Just a random guy, doing random things. Main RP: Hell's Coffee Lounge Current RPs change often enough that it's too much effort keeping a list of them updated.

Of course. If you want I can go grab their original sheets and move them into the Char section here.

@Letter Bee
Don't enter any more roleplays than you're comfortable with. Your presence would be appreciated, as I consider you a good roleplayer, but it is by no means necessary.

@Absolis
Character and faction are accepted, move both into the Characters tab please. I'm also assuming there's some limit to the amount or complexity of machinery that Seed is able to convert.

Made another roleplay based on this one. Figured people here might be interested.
Character Collective

This place will contain all of people's characters. That way you can find all of them from the first post, and I can easily remove characters that have died or players that are inactive.

Omniverse: Brink of Annihilation

The Lore

Life has flourished in the omniverse, as a billion different multiverses with a billion different universes flow around one another, all existing in complete harmony. And yet, a single force has emerged to threaten all of existence. The Anti Spiral has awakened, and it had judged life to be too abundant. Surely the expansion of life will lead to inevitable annihilation. The sheer multiplying quantity of energy would cause the very omniverse to shatter. Thus, all life should be restricted. All life should be suppressed. With these thoughts in mind the Anti Spiral reached out, and enslaved it's entire Multiverse. Many attempted to stop it, but it's godlike power made it impossible to equal, let alone defeat. It erased entire civilisations from existence in moments, and annihilated entire universe. Billions of worlds were cleansed, as the remaining sentient beings were forced into small containment centers where their lives would be regulated. This being transcended it's own multiverse, forging an unstoppable army from the worlds it had conquered. The entire omniverse would be contained, placed within tiny controllable cells and locked away for inspection.

Now heroes must rise up from the entirety of the omniverse to fight the Anti-Spiral. While none may match it's power directly, their combined effort could at least stave off it's armies. And perhaps, with their efforts combined, they could find a way to defeat this nefarious entity once and for all.

Welcome to Omniverse

This rp is based on two other rps I had a lot of fun with, but which unfortunately died before their time. Multiverse Rising and Multiverse at War. Which draw their origin from Multiverse Creek. There's no ongoing narrative, and this story is a completely fresh start. But I hope to create the same atmosphere of wacky adventures combined with fun combat. The scale is set slightly higher in this one, allowing some more powerful characters to be entered. Although characters like Goku and Superman are allowed, beings of that tier will obviously be in a different area from the lower tier characters, fighting the Anti Spiral in a more direct manner.

The Anti Spiral itself is drawn from Gurren Lagann, and I figured it was a fitting antagonist. It's not an entity that's meant to be defeated, and any character going against it in direct combat will be annihilated. But it will spend most of it's time away from the combat, clashing with the godlike beings of various multiverses. No, you're not allowed to play said godlike beings. Because that would create too large of a power gap, I'm already allowing quite a lot.

Hopefully this will be a fun story!

The Rules

1) My word is law. Feel free to argue and debate your case, but once I make a decision that decision is law.
2) Respect other players. No insults to other people, or their characters.
3) No Godmodding. Powerful characters are totally allowed, but don't make your characters unbeatable. Once you're able to casually annihilate universes you know you've overdone it.
4) No autohitting. Make combat fun, and allow people to decide whether an attack hits their character. Also, don't make your character unhittable. Even the best fighters take a hit every now and then.
5) Post a character in the OOC, then move them into the Characters tab once they're accepted.
6) Tell me if you're going to be inactive for a while. If you disappear for 2 weeks or longer without informing me, I will assume you've quit the rp. I'll always send you a PM during these 2 weeks, but if you don't reply your character will be temporarily suspended in time and will be ignored in further posts until the possible event of your return.

Opening Scene

I've got two scenes planned out for this to start with. The first takes place near the Primal Monitor, as the Amalgam Alliance is clashing with the Annihilation Fleet. A massive battle erupts, and the players are tasked with taking down the massive Battlecruiser Absolution, and the many insidious horrors it carries.

The second scene is in the Alliance of Lost Worlds. These guys basically got a whole bunch of different planets and teleported them to a universe far away from the main Annihilation Fleet forces. However, small outshoots of the Annihilation Fleet are still raiding these worlds, and the heroes are tasked with keeping the peace and attempting to save these desperate planets.

Of course, what we open with depends on the characters apped and what you guys want to do. But those are my initial thoughts.
@Angel
Fair enough. But we're killing demons. No complaining when you're not invited to the demon-barbecue.
@Wraithblade6@Teoinsanity@supertinyking

It seemed the strange mage had traveled here by accident. He had never seen a teleporter, much less an experimental one, but he had an idea of what such a device would do. But this man was not his responsibility. Considering he clearly had magical abilities he would survive fine here, at least if he stuck to the more populated areas. And somehow he had the idea this guy was more dangerous than he was letting on. As such he chose to ignore the mage, focusing on the problem at hand. This man would just have to spend the rest of his life in Tartaros, Kisaki had more important issues on his mind.

