The Beach

With a triumphant snarl, CrocoKill lunged forward, still clutching the girl in one hand. He slammed Buster Fist to the ground, the girl in its claw sobbing as it did. Fear, the sight of a hero being smashed to the ground... she was terrified and in horror of what she was witnessing. CrocoKill's lips curled back in a wide grin as it pinned Buster Fist to the ground with one foot, knowing the hero could do nothing to it as long as it held the girl.

"Heh, you know... I feel like you could have killed me by now," it growled, clutching the girl tighter. She let out a pained yelp, feeling how tight his grip was. So close to crushing her... "But you won't, as long as I have her, will you?"

The crocodile monster let out guttural laughter.

"Her last moments will be watching me devour your flesh... and then, I'll eat her alive," it continued, grinning wider, showing off its razor sharp fangs. CrocoKill raised one clawed hand, nails gleaming in the sunlight...

... And then the hand gripping the girl slackened, and fell limply to the side. The girl rolled out of its claws, across the sand, bewildered, and still in tears, but unharmed.

"... Wh... what...?"

CrocoKill stared in shock.

And slowly, slowly, began to realize just how doomed it was.

Market District

That girl... did not look like she was with the power armored bankrobbers. Reika slid back using her hoverskates several a couple of meters, trying to get a good idea of who she was up against. She was using all kinds of gadgets too... Reika took a deep breath. Even if she was an amateur, she was still AkaRocket, so she had to try as hard as she possibly could! ... Even after the newcomer insulted her power armor... she'd worked really hard on it, and it was really tough to make it work! AkaRocket nodded towards the hero with the discs as he went to take on the armored guys heading for the bank.

"... I... I built my own suit!" Reika cried, thrusting a fist out towards the newcomer, "But that doesn't mean it's no good! I'm AkaRocket, and I'm a hero of justice!"

She really, really hoped that sounded impressive. But even if it didn't sound impressive, that didn't mean that she wasn't going to try as hard as she could. Reika was absolutely going to fight, and fight her absolute hardest, because that was just what heroes did! ... And maybe this time she wasn't going to go freaking out and running away...

Meanwhile, the armored men quickly broke formation and spun around, raising their hands. Well, all except for one, who stumbled back, struck in the head by a rubber ball, disoriented. He was a bit too slow, as the others defended, blocking the balls. One rushed forward, aiming a punch right for Psycho Spiral.

The other group, well... one went down from a fireball, senseless but not unconscious. The others stood at the ready, raising their arms to fire off bursts of condensed, forceful air towards Evan.

That's a bit extreme, but we'll see, I suppose? I mean, if it's all he can do in the end... maybe.

EX is just S in this setting, but given that it means you're on level with a ridiculously powerful telekinetic it means it's out of bounds. A is S for the purposes of this RP, it just means that you're not... on level with a super powerful telekinetic.

EX-rank is extremely high-level, and fairly off-limits as a result. People in EX-Rank would be on the same level as a basically omnipotent telekinetic. ^^;
