<Snipped quote by Kal-El>

A prevailing trend across the Zoan type is evidenced. Marco knows how to do it, but Marco is a member of one of the most powerful new world crews. Which is more likely: that Marco is just powerful, with years of experience fighting in the new world under the second greatest pirate to ever live, or that the established Rules of the fruit tupe just don't apply to mythics?

Except there is not rule stating that I can't. Actually it is with training that Zoans can go upon their own unique transformations. Chopper is one of the weakest in the straw hat and he can assume several different forms with or without Rumble Ball. Which without shows us that his body was always capable of doing it but he lacked the training. Which my character consistently does with his DF. You have no idea what or how long it takes to learn that nor if that is easier for him instead of full transforming. Your prevailing trend is flawed and your "established" rules are a joke. The only thing you are saying to me is that only Marco should be allowed to do it cause none of the other Zoan ventured that DESPITE it not being a rule that Zoan can't do that..which they clearly can cause...Marco.

But if we want to go that route, Mythical Zoan don't follow the trend as they are unique and its stated

EDIT: In the end, your opinion doesn't matter. BrodZ, what is your say?
Sheet forthcoming.
@Kal-El

Except it must not be or else every Zoan user would be doing it. So far the only person we ever see do it is Marco the Pheonix, who is Marco the Pheonix.

So because other Zoan, mostly non-mythical, don't do it and a mythical, which I am, only does it then I shouldn't? Yeah..that makes sense. I'm lying. It doesn't. Once again just because Rob or someone else doesn't do it then I shouldn't. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence.
In terms of the sex, I would agree with Pirouette on that matter. After all, killing for him would be a form of passion; it would then make sense for him to partake in other forms of passion, such as debauchery. Not only that, but to force someone into celibacy and then make them retain that for the rest of their life - without your influence on them - Would be pretty much impossible. It is a carnal, physical thing that you can't evolve someone out of - so the sex - and rape - I do agree with.
However, in terms of him leaving the Dark Brotherhood, I doubt he would just be allowed to leave. A more likely thing to occur would be that he was presumed dead by the last member of the last DB sanctuary in Cyrodiil (Bravil, I think it was) - ergo, Cicero. With the rest of the group definitely dead, and Cicero definitely assuming that Tyrion was dead, that would make him dead in the eyes of the last santctuary. Also, what with the Dark Brotherhood falling, that could give him cause to leave. If he's the 'perfect assassin', he'd be able to work out when his group was going under.

That bolded part though
Hmm, I'm loathe to accept anyone who was defected from the Darkbrotherhood as in reality one can't leave it, they only do once they die, merely vanishing one day would have them send their own assassins after you to ensure silence of anything you have learned.
However, since he technically didn't join the brotherhood but was trained since birth, much like the shadowscales then I suppose it might be a special circumstance.
On that note, since you were brought up from birth in the Darkbrotherhood, and that is the only life he has ever known it begs the question of why he left?
As well as that if they were trying to make the ultimate assassin, he'd be celibate, what use does he have for sex when he was designed only to take life?
He'd be more like a machine than he would be a man.

Anyway, they're just my thoughts on it, the other gm's will clear up any of their own points and we will convene if anything needs changing, other than that, it's a fairly decent sign up.
It'll be good to have another stealthy person In the group.

I haven't revealed his fully history so there is context missing. Especially on his escape. I never stated how long it has been since he broke free of the Brotherhood but his "leave" happened around the same time as that sects fall. There is meant to be spaces to be filled through actions and discussions throughout the rp itself. Also what says he has to be celibate? I don't see that. Plus in lore the Dark Brotherhood never blocked away sex, love or anything of that nature. Sithis himself had children and was "married" to the Night Mother, though not his own words. The Skyrim sect had a married couple. His training was purely to create the ultimate assassin but you mistake that he must be an emotionless void when the Brotherhood never was about that. Their tenets do not state and members openly throw their emotions around.

On topic of TDB: One, even a Shadowscale, does not leave The Dark Brotherhood without first greeting Sithis as they enter the Void. One of the many reasons the Last Shadowscale is in Skyrim is because for one: The Dark Brotherhood is all bet dead with the Dragonborn intervening as a Member, and secondly because with the fall of this Infamous collection the people who gave up their Hatchlings or wished to join the Order began to decide against it, due to the "Stay or Die" rule. Shadowscales became less popular because while in the old ages they were FORCED to be given up, in the later ages Parents could prevent them from being made to join The Dark Brotherhood.

Ultimately, even in it's decline, if he an assassin as you want him to be, he would be killed upon attempt at leaving. Shadowscales were the best of their kind, the most natural form of assassin trained as the ultimate assassins from birth, and even they could not escape the Wrath of Sithis.

