Maybe my objective is subjective! The more people there are in an organised group like a city, country, or planet, the more important I consider it, with some but not much weight given to the largest scale they've saved people on. So yeah, superhero groups are pretty important because they deal with Existence-level threats, but even a city is still pretty important!
