Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

Oh sorry, don't know how I missed that. ^^;

Race is like, um... human, youkai, or one of the things mentioned in the universe bible.

Abilities are supernatural stuff. Skills are just mundane things you know how to do.
Pfft, oh, of course.
@Ennui... Ahhh I'm so sorry I wasn't thinking. ^^;

No, your question was fine. I just hope I answered it well.
@Ennui: You're not, it's just demons are pretty tough.
Oh dear, but why ever would the Princess's Ball be so violent?
@vietmyke: Not... necessarily but I'd like for you to talk things over with me if you want one.
@vietmyke: Well, the transformation seems armored, and I think there's some youkai that are related to armor and stuff?

@Natsu: Death. Only one person has death.

@Ennui: Well, it's urban fantasy, so the world is basically just like ours. Except with secret supernatural stuff. And, well, inside the Imaginary District, not so secret.

So, what are people expecting to happen at the party?
Okay, quick thing to point out: Half-demon is impossible in this setting. Demons are a separate thing from youkai.

Half-youkai, on the other hand, is very very possible provided you can think of one that explains his abilities.

Also, I'll be posting Makiko's bio when I finish up a few more things.
@Ennui: As I've mentioned, I'm very happy to answer any questions you might have, as well.
