I'm trying to come up with names for everything as that's quite the important step.
I was thinking Falcon Flight for the individualist guild and the teamwork guild being named Sapphire Hornet.

Sounds good to me! I'm going with an origin based off Awakened. Basically, a fresh new biological evolved intelligence has arizen, on a planet that previously contained a scientific outpost of a long dead precursor race, which helps them get off-planet and galactic-civilization-ready. Hence the heavy focus on exploration and discovery