Speaking of which....

A foul stench filled the cavern, followed swiftly by the pitterpatter of dozens of little goblins. Kisaki had faced the little green critters before, although these seemed slightly different. Far more aggressive, potentially even less intelligent. But they were but the opening act, and the main show soon made itself known. A hulking behemoth of black steel and unnatural flesh made itself known, it's red eyes betraying an impossible rage and a surprising degree of intelligence. It wielded an immense cleaver, a weapon designed more for intimidation than for actual combat. But Kisaki had no doubt the strength behind it's swing would allow it to slice through even steel armour, making the blade itself almost a superficial addition. It seemed the minions of this Asmodeus had indeed found him, and they were not looking happy.

A wave of fear struck him, the supernatural terror tearing at the edges of his resolve. Kisaki stood, but he could feel the chill taking a hold of his soul as the massive demon charged him. It tore through rocks like they were but tissue paper, and it's intentions were made clear. A calming light emerged from the blade he now held, holding at bay the supernatural aura of fear this creature exuded. But even with his mind guarded against such manipulations, a perfectly natural fear had quickened his heart beat. His breathing was quick, but controlled. His body tensed as he stood opposite another challenge, another obstacle that might take his life from him. He faced death, for those were the stakes of this battle. But it was not just fear that sped up his pulse, adrenaline surging through veins and excitement bringing a grin to his face. The thrill of battle, knowing that he was betting all that he was, and all that he could be, on body and mind alone. The judgement of steel and flame, the reaper clad in blades. As he faced the demon his heart leapt for joy, his fear turned to determination.

Granite boulders were smashed aside, a large rock flying in Kisaki's direction. He deftly sidesteps, as he focuses his senses. Every vibration that touched his skin was an indicator, even among the chaos of the battlefield. Every subtle motion was a potential dagger to the heart, every shadow a sliver of steel sliced across his neck. His power would be useless if he failed to anticipate the attack, and his battle-hardened body was merely that of a mortal. As he expected one of the goblins darted at him from the shadows as it's brethren leapt upon those behind him. An easy kill, a stealthy attack from the side as the big beast distracted him. But Kisaki was ready, and he merely moved the blade to the side in a blurringly fast motion. Not inhuman, perhaps, but at the peak of human potential. Eclipse's edge sliced through the goblin's rusted blade like a hot knife through butter, and as Kisaki resumed his pose the two halves hit the floor nearly simultaneously. A hint of burnt goblin filled the air, as the corpse quietly sizzled behind him.

The creature had closed the distance. It was fast for a being of it's bulk, and most mortal warriors would have been struck down before they could move. But Kisaki was no ordinary warrior. Gliding over the ground as if it were ice he elegantly stepped aside, the very movements of the air betraying his opponent's moves. The demon showcased it's unnatural speed as it instantly jumped aside, the tip of the white blade flashing across it's armour as it immediately retaliated. A wide sweeping arc, difficult to dodge. It was relying on it's superior strength to win it the day, but Kisaki had no intention of facing the force of the creature's blows. He leapt into the air, gravity losing it's grip on him as the cleaver sliced through empty air. He moved with grace even mid-air, a slight manipulation of the kinetic energy in his body allowing him to alter his course mid-flight. The white blade swept down like a pendulum as Kisaki passed overhead, and it drew a line of white fire across the creature's shoulder. Kisaki was forced to launch himself away from the creature as it's claws shot out towards him, attempting to crush him in their vice-like grip. Yet he landed safely a few meters away, already in his fighting stance.

The two warriors stood opposite one another. Demon and man. Kisaki held the blade in his right hand as his left was used only for balance. Just holding Eclipse weakened it, and Kisaki knew better than to rely on it's superior strength. But the loss of that strength was worth it, for this blade sliced through the demon even with only half a ton of pressure behind it. He had no doubt lesser weapons would have merely bounced off of either it's armour or it's hide. Even now white flames billowed from the wound he had caused, and he could tell that they pained the demon from it's rage-filled expression as it silently studied him. Or maybe that was just it's normal face. But he had struck a blow, and both of them were aware that had he hit the head, the fight would have ended right there.

Grinning, Kisaki flipped the demon the bird with his demon arm. He then raised his newly acquired blade in expectation of it's attack.
@Angel
Okay, I believe you (=

In any case, you're always welcome to join in. We'd love to have you.
@Framing A Moose
Yo.

In HCL, each game has a single universe, and all 'games' are just representations of that universe. It sounds more like your character is able to affect this conceptual universe, a universe that shouldn't really exist, and pull objects and characters out of it.

Alternatively you could grab stuff from the actual universe of that game, but being able to do that screws over any and all video game characters in the roleplay.
@Angel
I'm doing awesome. Got started on YouTube, and I'm close to finishing my exams.

Haven't seen you around here lately.
It's clear Lmpkio is overworked, but with another GM I'm sure this could be rebuilt. It was fun, but the initial speedposting combined with the sudden lack of things to do after the battle killed the roleplay.
