Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Lord of Evil I can draw him for you.
@PaulHaynek They can. Sairaorgs Peerage was made of the same kind of devils as Mia, former Pillar Clan Devils that were driven out of Hell.
Screw it, decided to go with the explosive numbskull

Appearance:

[Picture coming soon]
Attractive, tall for her age at a whopping 6' and still growing, with quite a surprising muscle to boot, it's hard not to mistake Mia for some amazonian goddess. With an easy grin and long locks of curly brown hair and sparkling green eyes, pink lips, light olive skin, and a full figure that would put models to shame, she turns heads easily and its rare that people don't go for a second glance. So yes, she is very, very attractive.

At least until she opens her mouth and the stupid comes out.

Name:
Mia Raum

Age:
16

Gender:
Female

Race:
Pure Devil

Chess Piece:
Bishop

Magic:

In terms of pure destructive potentia, Mia is perhaps unmatched among her peerage. Her magic is a dual specialty of Fire and Lightning, equivalent in power to an upper-tier middle-class devil. Skill-wise is another matter entirely. Her spells are generally focused on AoE's and not so much on finesse, meaning that when it comes to single combat, she has very few options.

Fire Storm: A dual element spell that calls bolts of lightning from the sky in a wide range. Attacks targets indiscriminately and asides from making a satisfying explosion, the lightning bolts set things on fire. Has a long cast time - about fifteen minutes.

Cluster: Can be either fire or lightning. Its a spell that launches balls of magic that when burst, split into smaller, weaker clusters that further burst into smaller, weaker clusters, and the process is repeated ad nauseam until the magic completely dries out. As a fire spell the cluster explodes on impact, as a lighting spell, the lightning spreads out rapidly.

Explosion: A fire type spell that compresses flame into a fist sized projectile that is shot at opponents. Upon impact, it releases the stored energy to create a respectable explosion. Can be cast rapid-fire.

Wave Motion Flame: A wide sweeping gout of flame that not only sets things on fire, but also explodes.

Lightning Chain: Literally a chain of lightning that binds people and shocks them.

Bloodline Spell - No Survivors: The specialty of her clan. She can buff all her offensive magic with a special quality that prevents healing and regeneration on wounds she inflicts opponents unless its from a Sacred Gear. This bloodline trait also makes it so that it is literally impossible for her to learn healing spells or anything remotely regenerative, again, unless its from a Sacred Gear.

EXPLOSION!!!: Mia's not even sure what element this is. Creates a pillar of light that causes a really, really, fucking huge explosion. As in, wow, you'd think the sun was rising in the wrong direction. Has a cast time of 45 minutes.

Skills:
  • Can sing and dance pretty well
  • Is good at generally any sport involving strenuous physical activity
  • Is insanely good at arcade and computer games (specifically anything FPS; not so much RTS)
  • Creating IED's without magic
  • Stealth(???)
  • Theft
  • Illustrations and painting

Personality:
Hyperactive, blunt, insensitive, and rabidly cheerful - is the most likely first impression one would get from her. It's as though her staple drink is pure caffeine mixed with a heaping ton of chocolate, sugar and a gallon of energy drinks for good measure (For her actual favorite drink, here's a hint: she doesn't like coffee); she's just that energetic.

She dislikes it when others try to press their authority when it's needed - and authority figures in general. More than authoritarians, however, she absolutely hates stuck up, snobbish people that like to stand on dignity. This aspect of Delilah she only somewhat tolerates, but only because she's aware that she isn't a total stick in the mud, and that there's an actual point to acting dignified.

Otherwise - and in her words - "Fuck dignity!"

She's also quite the battle-maniac, and unfortunately for the landscape, loves setting off explosions. Large explosions. Really, she's uncannily intimate with the meaning of I.E.D. (both the explosive and the disorder,) and is only too happy to give people a practical explanation for it.

Lastly, and most surprisingly, she's more perceptive than she lets on. Despite how she acts - or rather, in spite of how she usually acts, she's rather adept at reading the measure of a person just by interacting with them. Her introspection's and thoughts can be surprisingly insightful. Still, there's a reason why such sudden bursts of insight are considered surprising - because even if she knows she should do or say a thing intellectually, doesn't mean she'll actually do the thing, especially if it isn't the slightest bit interesting to her.

