Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

With high levels of magical talent and capability in a constant deadlock, and no way to stop either side seen in the near future, the fate of the magical world rests entirely in the hands of the people within it.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a British wizarding boarding school teaching the magical arts, located in Scotland inside Hogwarts Castle. The castle has extensive grounds with sloping lawns, flowerbeds and vegetable patches, a loch (called the Black Lake), a large dense forest (called the Forbidden Forest), several greenhouses and other outbuildings, and a full-size Quidditch Pitch. There is also an owlery, which houses all the owls owned by the school and those owned by students. 

The three highest towers are the Astronomy Tower, the Ravenclaw Tower, and the Gryffindor Tower. There are 142 staircases, which are known to move, in the massive castle, which is set upon huge rocks above a magnificent lake. The castle is known for its many updates and changes in layout throughout the years, such as regenerating itself after the Battle of Hogwarts. 

The school has numerous charms and spells on and around it that make it impossible for a Muggle to locate it. Such people cannot see the school; rather, they see only ruins and several warnings of danger. Witches and wizards cannot Apparate or Disapparate in Hogwarts grounds, except when the Headmaster lifts the enchantment, whether only in certain areas or for the entire campus, so as to make the school less vulnerable when it serves the headmaster to allow Apparition. Electricity and electronic devices are not found at Hogwarts. Hermione Granger indicates that due to the high levels of magic, substitutes for magic used by Muggles, such as computers, radar and electricity "go haywire" around Hogwarts. Radios, however, make an exception. J.K Rowling explains this by saying that the radios are not powered by electricity, but by magic.

 Neville Longbottom and Hannah Abbott are married.

 Ron Weasley leaves the Auror Office to join his brother George Weasley at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. 
 Hermione Granger transfers from the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. 
2000-2010
 Luna Lovegood and Rolf Scamander are married, "rather later" than her friends' marriages.
 Neville Longbottom leaves the Auror Office to become Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts. 
 Minerva McGonagall retires as Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. (NO!)
 2010: Moldavia defeats China in the final of the 426th Quidditch World Cup. The match lasts three days, and is was widely held to have produced some of the finest Quidditch seen this century.
 2010: St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries spokeswizard Rutherford Poke makes a public address regarding the recurring occurrence of "Faux Floo" injuries, stressing that the real thing was just two Sickles a scoop, and adding that "If one more wizard comes in here with a burned backside, I swear I won’t treat him."
2014
 April, 2014: The opening games of the 427th Quidditch World Cup take place in the Patagonian Desert of Argentina. Brazil, Bulgaria, Chad, Fiji, Germany, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, the United States and Wales all qualify for the World Cup.
 11 July, 2014: Bulgaria defeats Brazil in the final of the 2014 Quidditch World Cup. 
 13 to 19 July, 2014: The National Gobstones League is held in Birmingham 
 31 July, 2014: Rita Skeeter's Dumbledore's Army: The Dark Side of the Demob is launched.

-For now, I'm only going to allow three descendants of original Harry Potter characters. They must be at least grandchildren, no closer related. You can reserve a character if you'd like, I'll allow it as long as you post the CS soon enough after.
-Just in case it gets taken, tell me if you want to reserve a Quidditch player! And remember, we also need Quidditch Captains!
