Name: Haruka Nobunaga

Appearance:Haruka sports a shock of pale pink hair, with luminous eyes that gaze coldly over his surroundings. His body is slender and almost graceful, betraying an athletic inclination. He tends to wear neutral tones, such as grey sweater vests, and prefers layering and formal-like clothes.

Personality: Haruka (a.k.a Haru, Nobu, or Haru Fujishiro, depending on who's asking) is cool and aloof, with a taste for precision. In all things he does, he is assured not only of his own success, but domination. Despite being proficient in sports, and games like chess, his naturally thorny disposition made it difficult for him to make friends, or for his peers to want to include him in teams and clubs. However, he was rarely outwardly bothered by this. Instead, Haruka decided that those who were reticent to involve him were simply showing their jealousy. These perceptions only served to bolster his sense of superiority, seeming to confirm that he was, in fact, better than others his age. Haruka enjoys delivering decisive strikes and devastating reversals in games, including Digimon. He will often allow his opponents to think they've backed him into a corner, only to spring his trap and finish them with unrelenting force. Even outside of Digimon, he prefers his games of chess, and even sports competitions, to feel 'high-stakes', just so that his opponents can lose all the more.
Backstory: Haruka, the second child of a middle-class 'salary-man', was born in Saitama, Japan. Despite being pampered as the youngest child, Haruka had a serious disposition from a young age and excelled in academics, as well as track and field sports. However, Haruka soon grew tired of his apparent success and popularity and began to exercise wit and partake in games of strategy in order to challenge himself. He saw the Digimon game and its related properties as an opportunity to excel further. Haruka was introduced to Digimon through the card game, which his brother Nageki played. He fondly recalls spending hours playing and mastering the game, eventually developing his signature strategy. Taking the online alias 'Hexagon Dragon', he soon found himself gaining notoriety in 'Digimon: Tamers' World'. There, the cut-throat brutality he had first honed while playing the card game throughout his life. These same tendencies carried over to his playstyle in 'Digimon Emergence' as well.

Awesome! @Guardj What did you want to know? For the basics, we'll be playing on the section of the world that isn't shown in the game, for the most part (as only half of the landmass or less is shown shifting). The CS will do a bit of intro-prompting, like awakening and such, and more followers will generally lead to more power. So it will be territory war as well as moving strategically to gain/maintain followers. The characters from the game won't be active, for now.

Personality: Kaito is a timid boy. He is uncomfortable in unfamiliar situations, and even in some familiar situations. It stems from being bullied for a long time. He speaks with a stutter, and is easily embarrassed or frightened. He really wants to be brave, but it’s harder than it looks.

Beneath all the shyness, he’s actually a very sweet kid. If someone is actually nice to him, he will cling that person. He tries his best to be helpful, and is willing to listen and be a shoulder to cry on. He is loyal to all of whatever friends he does have, because he finds it so difficult to make them.

Backstory: Kaito had a decent home life, and had loving and supportive parents. His school life however was not so pleasant. He was often bullied for his meek personality that made him an easy target. No matter what he did to get them to stop it, it always failed or they found something else to give him crap about. It gave him self-esteem issues, resulting in him becoming even more timid. As a result, he had very few friends growing up. He didn't tell anyone about the bullying, lest it become worse. He saw other kids get beaten up much worse after they snitched, and he didn't want that to happen.

His one comfort was Digimon. It started with a Digimon virtual pet he got from his mother. It soon became a full hobby. He played the video games, and collected plushies and figures. He never really liked making the digimon fight. He liked caring for them and raising them. He likes Digimon of all kinds, but his preference is cute Digimon.

@TheNoCoKid Oh shoot, how did I miss that? Approved, but you are aware of what tends to happen to Leomon in the Digimon series, right?

I remember that being mentioned, although I can't find anything to confirm it.

From this shot here, it appears that Greymon is ten feet at the shoulder, and in more of a long than tall stance. I understand not wanting Digimon too large at the beginning, though I was only looking for a visual reference, and not any kind of attack boost out of being that large.
And at least I'm not trying to pull this off :P

Although I do find this scene very funny.

Although on further inspection, Greymon is right next to a car overpass/underpass, it seems, which, if we can find the average height of one of those in Japan, should give us a general shoulder height of the Greymon from the OVA. But that's kind of off track and unnecessary.
The point was, OVA Greymon rarely talks, as does the big Agumon in the OVA, and that was more of the lead-in, tbh.
EDIT: I'd be happy with a ~3 by ~7 meter Greymon X. Smaller than a T. rex, but still considerably large without being absurd.