History:
The eldest daughter of the Raum Clan, once one of the 72 Pillars, and long thought to be extinct. They were long know for being uncouth, unobservant of social graces and absolutely loathing of what they dubbed 'upper-class twits' among their peers in other clans. They were a clan that loved to party, where as unpredictable as all hell, and had a great love for blowing shit up; they were generally good a it too, much to the misfortune of their enemies (and sometimes their allies.)

When the Great War broke out, splitting hell apart, many were curious as to what side the Raum would take - would they side with Old Hell, upholding the old ways and the traditional model of devils, or would they side with the revolutionaries, dreamers of a better tomorrow that was not completely without its faults? Perhaps they would even choose an unlikely third option and sit out the war, remaining neutral in an uncharacteristic show of timidity?

The Raums', being the fucking Raums', chose neither. Instead, they went with the absolutely insane option of declaring war on both sides. At least, that's how the history books recorded it - nothing else explains the frankly flabbergasting appearance of Raum clansmen blowing up members of both sides.

Of course, such a course of action has consequences. Inevitably, their clan was beset with enemies from all sides, all intent on wiping them out before they could do anymore damage.

And so they were hunted down to last man, until only five remained, and each of them went their seperate ways.

Among those five was Mia's mother and grandmother. The two of them remained hidden in Old Hell, where eventually Mia's mother got pregnant with and gave birth to her - details on her father are scarce, and her mother was never exactly forthcoming. Still, her birth, the first one to the clan after more than five decades of stagnation, marked their resurgance.

It was time to start planning for their return.

They couldn't just go back, of course. Doubtless they still had many, many enemies remaining. What they needed was a legitimate excuse to return to Hell. And conveniently enough, that reason just fell into their lap.

A returning family, with a Dantalion father, a Sallos mother, and their daughter, made a significant amount of waves withing Hell, enough that it caught their attention. News of what happened to her spread, as well as her departure to the human world. Suddenly, they had an idea.

Or at least, they would have had one had Mia, being all of 13 years old at the time, not fucking ruined it.

It was a simple plan, really, find Delilah Dantalion, introduce her to Mia, pledge to protect, secure ticket back into Hell's good graces. Simple, easy, effective, had it not been for the fact that Mia inherited her clans genes too well. In many ways it was a boon to them - she had the most talent with their bloodline ability than anyone had ever seen in literal milleniums, and her magic power was insanely high for her age. Couple that with her beastly battle instincts and surprisingly sharp wit, and she was a true monster in the making - but in many other ways, it was also a huge pain in the ass. She inherited their clans pure, undistilled, lack of social graces and general dislike of authoritative figures. Oh, and their pentiant for really, really big explosions - except in Mia's case, these were all magnified tenfold.

So, their plan was shattered to itty-bitty bits when Mia ran off into the human world after overhearing her family discuss it, by sneaking off into the train. Why? Just for the hell of it.

It was only by coincidence that a year later she ended up on the doorstep of a certain cafe, tired, hungry, absolutely lost and this close to blowing something up. She's been with Delilah for two years now, and it has never once occurred to her to tell her she comes from a powerful family. Her mother and grandmother, meanwhile, are literally traversing the human world to find her, not aware or even remotely entertaining the possibility that she's doing exactly what they wanted her to do.

Right now, she just enjoying her time in the Human world, and in general palling around (or trying to) pal around with her fellow peerage members.

Other:
-Despite how fit she is physically, she's probably the worst melee fighter in the peerage barring Asia, having no skill in hand-to-hand combat whatsoever. Her go-to method of combat is staying in the back and chucking explosive stuff at people
-Is a big fan of anime, manga, video games, and goes to idol concerts regularly
-Has a part time job not at Delilah's cafe. She does, however, live in the cafe and even pays rent
-Goes to school at a school under a pseudonym, and has used her devil powers to falsify her records and wave off the tuition
-Favorite character is undoubtedly Xenovia Quarta
GODDAMIT. So torn on my character right now. So I have two ideas for a Bishop character. Help me decide guys?

On one hand, we have a shy, emphatic, cute-mute super clairvoyant that can see into the past, present, and future, or:

A hyperactive, socially inept, slightly treacherous, cheerfully murderous nutcase with an addiction to explosions.
Is this still open for players?
Kinda lost atm. What's happening with Charlotte's group exactly?
Bishop it is then.
@Rune_Alchemist Either a knight or bishop, depending on my mood what's more appropriate.
@PaulHaynek wait up I'm making a character :3
Deliberating on making a pawn or a bishop character. Might wait until others come out but then again I might lose a spot
