Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

Hope my post went well since we're still on ETA can't do that much.
"You know we'd probably already be there if you just let me steal that bike back at the station you know. Would've been a lot more fun too." Saber complained to Leon as he sat in his chair staring at the blonde haired 'knight' in front of him. Saber, and Leon had been through quite the journey so far. More cause of Saber's wanderlust for the new world around her, and her tendency to steer herself into confrontation. Leon still was a bit dumbfounded that after being given a shard for summoning a knight of the round he ended up summoning Mordred Pendragon. He expected Gawain. Maybe even Percival. But the betrayer knight? Not exactly what Leon expected the throne to give to him. She was frank, a bit trigger happy, and rude. But she was at least straight forward, and she was strangely cute sometimes. Leon had found that out after she ended up getting into a contest with a stray cat somewhere near the train station. But 'she' wasn't exactly fond of the pronoun. Didn't give him any alternatives to that word either. When he referred to her as a 'he' Leon had also gotten the stink eye from Mordred as well. Still in that red leather jacket, and t-shirt wearing those jeans of hers she certainly looked like someone you'd find in a delinquent biker gang so at least he figured something was right about her legend.

What was that quote? "Life was like a box of chocolates...You never know what you're gonna get."

"Yeah well picking a fight with the local biker gangs isn't going to get us anywhere. We have supernatural spirits to kill I think they will prove a lot more fun than the average rabble." Leon stated as Saber smirked and nodded. "No grail war this time around huh? Wonder how they got the ritual to work then? Whatever I don't really care at the end of the day. If I'm here I may as well enjoy myself. Kinda annoyed I got stuck with a wimp like you for a master. But you're not awful. Least you got ok head on your shoulders." Saber said as Leon shrugged the comment off. In truth they didn't know each that well. Some high jinks, and some shopping for clothes for Mordred didn't exactly leave the two of them with that much of an impression on each other. He hadn't met the other masters yet..if there were any. He found the thought daunting...he was a master now. A month ago he was a student in the middle of nowhere listening to the old man complain about how the Mage College was too focused on books, and not on adventure. His dad often told him to ignore rambling old grampa Winchester. Leon tried to listen to both but it got out of hand.

Now he was some sort of mercenary/ward of the mage association due to his lineage more so than his actual ability. But he'd live up to their expectations. And Mordred's. Saber stared at him weirdly, "What are you lookin' at?" Saber grumbled at him as Leon shook his head, "Just trying to think about what's ahead of us. Wondering how life got me to this point. Sorry Mordred." Leon stated as she shrugged. "Whatever master. Just stick close to me alright? Can't protect your butt if you get killed running away from my side. I'm not going to let you die anytime soon." Mordred said confidently. Leon smiled wondering what would be worse: Mordred's way of protecting him, or the actual mission. Both were going to be rough. "Will do I'm depending on you."
So would you recommend we summon before, or after the start of the story?@IceHeart

They're not all chaotic evil but most are just thugs and are society are targets
The Kingdom of Aurelia is a beautiful kingdom full of many unique wonders, and many amazing sights. Legends have sprouted up around its large lands it being by far one of the largest kingdoms on its continent. Many of the noblemen, and knights of the realm are of renown experience all of them are not to be trifled with. As young King Ricardo Fellini, aged 30, of the Second Imperial Family runs his kingdom with the help of his various vassals, and allies he seeks to make the realm prosper. Of the many houses House Serenno in their massive fortress in the northern corner of the kingdom holds the most pull. Helmed by the aged Duke (Formerly Count) Artanos (Art-Tan-Os), he has served the imperial family for three generations and has become known as the best swordsman in the kingdom by far even in his late age of eighties Artanos commands respect, fear, and authority unlike many other houses though that may be due to his lack of experience.

