8 months? I don't feel like I received enough warning at how quickly time flies the older one gets. Poking around, taking a look.

Dear god.

I think I'll just sit by and...and...watch this. Maybe work up the effort to pull off a Dictator myself, but oh my god this sounds like an absolutely wonderful trainwreck of hilarity and controversial humor waiting to happen.

That's the goal!
Well I just subscribed to this. I'd join, but I'm already drowning in RP's, y'know? If I did join, I kinda wanna do putin. But I don't really 'know putin' yet, y'know?

Edit: Ah wait putin didn't die before the 90's.

fuck.

You're welcome to observe, but unless there is some KGB conspiracy with a Putin double, he's still kicking.

There aren't rally any female dictators, so I'm assuming that all characters are to be men? The girls school would have clones of evil/crazy woman rulers from history??

No, none that I can think of who would really classify as dictators. The girls school isn't really a focus but was a reminder that yes, there will be NPC-ish females around if needed. The girls school is focused on raising attractive women of adequate knowledge, groomed to complement the boys at Dictator High during adolescence and beyond.
Name:
Betty Smith

Age:
72

Appearance:
She looks like grandma - the one you love - with a ready smile and sage advice just brimming beneath her wrinkled lips. White hair in a carefully maintained perm. She's a respectable 5'6" and 140lbs, some of which is still muscle that hasn't atrophied with age. On TV, she looks out of place, in her slip-on slippers and pink floral housecoat. Beneath that are a slew of tattoos, ranging from the mundane to the lewd. Most noticeable is the half sleeve of grotesque demon devouring the world.

Equipment:
  • Machine gun scooter - Grandma's mobility scooter lost the basket and added a mounted machine gun, the scooter itself has been nicely reinforced and souped up to go faster than the average 10 mph.
  • SP 2009
  • Buttercup - a rottweiler/pit bull mix with a mean temperament

Bio:
Betty was born and raised Baltimore. She's lived across the street from the B&O Railroad Museum since her first baby, and now that the cameras have come to town, she has her eye on taking the complex. Her kids have had many kids of their own, many of whom had less than legal occupations prior to Malleus setting up shop. She's maintained a good relationship with many of her "babies" and can rely on them to bring some extra protection into play. If she likes you, she'll still make you a nice home-cooked meal. Otherwise, you're lucky if it's Buttercup who greets you, and not the the SIG or the machine gun scooter.

Name:
Victor Michaels, commonly known as "Vic"

Age:
34

Appearance:
An athletic black man, Vic is tall, and muscular, standing at 6'2" and weighing in at about 230lbs. His hair is kept buzzed, with a neatly trimmed goatee. He has no distinguishing marks - tattoos or otherwise. He often wears his jersey, and most would find it hard to not recognize the man, given his notoriety even before hell broke loose in Baltimore.

Equipment: Vic is one of the bigger names Malleus signed on to the show. As such, he often "finds" the more fun equipment.
  • Football bombs (3)
  • 1 Handheld Drone equipped with tear gas canister
  • KA-BAR 2486
  • KA-BAR Big Brother
  • Pack of fighting dogs: Vic's own breeding projects that were brought to Baltimore with him, 6 males and 2 females all between 2-3 years and through more than their fair share of fights. They're nasty creatures, abused and trained to be vicious.

Bio:
Vic was the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills for three years. The Bills had yet to get to the playoffs with Vic, but things had been looking up for the beleaguered team and city. A string of scandals rocked Vic's life and the team. While he had presented himself as a somewhat aloof character, the truth was he was a simmering psychopath beneath the surface. The first scandal to break was that of a rather extensive dog fighting ring that he managed. Then, cameras at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada, caught him beating his fiancee unconscious. Rumors of a prostitution ring also emerged but no supporting evidence made it's way to the public or court system.

He was given a one season suspension and received 5 years probation in court for the domestic assault. He married his fiancee six months later. One year ago, he signed a deal with the Baltimore Ravens, second string, but he was back in the game and planning his comeback when financial disaster struck and he found himself having to declare bankruptcy. Malleus approached him not long after and Vic accepted without hesitation.

He's taken up shop in the Baltimore Aquarium, though how long he can hold out there is anybody's guess. Tune in next week to find out!
I just... I... Sign me up.

Cool man, cool.
Here's my interest.
So many dictators to choose from, so little time to do them all justice.

And perhaps, to clear out the elephant in the room, Hitler is off limits.

