Grandr is a cast from self spell type, and a spell taught in the areas around Norway. It should have a lot more shots unless someone just ran you through with a sword. I would also give her a firmer connection to the Association as this isn't a small matter all things considered. @IceHeart

Alright I'll allow Lancer through I'm a bit wary of all the 'negate divine construct' stuff going around between Lancer, and Archer but I see nothing too alarming about it.

@IbukiAs I said before about Archer the ability to bypass any, and all divine attributes nulls some servants out almost completely. Case in point Saint George, and my own Jeanne. I'm going to ask that you reduce it to make it most not all. Or at least have it's damage reduced if the enemy has heavy protection.

As for the master question yes you may work for the church you will be sent alongside another church member to assist the mages, and fellow masters.

@MigyudonHis noble phantasm is way to vague especially for someone like Dante. I have not read the divine comedy but it is a big name book from what I know. Likewise your skills have no explanation on what they do.