The fanciful house Arkley (Arc-Lee or Arc-Lay) holds control over much of the wealth of the kingdom setting themselves down south near the rivers, and ocean that borders many island countries, and Aurelia's neighbors. Middle aged Duke Micheal Arkley holds sway over many merchants, and politicians with his massive wealth. Though he lacks for a proper military he lays strong with many well fortified cities, and many trade routes piled around the area. Known for the manic, and hedonistic behaviors Arkley is well liked by many but to the more respectful sorts they have found many enemies. Irregardless their plentiful farms, and great wealth allows them to feed, and field the armies of Aurelia.

The other houses counts, and dukes alike hold very little in comparison to these two houses. Serenno's strength being near insurmountable due to their hard lands forming great soldiers, and Arkley's abundance of wealth allowing them to bribe, and cheat in the game of politics. However many of the other nobles have well known officers, or specialties that keep them relevant in the scheme of things.

On this account Duke Lyle Clayger in the middle lands serves as a commander of fine men, and women. Some of them even count among the handful of mages in the country. He is married to Severa Clayger formerly of Serenno giving them more credibly than most. As a young man he served in the war against the neighboring country of Asterland, and their allies the Elves of Caterberry in the far east. He distinguished himself as The Eagle of the Plains using the many talented men to bring crushing defeats in vital moments even earning the respect of the then Vizer of King Harry Fellini, Artanos which earned his marriage to his willful wife Severa.

After the war Duke Lyle Clayger settled down, and formed his family growing Castle Dornham Keep into a grand city to rival some of the larger ones in the southern sections of the nation. Lyle became renown for his kindness, and friendly attitude. The king found him a worthy friend, and a good retainer. His own men respected him for his magnanimity, and generosity as he was known for giving second chances, and many other signs of trust never wavering even when it failed.

Despite this bandit issues, and monsters continued to terrorize the country side, and adventurers' guilds quickly became the main source of protections from beasts, and evil men. Lyle set out to assist the king with the issue bringing his youngest daughter Reina, and his wife Severa to meet Duke Michael, and go see the king. However on the way his group were assaulted either by goblins, or by bandit men it isn't entirely sure. Either way Reina was announced missing, and his wife was found dead...along with Lyle himself.

The golden eagle, the symbol of House Clayger, laid shredded and torn along with the pride, and head of its house. Lyle's blade hadn't even been drawn before he had been shot by an arrow according to reports. With the Golden Eagle dead there was left only one successor. A boy of the age of 14. Len Clayger. Young Len is an ideological boy who knows nothing of war, and combat. His only for certain ally is his grand father Artanos. Burdened with war House Clayger's retainers must prepare to help assist their young lord in running, and saving the country. But what route will Len take?

====

Hello everyone this is an original roleplay that I felt would be too big to handle in advanced so I chose to put it in casual. The players in this story will be members of House Clayger's personnel. Namely knights, and other adventurers of the sort in service to Len Clayger. The story will start at the coronation of Little Len as he takes his first steps to the throne of Duke. He is ill experienced, and still in mourning but he is his father's son and he is capable enough to lead.

Mages exist in this rp similar to what you'd find in DND, or Goblin Slayer. They use routine elemental spells, cast curses, and enchant weapons. Holy mages/priests can use magic to heal wounds, and call on the light to harm evil, or ill intentioned opponents.

The races that exist in this universe are: Men, goblins, orcs, trolls, elves, fairies, and dwarves.

The land of Aurelia consists of the frosty wintery north, the warm wetland south, the plains in the center, the hilly east, and the west is a mix of mountains, and hills as well.

The main city of this roleplay will be Harrowfell where Dorham Keep is located at. Other cities will be given names when, or if they become relevant. I will give name to anyone who asks.

This roleplay's plot will revolve around how the people in Len's life steer him to become. He may become ambitious, or he may become a saint like his daddy. Maybe somewhere between. He trusts you all with his life.

The countries that border Aurelia are: The desert country of Casval to the south across the ocean, the north borders the Island City States, and the country of Arkenos lead by the dwarf king Dune, the west is the small country of Rendelia, and Asterland.