On the topic of Carnal Relations: I must also agree with Leos on this, as it would be possible for him to develop desires, and moods towards certain sensations, he wouldn't just courting women as he goes, for the company of flesh without a reason. That fits more of a literature stereotype and character Archetype in other forms of stories, but with this, it would be rather out of place. He would need a reason to court, as in a time-period like that courting was a series matter and done right by men to honor what a woman truly was, especially in Skyrim when it comes to it's hardy lassies and stout Shield Maidens. Over all, a man trained from birth similarly to a Shadowscale would likely follow many of the same methods, including the renouncing of need for such petty desires and wills, and would be trained out of needing carnal relations. It would take him a few long decades to get the will, desire, and thoughts of such thing back properly.

This is just my set of points from my own knowledge and experience, not a full verdict. Roze gets that honor, as the Gm. ^^

Most of my points are up above but, Wrath of Sithis is never stated to be directly from the Sithis. Plus the Night Mother and the First Listener believed they heard his voice. When do Shadowscales enter the Void? I don't remember such a thing. Sithis has never actually made an appearance or spoke. No one enters the Void as it is what existed before Oblivion and everything but supposed to be where you go when you die as worshippers believe.
@Kal-El Would that make your devil fruit a mythical zoan?

Yes.

@Kal-El I only have one problem.... he has the same name as my character XD

I can change it.

I have a problem with Zoans being able to change only parts of themselvs, because not even scary as hell government super assassin Rob Lucci was able to do that.

Lucci didn't use his form as much as my character does. Rob used his when opponent proved too strong, mine uses it even his opponent is a weak shit. Plus being a higher class of Zoan. Just because Rob didn't shouldn't exclude me from being able to.

Honestly changing part of yourself sounds far more easy then the whole thing.

Name:
Tyrion Frostbane

Age:
27

Race:
Imperial/Nord

Class:
Tyrion is a Assassin that provides his services against criminals, and supernatural beings. He has made a name for himself though he is willing to undertake more devious assignments in secret

Personality:
Tyrion is a quiet man, a personality tempered from years as an assassin trained to be as silent as possible and say only what's necessary. As such, Tyrion is a man of few words causing people to forget he's even in the room until he makes his presence known. Though Tyrion will go out of his way to associate with individuals who have proven themselves an ally. Despite his silent nature, Tyrion courts women on his downtime simply for the pleasures of the flesh. A complex man indeed, the assassin just lives life in the company of those that he can consider friend.

Bio:
Not much is known about Tyrion's past life. What little facts are known or rumored is that he was adopted b th head of the Dark Brotherhood as an experiment if one could raise the ultimate assassin. For many years the man committed many murders stealthily and once engaged in open combat with a bandit orc leader known as Urg-Dash the Duelist. Reasons unknown lead to his departure from the Dark Brotherhood and an entire sect going silent. He turned up in Skyrim over three years ago, working under the guise as an assassin seeking to do good. From working with many different factions, the Imperials, and even the Stormcloaks under the table. He has joined the Dovahfeyn under contract from Jarl Balgruff and his own personal reasons.

Equipment:
Tyrion carries two silver shortswords which he acquired from his past with the Dark Brotherhood. He is devastatingly skilled in close combat with said shortswords. For range, Tyrion has a set of throwing knives, and a longbow with a quiver of 20 steel arrows. For stealth purposes, Tyrion has learned the spell known as Muffled.

Other:
Tyrion owns a horse he has trained exclusively known as Epona.

Name:
Drake "Raiju" Rampart

Age:
20

Race:
Human

Height and Weight:
6'0'' and 179 lbs

Rank:
Marine Lieutenant

Bounty:
Drake doesn't have a bounty as he is a loyal Marine....mostly

Personality:
Drake could be considered a rude individual who noticeably possesses a sharp tongue at almost all times while retaining an abnormally calm demeanor. However, Drake will shoot out mocking insults in something many call, "rapid-fire mode." His continuous barrage of comments tend to annoy those around him, and he rarely ever keeps his mouth silent, although he is capable of doing so, he never wishes to. Drake, normally calm and reserved, has shown great analytic ability, observing both his opponents and surroundings before taking any action at all. He is also skilled in the art of manipulation, forming a facade of his personality to adjust to the current situation, rarely ever forming bonds with any individual.