Why, you ask? Well he attended dictator high the previous year of classes before our story starts. However, it seems he failed an art class and rather than take a different extracurricular he caused a fuss and joined the boy scouts instead. He has since been expelled in his absence.
Way way back in the 1990's
Secret occultist believers
Dug up famous dead dictators
And made amusing genetic copies
Now the clones are sexy teens now
They're gonna make it if they try
Loving, learning, sharing, judging a time to laugh and shiver
And cry

Dictator High

Description
Dictator High is an exclusive all-boys high school for cloned dictators. They not only focus on academics but also on instilling leadership traits and preparing boys to be ready for the responsibilities authoritarian rule demands.

Mission Statement
Dictator High recognizes that each child is an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed. Therefore, Dictator High respects the individual needs of children; fosters a caring and creative environment; and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, intellectual development of each child.

Out of Character Information

  • Player-characters will be high school aged boys, aged 13-18.
  • Focus will be on out of class activities, but not exclusively.
  • There is a nearby all-girls school for joint affairs, such as dances, theater productions, and the like.
  • I expect proper spelling and grammar, but understand that typos occur.
  • Post length should be one solid paragraph at a minimum - 5 sentences in the least.
  • This is meant to be humorous (sometimes darkly so), but keep in mind that randomlol does not equal hilarious.
  • I do expect you to be at least wikipedia-familiar with the dictator you choose to portray.
  • Feel free to toss out classes to include on a roster, or teachers/guest lecturers, have some fun in creating the environment.
  • Gandhi is the principal. He just is, don't worry about it.
I don't know what I posted. Words, definitely words, but uh...it's there, existing.
The Moving. That's the name Ceinna heard attributed to the large camp that spotted and filled the forest. People milled, talked, laughed, cried. The sometimes seductively alluring woman took comfort in the tears she heard coming from other tents at night. She was not alone in her grief, or in her anger. Months ago she had traded some of the last bits of her silken, expensive, clothing in exchange for food, coin, and more appropriate clothing.

Time spent on the run had not been kind to her. She had considered, more than once, turning back on such an impetuous decision she had made. Joining a resistance? Who did she think she was, what did she think she was? Much of her was still the same, she knew in times of less despair, but contentment had been replaced with vengeance that would not let her whimper back to Rocoa.

The tent she had taken up residence in was not her own. Another woman, rough around the edges and clad in well worn commoner clothing, had offered to let her stay with her. "Pretty faces don't last long, not even with the good'uns." Ceinna hadn't even tried to protest, a dry place to sleep at night, even if it was still on the hard ground, was better than nothing. And her host was often gone during the day, returning late at night.

Ceinna had lost track of how many days she had been in the camp. Going home wasn't an option, but in the moments she was free from sorrow, she couldn't help but wonder what good she was doing following this herd of people. Was there a plan? Surely there must have been, but she hadn't a clue who to ask. She wandered during the day, between tents, listening for any information she could over hear. There had to be more to do than just be there. It was a feeling that welled inside of her, the ache to do something, anything. But without a guiding hand, she was left to vainly hoping that someone would give her purpose.
Well normally if you assault a castle you don't waste time and manpower with an encirclement. The attackers might have both the manpower and materials needed to quickly take the fortifications by storm, and if this is the attackers' preferred policy then it would be more beneficial to not encircle the place completely, because totally isolated defenders might be motivated by desperation to fight to the death while the presence of a hope for escape (however false) might cause demoralized defenders to rout and abandon the defenses prematurely--as in some dramatic instances during the Three Kingdoms period in Chinese history.

Though since they don't want any survivors they might actually encircle anyway. Ya that makes sense, so Nargesh's sally can be a diversion, after all it would be a very foolish defender indeed who would let the besieger work unhindered along the siege-lines; as long as there are warriors /blades to spare, any good defending commander would send small parties with missions to wreck the attackers' siege engines, disturb their camps, spoil or steal their supplies, harry their trench-digging or fort-building parties, and mess up with their preparations for escalade or similar endeavors.

On that note then, who want's to be part of the sally to disrupt the enemies siege weapons and preparations? Heck I imagine two different sally teams could work best to cause some confusion and avoid the enemy focusing on one. As a side note, Nargesh can carry at most one other person. :P

Seeing as our enemy is underestimating us good chance they won't expect a sortie.

I'm up for a collab. Im now picturing the monstrous orc piggybacking the dwarf orc into battle. I'm amused.