If you have any further questions I will answer them below.
@Noodles"I'll take the rear move Captain!" Adam replied as he kicked another pirate back away from him, and booked it out of the tavern as fast as he could. This was already a whole big mess. Hopefully this treasure the captain found out about was worth it. You know they'd probably could just raid a nearby merchant ship, and make off with just as much but hey if the kid wanted to have fun what could he do to deter her anyways? The others were acting a bit more violent than usual but maybe it was just because he was the new guy, and wasn't use to them yet. Hell he may not even be use to it he could leave at any moment. Adam at the end of the day figured this was just the start of another dumb adventure.

Brief Bio:

Born in a rural town in the Midwest of America he was the son of a well known magus duo whose families hail from Ireland, and Scotland. His parents were teachers, and instructors of magical arts and worked for the Mage Association's American branch. His parents had great hopes for him, and knew he would be a strong mage someday if they instructed him properly. Though his grand father (mother's side) disliked the idea of forcing on him his parents' highly disturbing fondness for exploring Magecraft he was none the less forced to agree that his parents had the right to raise their child as they saw fit.

Growing up around magi scholars would be both a boon, and a disadvantage for young Leon whom would grow up with some social issues. He would be so used to magic that his parents would have to put spells on him when he was around normal humans to temporarily prevent him from using magic even accidentally. He also knew better than to talk about magic to others and lacking very few other hobbies Leon would make very few friends with normal people. He would also need to work on both normal school curriculum alongside his Magi training that his parents put him through since he was able to comprehend basic level spells. Despite this his parents did indeed very much care for their child, and wanted him to reach his full potential so that one day he could become a strong magus.

He would continue to have very few friends into his teenage years where his father, and grand father would both personally start to teach him their own specialized magical forms. His father was a masterful wind mage, and his grand father knew water magics as well as anyone. He had shown an affinity for both early on in his life and he appreciated his father pushing and leaning on him more than his grand father otherwise he may have never discovered his limits and how to stay within them. He had high ambitions of one day perhaps running his own guild within the magical community, and one of his friends, Gabriel Mackindley, would prove to be a worthy rival as he pushed on Leon to keep himself on his toes. He cherished what few close friends he had, and was grateful for them. Within time he started to develop a certain reputation within his circle of magicians, and even some others as 'The Black Hand Magus' after beating many opponents in a dueling arena while wearing his signature black glove on his left hand. It was not anything he had expected and he only wore the glove because it was a gift from his grand mother whom was also a duelist in her time.

Before he really knew it he was growing into a young adult, and his skills with magic were becoming stronger with each fight as he figured out new ways to use them. Though he was worried he was going to hit his limit soon enough. He continued to work as an recreational mage learning from his father, and others until one day he was approached by the Mage Association. Due to his father's talents, and his grand father's reputation Leon himself was considered as a second possibility to his father who they approached first. His father rejected the call believing the church, and the MA would use him just like anyone else. His mother also rejected as she believed that the upcoming war was just another mage political struggle more than one that would settle the fate of the world. However believing the world needed assistance for whatever danger it would be facing.

His father encouraged him to refuse but Leon figured if he could help, even if it cost him a lot, he would take up the call. Leon was, and is still, no martyr, nor did he hold any heroic aspirations. He simply hoped he may be able to become stronger, and become more capable by taking on harder tasks. Of course he himself knew little of the events that had caused the Mage Association to come to him, and his father but the latter did not care for such matters but he wished his son good luck, and told him to come back alive.

Abilities:

Leon is an credited mage with knowledge of many magical arts but he himself specifically finding a niche with water, and wind mage. He is capable of manipulating the wind, and water around him to form projectiles, and concussive air blasts. He freezes things to make shields, or to act as bullets. Though not an especially powerful mage Leon is more credible a threat than most. His activities outside of the libraries of his father's teaching facilities, and his grand father's wisdom that was passed down to him have honed him into a experienced warrior. Leon is quick to form spells, and his simple approach lacks any real short comings. However the quantity, and quality of his magecraft is not up to par of older masters. Leon can be outdone by people who command true mastery, or incredible raw power.