Drake rarely ever wishes to fight in a battle, and never tries to kill an opponent with a head-on assault in his first movement. Drake's sharp tongue however, is usually the spark of most, if not, all the battles he encounters, as such, Drake is rather bloodthirsty in some aspects, as he seemingly takes great pleasure inside battle. At the least, from a visual perspective. Although nobody can truly deduce what is going on in Drake's mind as his viewpoints, mannerisms, and even his very posture, is constantly in a facade. Layered upon thousands of different alias', reputations, Ryūko himself is an enigma of an individual, and someone that can't be understood without extreme patience, something not many, if any are able to keep for long.

In a battle with multiple opponents, Ryūko is noted to be very brutal, and can be considered to be somewhat destructive as well. Although he normally fights with calm, cold precision, his strikes are extremely torturous. Instead of quickly ending a battle, he will savour it, continuously slice and dice his opponent until they have bathed in their own blood completely. He is seemingly uncaring of his own situation in a battle, regardless of himself winning or losing. Although it should be noted, that in dire times, he will try his hardest to win, regardless of what happens to his opponent.

History:
Drake's birth was considered a miracle to his mother and father as he was birthed the moment a shooting star passed overhead. From then on Drake was destined to become part of the Marines just like his mother and father before him. What one wouldn't expect is that a twin would be born only moments after him. His brother, Tyson, would prove to be the very opposite. Both boys were exhaustively taught the stories of the Marines and Pirates, inciting justice into Drake and freedom into Tyson. Even as young toddlers, they would yell and argue with each other.

Upon the day they could walk, the twins began to train alongside their mother and father. Between training as they got older the boys would adventure into town alongside their younger cousin Griffin. Tyson garnered a fascination with Devil Fruits and sailing despite Drake's protests. The more they adventured, the more the twins drifted farther apart. Around age 14, Drake was to be initiated into the Marines and it would be the same day that Tyson left to start his own crew. Two years passed before the boys would finally meet again. Drake had risen in ranks for his talent and Tyson has amassed a small crew that were making a name for themselves. The plan was to subdue Tyson and take him in to hopefully plead for his life but, things took a turn for the worst when Tyson decided to steal a valuable Devil Fruit. An unfortunate turn of events lead to many deaths, Griffin injured, and Tyson's blood on Drake's hands. Tyson's last words were for Drake to eat the fruit and live. He ate it and from that day on became the Raiju.

Many years passed for Drake, his personality ever changed from his experiences and raising to become a Lieutenant rank in the Marines. He was skilled and smart for his age. A destined Admiral in the making. Drake was ready to live on for Tyson and achieve greatness.

Abilities:
Tonfa Mastery: Drake, as his primary fighting style would suggest, has mastered the arts of wielding a Tonfa, and many comment on his surprising skill and agility when wielding it. His unique Tonfa have hidden compartments in them, which, when used in conjunction with his expertise in the art, makes it a deadly weapon to all of his opponents. He is most noticeably skilled in being able to transition through multiple Tonfa styles in order for maximum damage to his opponent, while leaving him without harm. Drake tends to favor a direct offensive style, with a skilled defense backing it up along with any situational adaptation that would be needed to enhance his performance, whether it be changing the grip of his Tonfa, to anything else.

Wolf-Wolf Fruit, Model: Raijū: This Devil Fruit grants Drake increased speed and the ability to travel at a lightning fast speed and reach distant places by turning into a body of lightning. Along with being able to transform into a Raijū made of lightning at will, the fruit allows Jim to slowly regenerate any non-fatal wounds with lightning, as the Raijū is a being with a body made of pure lightning and as such it can regenerate it's body parts by using lightning. As such Drake is a resilient fighter who is capable of taking a huge amount of damage which he can slowly reverse by regenerating in his Raijū form.

Jim is able to take a hybrid human-beast form, also being able to transform selective parts of his body without changing his whole appearance. He often turns only his hands into the paws of the Raijū so as to gain the advantage of the sharp claws along with the ability to electrocute his opponents by using the lightning from the Raijū's body.

Much like Marco's Devil Fruit, which gives him a resistance to damage similar to that of a Logia user, Jim also gains a similar advantage but like with Marco, his body is not intangible and is, therefore, not immune to damage from enemy attacks. As a result of this Jim can be injured in his human form whereas Logia users can't be. He can recover from injuries gained by Haki empowered attacks as well as when he is in contact with seastone by turning into his Raijū form at a later time. As a result this is an advantage that this fruit has over Logias.

Like the Goro Goro no Mi, this fruit also suffers from a unique weakness; rubber and most other natural insulators. Besides this, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Inventory:
Drake carries two steel tonfas that holds hidden compartments and is used at his main source of attack.
Looks like I'm late for the party, Bub. *snikt*
Considering Luffy beat Crocodile with his own blood, I'd say anything blood related is lore friendly. Then again with how varied One Piece, anything is lore friendly.

Character almost finished, just to be clear. :D
