Tia heard the coms go off and listened to Omega. "Sounds good, You guys come back and go finish up at the party if you want to." Tia said yawning. "Night guys." Tia rolled back over and tried to go to sleep but her thoughts interrupted her, "What woman? Who the heck does he know out here?" She shrugged it off and went to sleep.

"Maybe we should look at going up to help him. There is a lot of stuff there. I'm going to go do you want to come with me?" She watched as Alex was messing around with the bat and ball. She reached over and ruffled his hair playfully. "Come on lets go see what's keeping him. We've got the car so we won't have to walk."

Nikki started heading towards where the charger was parked. "Have you seen Nic? I haven't seen him today."

Nikki crawled out from under the pile of blankets. Her fever had been sweated out of her and she felt much better. She took more of the meds and grabbed her sword. She went to the gym to practice with her sword while she was injured. It wasn't like her to just sit still and do nothing or to ignore what needed to be done. Nikki gravitated to the others voices to see what they were up to. She ran into Alex first.

"Hey Alex, thanks for the meds. I finally got rid of that fever and got some much needed sleep." She looked around. "Isn't Moses back by now?"

Tia laughed and got a little tipsy. Her buzz never lasted long because the regeneration caused it to disappear as fast as it got there. She was having a great time though. Still a little sad that Grant had to leave but she was working on making new friends with her group. She saw Naomi leave and assumed she was both tired and in some pain. She made a mental note to look in on her later. Brian and Ro'kun were fun and she liked them both instantly. They had made her and the others laugh a lot. After a few hours though she called it a night. She hugged Wicked and waved goodnight to her new friends.

Tia heard Omega's call and responded. "Can you tell what he is doing? Is he alone? I still don't understand how he could take off on his own." It bothered her that Kain would take off on his own, but to take off on his own while injured like that put him at a high risk of being attacked. She nodded to herself and responded to his comment on surveilance. "Please keep me informed."

She was taking the earl shift in the morning so she showered quickly and climbed into bed. She could hear the party winding down as she drifted off to sleep.

WICKED FLAME

Wicked only stayed a few minutes after Inertia left. She knew chances were good for thugs to be out and about since the immediate attack of the supernatural appeared to be over, for now anyways. She took the room across from Kain's and went inside where she had dropped off her things earlier and climbed into bed. She had heard the conversation over coms and she was still miffed at Omega ans she intended to let him know about it when he got back. When she had taken his stuff to burn it earlier she had taken out all of the things that were personal. Those things she had in a box in her room. She would let him know she was not a woman to be disrespected and condescending to. She smiled softly as she fell asleep thinking about their playtime together this afternoon.

Tia looked at Omega like he was from Mars. "Well that solves the problem of who wants to go find him." She stretched out on her lounger and soaked up the music. She looked around and spotted Ro'kun, Naomi, Jess and James. "Are Miles and Izzy coming?" Tia grabbed a drink and laughed. "Wicked? Did you hear Omega when he called you old? I think if I were you that toy would be broken." She raised her beer in toast to it.

WICKED FLAME

Wicked smirked and nodded. She had heard it and she wasn't going to let him get away with it. She calmly went down the hall and into his room and took his things in a box and put them in the driveway outside and blasted them so they all went up in flames. "Dumbass shouldn't call me names." She went back to the party and grabbed a beer and high fived Tia.

Tia left and went to check the fax machines and she left Grant by the pool. Finding only estimated damages for the last battle she skipped to the last page and it was the military recalling Grant back. Her heart dropped but they needed him for a secret mission. "Just great." She mumbled to herself.

Something told her to go check on Kain. She had learned a long time ago to listen to her instincts. Tia crossed the driveway to the medical building and when she went inside there was some chaos already going on. The doctor came up and said, "Kain is gone! I don't know how but he is gone!" "What? how is that possible? The man could only barely move!" She left medical and went straight to the garage. Kain's car was missing. "What the hell is going on around here?"

She got back to the poolside and gave Grant the fax and sat down. "Guys! We have a problem. Kain has disappeared in his car. We need to find him." Tia turned to Grant and said "Be safe but hurry they are already waiting for you." She kissed him on the cheek and he left.
