There were look outs at various places along the fence line. The gates are manned but the guys that were there the day before were all killed on day 2 by enemies of Vincent. There will be more The entire school is locked down and chained. The only way in is the front doors and those are locked and only opened by whomever Nikki put on that door and they take shifts.

Shiver

Shiver grinned at Ro'kun. "I wasn't lost. When did you...ohh, I must have been talking to Omega. Why were you looking for me? What's wrong? I have to keep after Jess. I'm not sure but I am worried about what she is doing. She is in trouble I think. I need more information on this woman."

Shiver got to her office and Omega had fallen asleep on his desk. She sighed and asked Ro'kun, "Think I should leave him there or send him to his room?" She turned her head to the position his neck was in and said, "My neck says his will hurt if he sleeps that way for long." Shiver compromised and opened a pull out bed in the back of the office and pulled it over next to his desk and teleported him into it. "There, at least his neck will be happier." She covered him with a blanket and turned out the light.

Shiver turned to Ro'kun. "Did you find anything out on Evergreen? Where the hell is she?" Shiver realized what she had said and chuckled and waggoled her ring finger and said "Hell" get it?" Ro'kun looked at her a little bewildered then grinned.

Cambria and Enyo

Cambria had gotten back about the same time as Omega did. She hadn't wanted to leave him in the desert as weak as he was so she waited til Sigma got there to pick him up. Enyo had sped her back and once again Cammy spent time losing whatever had been left in her stomach. "Why do I ask her for help that ends up hurting my stomach?" Shiver chuckled at her. "How did he take it?" "Not well."

As soon as Enyo walked into the building Shiver gave her the coordinates of Jess and the woman and asked her to follow her and report in regularly. "If she gets into any trouble let me know asap. I have to find out what to do about this woman and if she is a harm to Jess or us. "Enyo packed a bag quickly and took off. "See ya soon Shiv." "Be safe Yoyo."

"Shiver the part you don't know is that Omega was sent away..." "I know, I think....was he the one who accidentally killed Tia?" Cammy shook her head. "No he didn't. I did. I got my triggers wrong. I was four years old and I accidentally killed our cousin and your sister." Shiver was silent for a moment. "So my mom kept you close ...to teach you because your power is deadly... in several ways right?" She looked at Omega. "She sent him away for his own safety didn't she?" Cammy nodded. "Craaap it's hard to keep being mad at her when I realize she was a better person than I thought she was." "Yeah, but someone stole the cash and he never ended up where he was supposed to go. I need to find out who did that to him and why? I don't care about the money I care about what happened to my brother, even if he does hate me." Shiver grinned sadly at her. Let's get some sleep. I have an interview in the AM with a new meta. The girls walked down the hall to their rooms.

That's kind of the thing. We have a story for the HQ and have underlying stories between the charachters. There is a secondary story with Jess, one with Evergreen and Enyo one starting with Glitch another one with Omega, Cambria and Shiver is involved in at least two or almost all in some way. And all this with one writer on vacation. Lol

The biggest trick is you have to keep up. We tend to post daily in here if not several times a day and the story lines are really pretty cool. All of us have more than one charachter so if you do well then you always have the option to add more if I think you can handle it.

Nikki Hyatt laid claim to the high school and cleaned it out of walkers. She brought the surviving members of her family (her brother Matt and his ex and their baby Grace) and some people they have met or saved along the way, Jenna, Felix, Zach and James and the rest of the cast. There are a few out right now getting supplies and they ran into a few who they brought back with them.

Cambria

Cambria was sick and tired of him ignoring her. She raised her hand up and he froze in his tracks. She moved her fingers a little and his head unfroze. "I need to say this to you and you need to shut up and listen. If you don't you can go back to prison or whatever detention facility they let you avoid."

"Mom and dad were in the house with Aunt Wicked and Uncle Sideswipe. You and I and Tia were all playing on the swingset. Tia and I were fighting over the last swing."

"Tia was a speedster and she would bug me by speeding circles around me. I was having trouble with my triggers for my molecular manipulation. We weren't supposed to use our powers without mom and dad there but you had lifted the swingset up into the air so you could go higher."

"She and I had been fighting and Tia started running circles around me to piss me off. I told her "If you don't stop I'll make you stop!" Cammy took a deep painful breath. "We were 4 years old. I raised my hands and yelled Stop! but instead of freezing her. It blew a hole through her chest and she fell over dead."

"The adults heard the explosion and came running. Aunt Wick and Uncle Swipe started screaming and sobbing and Hunter took us home while DD stayed with Wick and Swipe. Mom and Dad died during the battle to close the gates. Sideswipe disappeared into the speedforce so then it was Wicked and us."

"Wicked knew that I didn't mean to hurt Tia. The day Wicked had another lady take you away she cried for hours. Wicked had wrestled with the decision but she sent you away because she said I was dangerous and you and I kept fighting and she was afraid that I would accidentally kill you too. She had paid for you to go to a good family and that you be taught about and how to use your powers. She kept me with her so she could teach me and keep others safe. At that time Bellare was in another dimension with Elric so Olympus wasn't an option."

"Bell tracked her money trying to find you. The money was paid out til about six months before you showed up at the HQ. Bell said Wick knew who you were but that the angel didn't give a damn. Since the angel was in control, well you know what happened. The thing is that Wicked got letters on your well being for all those years. Someone basically stole that money and dumped you. You were supposed to be brought home and there were excuses. We need to find out who did that and why." She looked at Omega. "I didn't remember but bits and pieces til Bell spoke to me about it." "And most of what I remembered I thought was a nightmare."

"Something Bell told me I didn't realize. Our powers are linked because we are twins. When we work together our powers amplify somehow. If we worked at it we could figure it out. I'll let you go now." Enyo was still off a ways so they could have their privacy. Cammy unfroze Omega and phased herself.
