other people's characters without their permission. 6. Romance is allowed, of course, but smut is not. 7. Use anime pictures for your character, this fits the best with the original game. 8. Your character has to be at least 18 years old and has to be younger than 30 years old.

For what kind of roleplay do I need a new partner?
You need to be able to play both genders and double. Drama and dark themes will be added. Romance will only be added if you prefer it to. If this roleplay contains romance, it is going to be MxF, but MxM can be added if you prefer it.
Two guys are finally done with a mission, which took them several years to complete, and are returning to the town in which your male character lives. My male character can't return to his home, that's why he is going to live together with your male character and your female character, probably a sister, but that is up to you.
The two guys are not part of a large organisation, but they do those mission just with the two of them. There was a third guy in the past, but he died one of their missions.
I can play a second main character too, but that depends totally on where you want to take this roleplay since I expect you to add something to the story.

Begonia is a small town surrounded by nature and especially the flowers named Begonia. The town is close to two different lakes: Crystal Lake and Azure Lake. Although the environment is very beautiful, the town itself is not very popular. Rumours are spreading about the town, which makes people scared to even visit the place. Some of the citizens moved to somewhere else, so they would get a better reputation. Others became scared themselves and left the place just to feel safer.
But what is it that everyone is scared of? Which parts of the rumours are true and which parts aren't?
You are a high school student yourself. For some reason, your own choice or not, you are leaving your school and transferring to Begonia High School for your senior year. Many people asked you why you transferred to another school when you have only one year left, but you couldn't give them an answer and they started asking even more questions when you named the school you were going to. Everyone leaves Begonia, no one goes there voluntary.
Every student at Begonia High School has a dark background. Some have a hard time communicating with other people because of it, while others laugh it away. What kind of student are you? What is your background? Why are you going to the most hated place? And last but not least, strange things are happening, are they imaginary or real?
How are you going to survive your senior year in high school?

Jet sighed at the comments to get out of the kitchen and smile to the customers, it wasn't something that he did spontaneously like the others. After closing his eyes for a second, he forced a smile. He didn't care if it looked better or even worse. They asked for a smile, they got a smile. His feet moved outside of the kitchen, while his eyes were searching for customers that needed something. "Whatever you meow", he kept on answering. Some women admired the guy because of his distant behaviour and others were annoyed by it. However, he did his job, so they had nothing to complain.
Megan had just passed on an order to the kitchen when Amelia asked her to make some éclairs. A big sigh out of relieve left her throat. She did like her job as a waitress, but she simply preferred to be a patissier. She immediately began with making the éclairs, while her smile faded away as she was concentrating on her work. Jet was probably very jealous at her, that she could take a break from talking to the customers. However, he couldn't cook or anything, so he had no other choice than being a waiter. Her glance moved upwards for a second and she noticed how Jet was having a hard time with some clingy women. She couldn't hold in her laugh as she was watching how he tried to push them away in a nice and friendly way. He didn't like to be touched and he didn't exactly know how to handle it when he did get touched. He had been like that for a long time, Megan remembered.
