Name: Keldir Occupation: Exile, Traveller, and a Court Wizard from time to time. Race: Altmer Class: Mage Gender: Male Age: 213 (Elves can naturally live from 200-300 years. It has also been known for powerful wizards to live even longer) Attitude: Once rash and arrogant, when Keldir was a young man he saw everyone as a inferior, unable to match him in the arcane, he especially looked on those who were not the same race as himself with the greatest disdain. But through his travels and exposure to the new lands and people he has become more tolerant to new ideas and customs. Furthermore he has even become a little friendlier albeit still reserved, often too deep in thought to focus on the happenings around him. Despite his travels, however he still thinks most people are dimwitted fools incapable of appreciating the world of the arcane. Hair Color/Style: Blonde, long and flowing Eye Color: Purple Height: 6'0 Weight: 130 lbs Weapons: Staff Interesting facts/bio: Born into a well-to-do family in The Summerset isles, Keldir had the privilege to attend THE finest academy in all Tamriel, or so they would tell you. Soon Keldir discovered he had a natural talent for magic, which is not uncommon among the Altmer but even so Keldir surpassed his peers and eventually his teachers. But not even such a great pride could quench his thirst for knowledge and soon he found himself dabbling in ancient arts long forgotten by society. He locked himself in his study and with each day passing his power grew. Rumours began to spread about the strange lights and sounds coming from Keldirs study and soon enough he was being investigated. The investigators easily managed to uncover the forbidden magics he was practicing as the unexpecting Keldir had not hidden his work. With a few strings pulled by the few family members who still stood by him Keldir only had to spend a few days in prison and was granted exile. Since then he has roamed the continent, working in the courts of several kings but never staying for long as his thirst for knowledge always drives him on. While he has been in Exile the Thalmor have come to power in Summerset and they have begun to recruit exiles who wronged society and were once renowned in their chosen school. It will not be long before they find Keldir

Hello friends! Im looking to join this, although i understand that hour going to create another one Ja? If thats the case could we add a basic plot? Because ive seen too many rps go under because there wasnt one. Then again i just joined this and so my opinion isnt really valid Ill shut up now

Don't worry, anarchism holds several schools of thought, of which I consider myself a student of many, but anarcho-capitalism is not one of them. I prefer the current system of government over a corporatocracy (although, we are getting pretty close to the point where the distinction between the two will be unclear)

I would agree with you if all of humanity was perfect. But humanity isn't perfect. The moment it's perfect, we can be anarchist without society falling apart.

While, ideally I'd like for there to no government anywhere, I recognize how unfair that is to all the people who do. In my mind, today, anarchism could work in a similar way to many communes and places like Revolutionary Catalonia. In that, people who to live a society without any solid rule, could, they just need some countries to give up the acres and acres of unused territory to classify as for that purpose. It'd be dangerous, uncivilized, and certainly an unpredictable experiment, sure. But we have enough successful examples of small anarchist areas being run peacefully and successfully that I think giving people the choice is paramount. The people don't need to be perfect, slab city, communes, and other places that run with little government intervention aren't perfect (see Tower of David, Kowloon Walled City) But they aren't in flames, in the Tower of David's case it absolutely worked when the government wasn't there, and in Kowloon's case it's improving with minimal government assistance, I think that's a step in the right direction. All of humanity doesn't need to be perfect, we just need a group of people given the opportunity that are willing to try.

Hmm, it seems my school of thought is closer to anarchism than I previously thought. Then again my schools of thought seem to always be morphing into other things and it really depends on what mood I'm in. But anyway, Thanks for the enlightenment
