Mark smiled at his and Red Arrow's success at freeing Captain Comet from Starro's control. Not only that, Donna Troy also showed up and was able to get her lasso around Black as well. His smile turned to a frown when Chester landed a telekinetic powered punch to the Amazon and he was going go on the attack, but then three more criminals from the prison started making their escape. This time it was King Shark, Metallo and Livewire. The situation was getting out of hand and they needed to get it back under control.

"Uh, hate to interrupt guys, but I think your problems are just starting." Mark heard Snapper say over his communicator.

"We already have problems down" he said to himself and now Mark had to make a very quick decision. He needed to choose, which villain to go after. Both Livewire and Metallo were engaged with his teammates in combat, but King Shark was making a getaway. Also Shrapnel had gone on a crazed rampage and was targeting Red Arrow and the Imp. Even though he wanted to go and aid his teammates against the dangerous villain, Mark decided to try and go after King Shark.

Mark commanded his Mother Box to find out which direction King Shark was going and then had it open a boom tube and the glowing portal appeared before him. He jumped into the Boom Tube and immediately found himself underwater. Thankfully his Mother Box was able to surround him in a field of oxygen that allowed him to breath while he was below the surface. He quickly looked around for his target and saw King Shark only about fifteen feet away from him. Mark took off at incredible towards the shark-man, thanks to his New God physiology Mark was able to swim at extremely fast speeds and he closed the distance between them in a second.

He body slammed right into his foe with a great amount of force and was intending to knock the water out of his gills and halt him in his escape attempt. While he was underwater Mark was not going to be able to use his megaton touch out of fear of it back firing and injuring himself instead of King Shark. This would be a physical battle and that meant that Mark would have to avoid his enemy's deadly teeth.

Hey @Weird Tales, did you review @PatrickDrummer's character? Because if he gets in along with @Progenitus, that would make 12 of us provided no one drops out.

And if that happens then we'll need to get one more, even if that means shanghaiing an npc.

At this very moment every single candidate for The Presence's team of teenage super villains, was getting a message and instructions on where to go for introductions. Some members would be getting phone calls, others would be getting texts and emails, and a few would have random strangers giving them instructions.

Thursday
8 PM

Andrew had just made it to the warehouse-looking building that he had been instructed to go to from the mysterious voice on his phone, under the threat of exposure and arrest. He didn't like being threatened and would have liked to tear into this Presence, but first he wanted to see what this whole thing was about. Andrew walked up to the door of the warehouse and found that it was locked. He thought about just braking in, but he had this feeling that it would be better to wait for his host to let him in. The Presence did tell him that there would be others coming and Andrew wondered who these people were going to be.

"And now I wait for the doors to unlock" he grumbled to himself. He was in human form since he didn't want to attract attention to himself and keep a low profile. Having had several run ins with costumed heroes and the law, Andrew was experienced in battling and escaping enemies with various powers and skills.

Loud Love lives his life without using electronics a lot - like, he probably doesn't even have a smartphone or accounts in any social media whatsoever - or if he does, he enters them from dead peoples' devices very irregularily to tweet about his current location and surprise the police who just saw him in Canada whilst he is already in Texas. How did Presence contact him? Did it spoke to him through a TV he watched in an abandoned house with some squatters?

The Presance has many people that who it favors so Loud Love will just get a visit from some random stranger instructing him to go to the team HQ

This rp involves teenage villains so our characters obviously wouldn't be at their full potential, so I will be making sure that no d*** measuring contests start happening in the IC.

Speaking of Joe, I dumped everyone's feedback on him into a big ol' think tank, mixed 'em around, and polished up Joe a bit. Hopefully you guys like him a bit more :)

Personality:
Joe is a very chill, light-hearted guy that never seems to take things very seriously. Nobody can really tell what's inside his head because he always speaks in a calm, smooth voice, and has no facial expression. He always has a nice word for the ladies, despite not being interested in a relationship, and everything he does, he does with class. Joe seems to really enjoy shopping, often spending on all kinds of purchases, almost all of which he never is never seen using. From monkey wrenches to cans of soup, from extravagant hats to collector's addition superhero comics.

Powers/skills:
Joe is a demon of deception who decided that fierce battles for control over mankind wasn't his type of lifestyle, so he left his prior residence and became an American citizen. He still retains his deception abilities, and uses them in anyway he finds useful.

Inconspicuous - Joe can remain unnoticed by anyone he wishes.

Human Form - Joe can take on any form he wishes, within the limit of it being human and, to an extent, clothing.

Temptation - Joe can whisper into the ears of the unsuspecting, pointing them in the direction he'd like them to take. The move the victim acts on a whim with little to no self control, the easier it is to get them to do what he wants. It is much harder to tempt someone who knows him for who he is.

Puppet Control - If a human consciously relinquishes control (whether they know who he is or not), Joe can take control over them. They gain much greater strength, speed, awareness, and ferocity, but are under Joe's control until he releases them.

Equipment:
Only the various objects he purchases during shopping sprees, though nobody actually knows where he stores all that stuff.

Other:
Joe's reasons for obeying the Presence will be revealed IC.

PS: Yes, I'm aware he'll need to be read over and re-accepted before I post him in the Character section ^^
